MCT New and Renewing MCTs - Update May 29
Updated May 29 🚨 MCT Renewal Tool Launching Soon! 🚨 The MCT Renewal tool will be released very soon. To ensure a smooth renewal process, please make sure you meet the following requirements: ✅ You have an active certification ✅ You have taught at least one class since your last renewal If you don’t meet both criteria, you will not be able to renew. 🗓️ Important: All MCTs who were active prior to May 2024 have been automatically extended until August 1, 2025. 🆕 New MCT Enrollments: We are still accepting new enrollments manually. If you’re looking to become a new MCT, please work with an ISCP to get manually onboarded. 📢 Stay Informed: Monitor the MCT Lounge Program Announcements for updates on when the renewal tool is live.2.8KViews19likes50CommentsNew Training Services Partner Onboarding Update
Hello new TSPs. We are currently updating the onboarding process to provide better communications around process and timing. While we work to update, please send me a private message if you have completed the onboarding form and you are currently waiting on a response. I anticipate this workaround to last for a few weeks and for us to have a new process in place in January. Once the update is complete and the normal process resumes, I will delete this thread. Hello TSPs, It's time again for the annual Partner of the Year Award event. Microsoft has dozens of partner awards across many categories. Our group manages the Training Services Partner of the Year Award. To be eligible for this award, your organization must have one or more badges in the Solutions Partner for Training Services designation as of June 1, 2025. Partners self-nominate for the award, submitting a summary of your accomplishments based on the prompts available in the awards guidelines. You can find the awards guidelines, as well as other helpful resources at the link above. The Training Services Partner of the Year Award prompts are on pages 69-70 of the guidelines document. Nominations are welcome June 18 through July 18, 2025 (6 PM Pacific). Each nomination is carefully reviewed and scored by a series of judges. Winners will be announced publicly on November 12, 2025. This is a great way to get your Microsoft training accomplishments front and center with the Worldwide Learning team. More information on the process can be found at the link above. Please let me know if you have any questions. Dan26Views0likes0CommentsRESOLVED: AI Courseware Alignment Issues

I am writing to request clarification regarding a change in my certification status. I have successfully passed the MS-100 and MS-101 exams and was awarded the Microsoft 365 Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert certification. Since 2021, I have continuously renewed my certification through the renewal process. However, starting in 2024, I have noticed that this Enterprise Administrator Expert badge no longer appears in my certification profile. Instead, I now see the Microsoft 365 Certified: Administrator Expert badge. It also appears that the Enterprise Administrator Expert certification is now associated with the MS-102 exam as a requirement. Given that I have held this certification for several years and have renewed it consistently, I would like to understand: Why was the Enterprise Administrator Expert certification removed from my profile? Has there been a change in certification structure that caused this transition? Is there a way to regain or revalidate the Enterprise Administrator Expert certification under the new framework? This certification is important for my current role, and I would greatly appreciate your assistance in clarifying this situation. Thank you very much for your support.CosoreanuJun 16, 2025Copper Contributor7Views0likes0CommentsPL-300 exam cancelled

I am a Microsoft Learning Partner, but I don't know where to download the latest Microsoft Learning Partner Logo or badge. Currently, on the MCCP website, there are logos available for download for Microsoft partners, but they do not include the wording "Learning Partner." Can you please tell me where I can download the latest Microsoft Learning Partner Logo or badge?Mason_JhengJun 12, 2025Copper Contributor2.8KViews0likes4CommentsUpdate on MCT Manual Enrollment Process
Training Services Partners, Existing and New Microsoft Certified Trainers (MCTs), and ISCPs We know it’s been a long road—over a year of manual MCT enrollments—and we sincerely apologize for the delays. Currently, onboarding is booking several months out. 💡 Need to teach before your scheduled onboarding? If it’s urgent, email mctprog@microsoft.com and we’ll do our best to accommodate. ⚠️ Please note: Escalation grants limited access—you’ll get into the MCT Lounge, Learning Download Center, and labs. However, Visual Studio and discounted exams will only be available after full onboarding, which takes ~2 months from your onboarding date. 🔧 We do not yet have a timeline for when the automated enrollment tool will be restored, but we’ll keep you posted. ✅ In the meantime, please continue working with your ISCP to get onboarded as an MCT. Thank you for your patience and continued dedication to the MCT program. 💙767Views9likes2CommentsUnable to access https://cdx.transform.microsoft.com
Hello I have an organization that is a valid TSP. They want to access and use https://cdx.transform.microsoft.com/ but they are presented with the error message: Not Authorized Oops! It looks like you do not have permissions to access this page. We looked but we couldn't find your login [email address] associated to a Microsoft partner organization. How do they fix this? Who provides access? Regards Chintan PatelSolvedchintanpatel_zaJun 12, 2025Copper Contributor1.2KViews1like8CommentsAchievement codes/Partner Center
Greetings, We have just been onboarded as a TSP. We have recently provided training in AZ-900 and AZ-104 and the attendees have successfully redeeemed achievement codes for both courses. The problem is this does not reflect on our profile in the partner center that any courses have been completed. Please provide guidance on how to ensure that work completed shows on the partner center. Best regards, BonoloBonoloJun 11, 2025Copper Contributor161Views0likes4Comments
