Microsoft's Verification and Support System
Microsoft's verification and support system is absolutely appalling. Despite providing every piece of required information for my company, their system continues to reject my verification attempts. I've gone above and beyond by paying extra to create additional email accounts in the format email address removed for privacy reasons. I've submitted QR-coded invoices officially verified by government authorities. Our WHOIS data is current and accurate. My name matches perfectly across all documentation and our DUNS number is correct. Yet, I keep receiving the same frustrating response: "This is because the primary contact details did not match." When I reach out through their official support channels, it takes them five days just to respond. It's been two months now, and I'm still waiting for approval just to register. It's absurd that such a large company maintains such a disastrous system. All they need to do is verify real users directly without relying on AI algorithms. They're so focused on automating everything with artificial intelligence that they've created a dysfunctional process. Despite all their technology, humans still remain superior at handling these verification tasks, yet Microsoft seems determined to automate a process they haven't properly designed. Is it possible to extend the MCT End User Qualification program?
As we know that all End User Qualification MCTs must be onboarded by April 30, 2025. Is it possible to extend the MCT End User Qualification program? There should be new trainers continuing to invest in this field in the future. Thanks. Can't add payment method to pay for Microsoft Store enrollment
I am trying to get enrolled to distributing my Windows app through the Microsoft Store. So I head over to partner.microsoft.com/dashboard and I press the "Enroll in programs" button: And then the: "Windows, Get started" button: Then I login with my personal account, which is required for this program. Then I choose "Windows and Xbox": Then I'm directed to either enter promo code (which I don't have) or to add a debet or credit card, (which I choose). I press "Add a new payment method" and enter in my card details, along with extra info it's asking for, and then when I hit "Save", I get this error below (But see further below, for the actual error from F12/Developer tools, which seems indicate a different issue) : Developer tools / F12 has this failing record in there: Request URL : https://paymentinstruments.mp.microsoft.com/v6.0/users/me/paymentInstrumentsEx?country=dk&language=en-US&partner=payin&billableAccountId=kZYybAIAAAAAAAAA&completePrerequisites=True Request Method : POST Status Code : 400 Bad Request Remote Address : 13.107.246.44:443 Referrer Policy : strict-origin-when-cross-origin Now, just to make sure, I have went through these additional steps: Tried with another browser (Edge, fully updated) - same error. Tried from another PC (actually 4 different PCs) - same error. Tried with a Macbook - same error. Tried from my remote PC in a another country - same error. Raised an issue with Microsoft support (this was 5 days ago now) - no response from support, except form "we received your support ticket" email. Tried from another personal Microsoft account - same error. Tried with a colleague, using their personal account and their PC - same error. Tried 3-4 different payment cards - same error. Anyone have any clue on this error? Is the Microsoft Store not a valid route forward anymore, for enrolling new software developers/vendors? Or is this Tenant-based perhaps? I could of course just buy a more expensive code signing certificate and then try to distribute the software through my own website, but that's not the ideal way forward. I really would like to get this working on the Microsoft Store if at all possible. Really hope this issue is resolvable...Requirements to transact with indirect CSP in another region
Hi, We're a direct CSP partner in Europe and the CEE regions and we mainly transact in Business Applications (BC, FO and CRM). We've started getting more business in Latin America and until now we've handled it the old-fashionde way, with on-prem licensing, hosting on Azure VMs etc. We're exploring how to move away from this in this region and sell SaaS Biz Apps through CSP. I'm trying to understand the requirements to work with an indirect provider in this region, and mainly - is there any Microsoft requirement that we have a legal entity in that same region (Latin America)? Or we can transact with them through the same entities in Europe that have the direct CSP relationship? Any help is appreciated!Anyone have the information on Business Central pricing?
