New MCT Category: End User Qualification - Now Available to TSPs
Hi all, Our MCT team has launched a pilot program for a new MCT category called End User Qualification. This is in response to feedback we've received regarding the reduced level of technical skills required to teach our Copilot end user courses. This new status provides an easier path for trainers who are not currently MCTs to meet the requirements to deliver select Copilot courses. This has no impact on current MCTs. Trainers who have completed the AI-900 certification as well as the Instructional Skills Certificate Provider (ISCP) program are permitted to apply, but must be working for a TSP to qualify. Once accepted, the End User Qualification MCTs will be permitted to teach the following: AI-3017, AI-3025, MS-4004, MS-4005, MS-4008, MS-4012, MS-4018, MS-4019, and MS-4023. Deadline for completing End User Qualification onboarding is April 30, 2025. For more information, please see the attached FAQ. Please let me know if you have any questions.
Cannot use sandbox within Microsoft Learn course exercises.
I've recently start having issues whenever I need to login to the sandbox inside an exercise for my AZ-104 self-study. i.e. https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/training/modules/control-network-traffic-flow-with-routes/3-exercise-create-custom-routes?activate-azure-sandbox=true I've completed a lot of exercises which need sandbox access previously and have only recently started getting this error. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated!

Dear Partners, I am a Microsoft Learning partner since April 2023. I want to know what kind of services I an offer. I have good connects in Universities in India, I can provide trainings and certifications to the students, however students and professionals are already getting free certifications from Microsoft. Achievement Code Request not available in UAE
Hi Team, we are facing issues in our UAE Region to create Achievement Codes for our classes next week. It is only in this region where we are missing the Achievement Code button at the moment. Other countries working well. Can you please immediately advise back if there are any issues or any workaround to solve this issue? Thanks for your support! Diana

The account I had my Microsoft certifications under was hacked and I am looking to have the certifications moved to my new account. I had a case with the CDOC case management and they were able to suspend the account but won't provided me access to the account. Can someone please help me.Most Data Platform Labs Offline @ All Lab Hosters
Edited 2/14/25 to include all lab hosters. Hello partners, Many Data Platform labs have been taken offline at all lab hosters for newly discovered required fixes. The following labs are not currently available: DP-203 DP-3011 DP-3012 DP-3014 DP-600 DP-601 DP-602 DP-603 DP-604 DP-900 remains online, but Lab #3 is currently impacted by this outage. DP-3020 is not impacted. Lab hosters are reaching out to instructors who are scheduled to deliver the impacted course. We don't currently have an ETA but will update here as we know more.
Urgent: Request to Enable Certificate Renewal Process
I am reaching out regarding an issue with my certificate "Microsoft Certified: Azure Developer Associate", which has expired without receiving any reminder email from Microsoft. Due to this, I was unable to take timely action to renew it. I would appreciate your guidance on how to proceed and whether it’s possible to enable the renewal process. i have done performing the Partner Organization Onboarding process. able to get achievement code, and also have the MTM access. however, i cannot see my company showed up in https://appsource.microsoft.com/ for the training services partner section. anyone can advice?
