Hello Team, When comparing the data extracted from the MPN portal under the “Courseware Completions” criteria with the data available in the Microsoft Organizational Skilling Portal - Home, we noticed that several redeemed classes are not included. As a result, our Courseware Completions score appears to be incomplete, which may affect our renewal status. Examples of missing class IDs include: M3MGZ9 (SC-300), 54N235 (AZ-104), and others. In total, more than 15 classes are not reflected in our Courseware Completions score. I can share the two source files used for the comparison if they would help with the investigation. Could you please review this issue and advise on the next steps? Many thanks,Lab Issues - Rolling Updates

We'll use this thread to post updates for TSP Community Calls, including calendar invites to upcoming calls and links to post-call decks and recordings. Please note: decks and recordings of previous calls are kept on the Learning Resources site for 12 months in our Community Call collection. Files from the most recent Community Call take 1-2 weeks to land in the collection. New this fiscal: to be better prepared to present the information you want to hear, we've created a question intake form that we'll use to help plan the calls. Drop a question or some feedback and we'll take the information into account. https://aka.ms/TSPCallQuestionsMCT New and Renewing MCTs - Update July 26
Updated July 26, 2025 As we step into FY26 on July 1st, 2025, I want to share some important updates regarding the MCT Program—especially for those planning to renew. New Fees Coming October 2025, no exact date and the cost will be shared at a later date. Starting July 1st, 2025, we will introduce: A renewal fee (ecommerce tool will be available in October 2025 for everyone to renew) A new MCT enrollment fee (ecommerce tool will be available in October 2025 for new MCTs) Our systems are currently being updated to support this change, with the new tool expected to launch in October 2025. More to come on costs. Pricing will be region supported. Session Requirement for Renewal Effective January 1st, 2026, MCTs will be required to complete six (6) sessions or six (6) days of training per calendar year to qualify for renewal. For clarity on what qualifies as a session, please refer to the attached PDF: Mandatory Use of MTM We will be enforcing stricter requirements for using Metrics That Matter (MTM) to log sessions with your Training Services Partner (TSP). Please coordinate with your TSPs to ensure MTM is being used correctly. What to Expect Next More details on program costs will be shared closer to the tool’s release. All MCTs that were MCTs before manual enrollment have been extended through January 1st, 2026, with full benefits. You’ll see this extension reflected in your profile in your MCT Trainer History NOT active certification. All current MCTs will be able to renew when the tool is available in October 2025 and the requirement to renew will be to have an active certification and have taught one class since your last renewal and pay the renewal fee (costs to come later). We will be checking that you have taught the one class using MTM. New MCTs will need ISC certificate, one role-based active certification and pay the MCT new enrollment fee. New MCT Enrollment Process | Microsoft Learn 🙏 Thank you for your continued support and patience as we enhance our systems. Here’s to a successful and impactful FY26!SolvedWhat is the proper way to join TSP?
My company joined MAICPP already. We also filled the TSP onboarding form. However, there is no email send to us. I cannot find any info from the Partner Center too. May I know what is the proper way to join TSP? Is there a website or email address to get in touch with support team?MCAPS Start for Partners Today (July 22)

Even if you can't join live, register for the event so that you can review recordings at your convenience. MCAPS Start for Partners Home We'll recap important updates on the August Community Call. DanQuestions on Partner Onboarding, PL-300 Training Workflow, Vouchers, and Certification Status
Hello, We are a new Microsoft Partner and we are about to deliver our very first training courses preparing for the PL-300 certification. To ensure our training session data is properly tracked and recorded by Microsoft, could you confirm if our planned workflow is complete? Here is our current process: Our MCT (Microsoft Certified Trainer) delivers the training to the learners, using the official Microsoft course material. At the end of the course, we send the course completion validation link to all learners (to help compute performance KPIs). We send the satisfaction survey via Metrics That Matter (MTM) (the link is sent to both the learners and the MCT). We issue exam vouchers to the learners. Specific Questions: Microsoft states that we must use the official Microsoft Learn content, which is freely accessible. Are we allowed to supplement this official material with our own custom training content and exercises for our learners? How does the voucher assignment process work on Pearson VUE? What specific information do we need to provide so that learners receive and can redeem them properly? We would like to offer our learners the option to finance this training through France's CPF (Compte Personnel de Formation). However, the certification file on France Compétences appears as inactive (RS5445). Is a renewal or re-registration planned for the French market? Can we publicly communicate our Microsoft Partnership (as a Training Services Partner) even if we have not yet reached the required KPIs listed in our Partner Center dashboard? Thank you in advance for your guidance and insights! Best regards,Unable to access https://cdx.transform.microsoft.com