We were expecting to find the new local pricing of D365BC in the CSP preview price list of October, 2025, but there was no BC SKUs in the list. I searched for the information if the price change was postponed or cancelled but can't find any. What I can find is only the blog and the PartnerDeck/FAQ in PartnerHub announced in May, and no news since then. The local CSP support team even did not know about the price change of D365BC. Since we have several customers whose renewals are on October 1, we need to work on quotations asap. This is why, please allow me to submit this post while I am waiting for update from our PDM. https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/dynamics-365/blog/business-leader/2025/05/06/new-microsoft-dynamics-365-business-central-pricing-effective-october-2025/Microsoft Learn Cloud Skills Challenge

We have already enrolled the Training service partner. Now we are looking in to 3 parameters ie: Courseware completions. Exam unit purchases. Average response score. So associating an MCT learn profile in partner center will give the scores in above three parameters. Basically we need to achieve the above 3, we need to know what are the pre-requisites and steps to achieve the achievement code. Please let us know do we need to link the MCT account (created with personal account ie: Gmail) in partner center.Ongoing Issue with Employment Verification in Microsoft Partner Program
Hello I am experiencing a persistent issue with the Employment Verification process in the Microsoft Partner and Reseller programs. When attempting to resolve the issue by clicking “Fix Now” after a rejected verification, I am continuously redirected back to the Identity Verification step. Even after completing the identity verification, I am sent back to Employment Verification, only to be rejected again. This creates a loop, and every time I click “Fix Now,” I am not given the option to upload any documents, but instead, I am redirected to the previous step, making it impossible to proceed. This issue has been ongoing for 50 days, and I have contacted Microsoft Support many times. Unfortunately, I continue to receive the same generic responses, asking for the same documents to be uploaded. After submitting them, there is no further follow-up, and the issue remains unresolved. It seems as though I am receiving automated responses without any real resolution. What adds to the frustration is the contradiction in the process: The exact same documents I submitted for Developer Verification, which were successfully processed and authorized, are being rejected for the Partner and Reseller programs, despite being identical in every way. Given the significant impact this issue is having on my business, I am reaching out to the community for assistance. Has anyone else encountered a similar problem, or is there any guidance on how to resolve this? Any insights or advice would be greatly appreciated. Thank you for your time and support.Gap in Partner Metrics for Sustainability Manager Workloads
We are actively working toward achieving the Solutions Partner Designation for Business Applications, and our organization has strong engagement in workloads such as Sustainability Manager and other non-workload specific Dynamics workloads. While we’ve observed that non-workload specific are considered under the Business Applications performance metric, it’s disappointing to see that Sustainability Manager is currently not counted. This has significantly impacted our progress, despite our continued efforts and customer success in this area. Additionally, for the Customer Success metric, neither non-workload specific nor Sustainability Manager are recognized as eligible workloads. As a result, we are unable to earn points under the Solution Partner Designation, even though these workloads are part of the Dynamics 365 license family. We respectfully request that Microsoft consider including these workloads —especially Sustainability Manager— as eligible for both performance and customer success metrics. This would more accurately reflect the value partners are delivering through the broader Dynamics ecosystem.Access restricted
I was banned from the system without any justification. I spent six months struggling to get approval without ever using the service once. Now I face another six months trying to get my ban lifted, and they're telling me that if I pay $16,500 annually for support services, they'll help me. This system is absolutely ridiculous. When I was banned, I received no notification, no message, no email, nothing. I only got a response after submitting four support tickets. Now I suppose I'll need to submit another 50 tickets just to try to get my ban reversed. Microsoft is truly a terrible companyLicensing a Dataverse environment for external users
Looking for some advice and opinions please. This is for a standalone Dataverse environment. Not Dynamics 365, or Power Apps, or Power Pages. The question is about using a Dataverse environment with the native Dataverse web APIs, where a portal is developed (not Power Pages) that allows the external users to interface (read/write) data. My opinion is that because this is not Dynamics 365 and Power Pages are not being utilised to facilitate the access then there is no requirement for user (D365, Power App, or Power Pages capacity) licensing. I would still need Dataverse capacity licenses, but that is all. Appreciate any thought and insights. Thanks, NickOffice hours: Strategic cloud planning with the Microsoft Marketplace

Thank you in advance for your help :)Why does Appsource still have "Power Virtual Agents" and not Copilot as a Product filter?
I'm shocked that there is no Copilot/Agentic AI product filter. It makes it hard to publish consulting listings for AI solutions if people won't know where to find them. I mean, didn't the name Power Virtual Agents go away like, 4 years ago?! Can we petition to get this updated so people know where to browse for Copilot listings properly?Request Achievement Code is missing (and confuse for creation step)
Hi Team, I have a problem with "how to create/request achievement code for MS Learn". I will summary my backend below, and hope that someone can help and solve my issue. My personal email is "su*****@hotmail.com" I work for company A since 2017 until May2025, my work email is "su*****@aaaa" Company A is Global Training Partner, and I linked my personal email and work email together. while I was A employee, I can create the "achievement code" in MS learn by myself without any request or approval process by using my personal account. I moved to company B started June2025, this is Global training partner too. let say my new work email is "su******@bbbb". I unlinked my personal email from previously email (aaaa) and link to new work email (bbbb) In June - July 2025, my personal email still creates the achievement code via MS learn. But now, Aug2025, I can't do it anymore. from this point, I would like to know what happen that why I can't create the code from my personal account. is it about "change company" or "associate with new email" or not From above, I found request form as https://aka.ms/LearnEnrollmentForm but I dont know what exactly answer for this question (screenshot below). the black bold text asks for URL but the answer must be number? what should I fill in this? and how to get URL as that mentioned. Anyway, it means that no longer create the code by me-self before submitting the request form anymore. right? Am I understand, correct?
