July 15 - our engineering team is not seeing a widespread outage on their side, but they are continuing to investigate. If you are still experiencing an outage please send me a private message (please do not post any PII directly in this thread) with the following: Your partner organization name (+ MPN ID if you know it) Email address you're using to log into your Admin account on Learn Which courses you were previously able to generate codes but no longer can (examples, doesn't have to be all of them) Approximately how long you have not been able to generate the codes I plan to update this thread every 2 days while we investigate the issue. Thank you! July 13 - thanks to all that shared their current achievement code issues. The team continues to investigate but no current time to resolution. July 1 - Hi all, I've seen a few posts regarding sudden issues in generating achievement codes. If this is an issue for you can you please reply to this with the course you're trying to generate and the approximate time you tried to generate? Trying to determine the scope of the problem. our TSP was on-boarded some months before, and it has now been more than some months since we started delivering training courses. We received the welcome email, completed all required formalities, and have delivered some trainings, and learners redeemed the achievement codes, and completed the surveys in MTM. All of these sessions appear correctly in, MTM surveys, and related dashboards. However, in Partner Center it still shows “Not Started.” Could you guys please review this and help us understand why the status has not updated? Hi There, Quick question regarding our Microsoft TSP onboarding. We submitted our onboarding request on June 5, 2026, but did not receive any updates until today (July 2, 2026), when my Microsoft GSI Skilling Lead helped connect me with your internal team. At that point, someone confirmed that our organization has now been onboarded as a TSP. My question is: Should we expect to see any changes in Partner Center once the onboarding is completed? For example: Should a TSP section or tab become available? Should we now see an option to purchase the TSP Action Pack or is that optional? Are there any Partner Center permissions or configurations that still need to be completed on our side? Additionally, I have a team in South Africa asking me to grant them access to Partner Center so they can manage TSP-related activities and track metrics. Before I proceed, I'd like to understand whether that access is actually required and whether I'm heading in the right direction. Could someone please provide some guidance on the expected next steps and what we should be seeing in Partner Center following the onboarding? Hi. This complete rewrite of MD-102 has been long underway and very much wanted. The new courseware arrived on time, but much to our disappointment, we discovered that labs will first arrive in the next 30-60 days. Clients will not be happy with a 5 days course without labs. Hi, We delivered AB-900 today. Logging into Learn with our TSP account to the AB-900 URL, there is no ability to generate achievement code. Checking other courses, no abiliy to generate achievement codes on them either. Has something changed? Had no issues since being first enrolled when the program started years ago. Hi all, As mentioned in the last community call, we're seeing some users get an "Access Restricted" error when they try to access the Training Services Partner dashboard on Partner Center. This is not impacting your KPIs, just your view to those KPIs. Thanks to everyone who messaged me with their details after the call.
