Courseware completions - Not updating
Hi Team,
We've started using achievement code end of last year and other requirements of Training Service Partner. We can Exam Unit and MTM being updated as we progress but the achievement code even after they're being redeemed in each training are not getting updated. Please assist.

Hi tpt, so I'm clear, I think you're saying that you see the exams and MTM update every month on the TSP Partner Center dashboard, but not the achievement codes? Are they remaining static or are they increasing slower than you would expect?
If you could send me a private message (click my name) with your company name, Microsoft ID number and the achievement codes you believe to not be reflecting I can investigate. Thank you.
