How to obtain a Microsoft document to demostrate we are an authorized Training Services Partner
We are been required from some customers to demostrate we are an authorized Training Services Partner. As we still do not have a specialized badged we are not able to dowload from partner center any kind of letter to certified we are in that position. Do you know if there is any way to demostrate that authorization once we have been admitted in the TSP program but we are not with an specialized badge?javiertorrenterasSep 09, 2026Copper Contributor74Views0likes4CommentsFY27 TSP Community Call Thread
We'll use this thread to post updates for TSP Community Calls, including calendar invites to upcoming calls and links to post-call decks and recordings. Please note: decks and recordings of previous calls are kept on the Learning Resources site for 12 months in our Community Call collection. Files from the most recent Community Call take 1-2 weeks to land in the collection. New this fiscal: to be better prepared to present the information you want to hear, we've created a question intake form that we'll use to help plan the calls. Drop a question or some feedback and we'll take the information into account. https://aka.ms/TSPCallQuestions604Views2likes3CommentsUnable to access https://cdx.transform.microsoft.com
Hello I have an organization that is a valid TSP. They want to access and use https://cdx.transform.microsoft.com/ but they are presented with the error message: Not Authorized Oops! It looks like you do not have permissions to access this page. We looked but we couldn't find your login [email address] associated to a Microsoft partner organization. How do they fix this? Who provides access? Hello, We are a new Microsoft Partner and we are about to deliver our very first training courses preparing for the PL-300 certification. To ensure our training session data is properly tracked and recorded by Microsoft, could you confirm if our planned workflow is complete? Here is our current process: Our MCT (Microsoft Certified Trainer) delivers the training to the learners, using the official Microsoft course material. At the end of the course, we send the course completion validation link to all learners (to help compute performance KPIs). We send the satisfaction survey via Metrics That Matter (MTM) (the link is sent to both the learners and the MCT). We issue exam vouchers to the learners. Specific Questions: Microsoft states that we must use the official Microsoft Learn content, which is freely accessible. Are we allowed to supplement this official material with our own custom training content and exercises for our learners? How does the voucher assignment process work on Pearson VUE? What specific information do we need to provide so that learners receive and can redeem them properly? We would like to offer our learners the option to finance this training through France's CPF (Compte Personnel de Formation). However, the certification file on France Compétences appears as inactive (RS5445). Is a renewal or re-registration planned for the French market? Can we publicly communicate our Microsoft Partnership (as a Training Services Partner) even if we have not yet reached the required KPIs listed in our Partner Center dashboard? Thank you in advance for your guidance and insights! Best regards,user98765Sep 07, 2026Copper Contributor158Views1like3CommentsFY27 MCT Newsletter Thread

Hello Team, When comparing the data extracted from the MPN portal under the “Courseware Completions” criteria with the data available in the Microsoft Organizational Skilling Portal - Home, we noticed that several redeemed classes are not included. As a result, our Courseware Completions score appears to be incomplete, which may affect our renewal status. Examples of missing class IDs include: M3MGZ9 (SC-300), 54N235 (AZ-104), and others. In total, more than 15 classes are not reflected in our Courseware Completions score. I can share the two source files used for the comparison if they would help with the investigation. Could you please review this issue and advise on the next steps? Many thanks,363Views1like6CommentsPartner Center Dashboard Access Issue
Hi all, I'm getting some reports that some of you who previously had access to Partner Center and the TSP Dashboard suddenly lost access in the last couple week. If this is you, can you please send me a direct message with a screen shot of what you're seeing, as well as the email address you're using to log into the site and your Microsoft Partner ID number. Please do not post that information as a reply to this thread. Please send directly to me DanDonohue. Thank you.77Views1like0CommentsMCT New and Renewing MCTs - Update July 26
Updated July 26, 2025 As we step into FY26 on July 1st, 2025, I want to share some important updates regarding the MCT Program—especially for those planning to renew. New Fees Coming October 2025, no exact date and the cost will be shared at a later date. Starting July 1st, 2025, we will introduce: A renewal fee (ecommerce tool will be available in October 2025 for everyone to renew) A new MCT enrollment fee (ecommerce tool will be available in October 2025 for new MCTs) Our systems are currently being updated to support this change, with the new tool expected to launch in October 2025. More to come on costs. Pricing will be region supported. Session Requirement for Renewal Effective January 1st, 2026, MCTs will be required to complete six (6) sessions or six (6) days of training per calendar year to qualify for renewal. For clarity on what qualifies as a session, please refer to the attached PDF: Mandatory Use of MTM We will be enforcing stricter requirements for using Metrics That Matter (MTM) to log sessions with your Training Services Partner (TSP). Please coordinate with your TSPs to ensure MTM is being used correctly. What to Expect Next More details on program costs will be shared closer to the tool’s release. All MCTs that were MCTs before manual enrollment have been extended through January 1st, 2026, with full benefits. You’ll see this extension reflected in your profile in your MCT Trainer History NOT active certification. All current MCTs will be able to renew when the tool is available in October 2025 and the requirement to renew will be to have an active certification and have taught one class since your last renewal and pay the renewal fee (costs to come later). We will be checking that you have taught the one class using MTM. New MCTs will need ISC certificate, one role-based active certification and pay the MCT new enrollment fee. New MCT Enrollment Process | Microsoft Learn 🙏 Thank you for your continued support and patience as we enhance our systems. Here’s to a successful and impactful FY26!Solved13KViews27likes108Comments