Hello I have an organization that is a valid TSP. They want to access and use https://cdx.transform.microsoft.com/ but they are presented with the error message: Not Authorized Oops! It looks like you do not have permissions to access this page. We looked but we couldn't find your login [email address] associated to a Microsoft partner organization. How do they fix this? Who provides access? Regards Chintan PatelSolvedMCAPS Start for Partners
Hello all - Coming off the recent MCAPS Start for Partners event, I want to make sure you're up on the latest that has come out of the Microsoft partner ecosystem. First, check out this blog post from Nicole Dezen, our Chief Partner Officer, which has a good summary of the announcements. You can also visit our Partner Activation Zone which has additional resources that will aid you understanding Microsoft's direction. A couple items to note: Some of the announcements do not have an impact on the Training Services Partner ecosystem and I want to ensure we don't generate any confusion. Things like the Partner Capability Score and Specializations are currently outside the TSP scope. I can tell you that behind the scenes we're actively working to bring the Frontier Partner vision into Global Skilling, but don't have anything to share with you yet. There was further explanation to last year's announcement about the 6 solution areas moving down to 3. The team made it clear that this was a customer-facing marketing change only and has no impact on requirements, KPIs, benefits, incentives, or specializations. This means that you'll continue to be able to meet the 6 solution areas and you'll received additional benefits for each one that you achieve. For example, if you achieve the Business Applications solution area you'll soon receive the public-facing AI Business Solutions badge. If you then achieve the Modern Work solution area you won't get an additional badge (it's the same as BizApps), but you'll get the benefits associated with achieving the additional area. Same goes for the 3 solution areas that feed into the Cloud & AI Platforms badge. Previous 6 designations/paths New badge Business Applications AI Business Solutions Modern Work AI Business Solutions Data & AI (Azure) Cloud & AI Platforms Digital & App Innovation (Azure) Cloud & AI Platforms Infrastructure (Azure) Cloud & AI Platforms Security Security For those that registered for the event you can review session recordings here: MCAPS Start for Partners Home. If you have any questions about what was announced at MCAPS Start for Partners, please let me know.Fix Implemented - Are You Having Achievement Code Issues?
July 27 - Fix has been deployed. It may take up to 24 hours to propagate through the system. If you don't see achievement code buttons return by Tuesday afternoon Pacific Time, please let me know. Also, make sure you're loading a refreshed version of the page (crtl + r). July 24 - Deployment of fix is now scheduled for Monday, July 27th. July 23 - Fix has been delayed while other fixes occur at the datacenter level. Awaiting details on a new timing for the fix. Will update here when I know more. July 22 - Fix should start rolling out tonight. Please check the course page for the achievement code button (Hit crtl + r to refresh). Please let me know if you still do not see the button after July 23. Thank you. July 18 - Good news today. Engineering has determined the issue, and a fix is coming in the early days of next week. I'll keep you updated when we get the fix implemented. Thank you for your patience. July 15 - our engineering team is not seeing a widespread outage on their side, but they are continuing to investigate. If you are still experiencing an outage please send me a private message (please do not post any PII directly in this thread) with the following: Your partner organization name (+ MPN ID if you know it) Email address you're using to log into your Admin account on Learn Which courses you were previously able to generate codes but no longer can (examples, doesn't have to be all of them) Approximately how long you have not been able to generate the codes I plan to update this thread every 2 days while we investigate the issue. Thank you! July 13 - thanks to all that shared their current achievement code issues. The team continues to investigate but no current time to resolution. July 1 - Hi all, I've seen a few posts regarding sudden issues in generating achievement codes. If this is an issue for you can you please reply to this with the course you're trying to generate and the approximate time you tried to generate? Trying to determine the scope of the problem. If you previously had an issue but it appears to be resolved now, please let me know that as well. Thanks, Dan
