We'll use this thread to post updates for TSP Community Calls, including calendar invites to upcoming calls and links to post-call decks and recordings. Please note: decks and recordings of previous calls are kept on the Learning Resources site for 12 months in our Community Call collection. Files from the most recent Community Call take 1-2 weeks to land in the collection. New this fiscal: to be better prepared to present the information you want to hear, we've created a question intake form that we'll use to help plan the calls. Hello new TSPs. We are currently updating the onboarding process to provide better communications around process and timing. While we work to update, please send me a private message if you have completed the onboarding form and you are currently waiting on a response. I anticipate this workaround to last for a few weeks and for us to have a new process in place in January. Once the update is complete and the normal process resumes, I will delete this thread. Achievement Code Admin access – “Request achievement code” button not appearing
Hello, We are a Microsoft Training Services Partner and have completed the enrollment for Microsoft Learn Achievement Code Admin access. The enrollment was completed successfully, and we have waited for the account activation/processing period. However, when signing in to Microsoft Learn using the administrator account that was registered, the “Request achievement code” button is still not appearing on the Microsoft Learn course pages. Could you please verify the status of our Achievement Code Admin enrollment and confirm whether the administrator account has been activated correctly? We can provide our MAICPP Organization ID, Location ID, Microsoft Learn username, and screenshots if required. Thank you for your assistance.
I need assistance recovering my partners portal access
I migrated my domain (clouddevfusion.com) from an old tenant to this one ( de5cd942-8e88-4f3b-a372-b07cf176da8d ) and deleted the old tenant. Now I have lost access to the partner center portal. Partner ID / MPN ID: 6907545 / 6907546 Legal business name: CloudDev Fusion I cannot create support ticket on partner center since I lost access and I have no workspaces. Please note: the folder linked after each call is a temporary repository while we wait to get the deck and recording uploaded to the Learning Resources site. These links expire after each subsequent call. Instead, you can find the last 12 months of call decks and recordings in our Community Call collection.
I changed tenants and deleted the old tenant that was connected to Partner Center.
Hi Team, I changed tenants and deleted the old tenant that was connected to Partner Center. Now I have no Partner Center rights and can’t see my TSP program progress or anything. Many customers have ESI discount, so they are not interested in paying a full price for a voucher if they can just buy it themselves with 50% discount. Are there any plans to start offering 50% ESI stackable vouchers on the Pearson VUE partner store to accommodate these types of customers?
