Labs Issues - Rolling Updates
Hello all, We're working on ways to better update our partner ecosystem on issues with labs. Until we have a more sustainable and scalable solution, I will provide updates to this pinned thread. July 29 Impact: 365 Defender Lab set to release 7/31. A bug is causing issues in activating the M365 Connector for the Security for AI service. User cannot proceed past trial activation window. Issue has been escalated, no time to resolution yet. Impact: AB-210, AB-250, and MB-230. Dynamics trial license issue, unable to redeem Sales license. Issue has been escalated, not time to resolution yet.SC-500 - Where are the ALH Labs?
I just downloaded and reviewed SC-500 and Instructor Notes. It seems the ALH Providers are not offering LABs for this course. Some Labs show "BYOS". That is not deliverable. No one has free SCU or Copilot for Security Licenses on stock for training. Only slides, no exercises or only click thru simulations again. Please come on, not another one of that. Can anyone give a tip, where and how fully functional tenants for ALL (including the "expensive" copilot stuff) labs are available? Thanks for any help Mario
Questions on Partner Onboarding, PL-300 Training Workflow, Vouchers, and Certification Status
Hello, We are a new Microsoft Partner and we are about to deliver our very first training courses preparing for the PL-300 certification. To ensure our training session data is properly tracked and recorded by Microsoft, could you confirm if our planned workflow is complete? Here is our current process: Our MCT (Microsoft Certified Trainer) delivers the training to the learners, using the official Microsoft course material. At the end of the course, we send the course completion validation link to all learners (to help compute performance KPIs). We send the satisfaction survey via Metrics That Matter (MTM) (the link is sent to both the learners and the MCT). We issue exam vouchers to the learners. Specific Questions: Microsoft states that we must use the official Microsoft Learn content, which is freely accessible. Are we allowed to supplement this official material with our own custom training content and exercises for our learners? How does the voucher assignment process work on Pearson VUE? What specific information do we need to provide so that learners receive and can redeem them properly? We would like to offer our learners the option to finance this training through France's CPF (Compte Personnel de Formation). However, the certification file on France Compétences appears as inactive (RS5445). Is a renewal or re-registration planned for the French market? Can we publicly communicate our Microsoft Partnership (as a Training Services Partner) even if we have not yet reached the required KPIs listed in our Partner Center dashboard? Students See Admin-Completed Modules After Redeeming Course Code
Is there a way to reset a Code Admin Account (e.g. the email address removed for privacy reasons) used for Microsoft Learn learner course and achievement code generation including distribution? Preparation completed by a TSP using the Code Admin Account appears to be carried over to students when they claim their codes. As a result, modules that were previously previewed by the admin are already marked as completed in the students’ module lists once their codes are activated. I may be missing something, but I’ve attached an image showing how students see some course modules already ticked as completed after redeeming their course code. I also have a related question: are trainers able to view their students’ progress for Microsoft Learn training materials redeemed through these course codes? Specifically, can trainers see whether their students are progressing through the self-paced learning modules? If these questions have already been answered elsewhere, I would appreciate being pointed in the right direction. Any input or guidance would be greatly appreciated to resolve any or all of the above. Thanks in advance.

Clarification on Courseware Completions Metric for TSP Qualification
Hi DanDonohue We are seeking clarification on whether Applied Skills learner achievement code redemptions contribute toward the Courseware Completions metric for TSP qualification. Specifically, could you please confirm whether this metric applies only to official Microsoft instructor-led courses mapped to a defined course ID (for example, MS-900) with redeemed achievement codes, or if Applied Skills achievements, individual Microsoft Learn modules, or other Learn-based credentials are also included? Access Issue to Pearson VUE Store – TSP Status Confirmation Needed
Hello Microsoft team, I completed the TSP onboarding form on December 19 and have been a Microsoft Certified Trainer (MCT) since early 2025. I received a confirmation email that my onboarding form was successfully submitted, but I have not yet received an email confirming that my TSP status has been granted. I am now trying to access the Pearson VUE store at https://msstore.pearsonvue.com/but I am unable to log in. I receive an error stating that my Partner ID and Location ID are incorrect, even though they are entered correctly (see attached screenshot). Could you please advise on how to resolve this issue and confirm my TSP status so that I can gain proper access? Thank you for your assistance!
