The enrollment form at aka.ms/TSP_Achievement_Code_Enrollment returns 'restricted access' for me. I have tried signing in with all three of the following: 1. email address removed for privacy reasons (work / Entra tenant, Partner Center account) 2. email address removed for privacy reasons (consumer MSA with Learn profile) 3. email address removed for privacy reasons (new outlook.com alias, per the Account Enrollment Guide) Same restriction on all three, so this looks like a tenant or program-level block rather than an account issue. I also have an open support case (#715-123160) regarding an earlier fraud-detection block on our tenant, which may be related. Microsoft Support has twice advised me to post here. Could someone please: Escalate for a manual unblock if there is a tenant-level restriction. This is the only thing blocking us from issuing Achievement Codes for our May 2026 intake. Hi Team, we got the welcome email from Microsoft for Training Services Partner Program, and performed below steps: Register for Microsoft Learn Admin Access Create a Metrics that Matter survey account Register for Pearson Vue and ALH accounts while registering for Pearson Vue account we are getting "Organization and / or Location ID not found" errors. We are existing Microsoft AI Cloud Partners, and begins the onboarding for Training service partnership, which option we should select for the Pearson Vue account creation. I was browsing through the material which I received, however it was really confusing and vast. can someone help me 1. How do I know we have been accepted and onboarded as a partner? 2. is there an additional fee associated and if yes, how do we pay? 3. With the latest Microsoft AI certifications for business and tech professionals, we aim to offer a 5-month, long-form MOOC curriculum directly via our TSP portal (similar to the Microsoft AI & ML Engineering Professional Certificate model). We are seeking the correct contact within Microsoft Worldwide Learning to discuss a partnership for TSPs to deliver these extended 'Professional Certificate' programs and the licensing required for multi-month, modular learning formats. Hi All, we are trying to deliver SC200 course. Out MCTs tell us the courseware is not working at all. Video Links are not working eg. Just to play ping-pong between ALH and "Content Creators" (1 Month Feedback Time) and getting no resolution doesn´t help here. Can you please get back to a working environment. Hi all, As mentioned in the last community call, we're seeing some users get an "Access Restricted" error when they try to access the Training Services Partner dashboard on Partner Center. This is not impacting your KPIs, just your view to those KPIs. Thanks to everyone who messaged me with their details after the call.
