So we are a MAICPP, we were interested to become training partner. I filled up a form and received an initial email. I was browsing through the material which I received, however it was really confusing and vast. can someone help me 1. How do I know we have been accepted and onboarded as a partner? 2. is there an additional fee associated and if yes, how do we pay? 3. How to get partnership logo, certificate for documentation purpose? 4. how to access voucher order and lab on demand orders? sorry, I am a complete newbie so may be my questions are basic, do help! TIA

Hi everyone, I am are currently exploring the process of achieving the Microsoft Training Services designation and would appreciate guidance from those who have already gone through this journey. Based on my understanding, courseware completions and related requirements appear to be key steps in achieving this designation. I would like to confirm if this is accurate and get clarity on the most efficient path forward. Specifically, I am looking for insights on the following: Courseware Requirements 1. Which official courses are required, and how are they typically delivered? Access to Training Materials 2. Is there a specific portal or program through which Microsoft-approved courseware can be obtained? Tracking Completions 3. How are course completions tracked and reflected within the partner account? Post-Training Process 4. What is the process for issuing achievement codes and conducting official post-training surveys (such as Metrics That Matter)? Error when filling in Microsoft Learn Organization Enrollment
Good day, I am in the process of registering our organization as a TSP. I am filling in the Microsoft Learn Organization Enrollment form. It does not accept the username and URL even though I copied it exactly as per instruction. Error says: "Enter username (must be 4 to 40 characters in length, no special characters)" and yet the username string provided violates that rule. Please assist
MCT Renewal Issues
Hi Team, My MCT renewal has been rejected stating that i do not have 'qualified credentials in your active certifications'. When i view my transcript my 'Cloud Solution Expert: Cloud Platform and Infrastructure' certificate is active. I am unable to understand - why this certificate is not being considered and how is it not a relevant "Expert" certificate for the Cloud Solution Architect Role? Anyone who faced a similar rejection or anyone from the Microsoft MCT team who can guide properly on this? Unfortunately - all i am getting is a cooked response from the 'mctprog' email. All they are saying is that i am not eligible and no one has been able to explain why this active certification is not valid/considered/dropped? Regards.AZ-900 - Correct Lab Usage?
Hello, The Courseware Title Plan Courseware Title Plan | Microsoft Community Hub lists Microsoft Learn as the correct source for labs for AZ-900. However, as some of us know, it was unceremoniously cut. What is the correct method for labs for this class now? Also my followup question which I feel like I have asked before but get a new answer each time- Can a TSP/MCT decide they dont want to use labs because it costs money? Or if a lab is listed in the title plan, are they expected to use it to be KPI eligible?TSP Renewal – Can Purchase Option Be Available After Membership Expiry?
If a Training Services Partner did not purchase exam vouchers in the last 12 months and the renewal date is 18th February 2026, but they complete the other two requirements and purchased 200 vouchers in February 2026, the dashboard will update only next month. Since there is a 30-day grace period (also got expired), the membership may expire before the dashboard updates. In this case, once the data updates in March, can the partner still renew the membership? Will the purchase/renewal option still be available after expiry? Or do they need to follow a different re-enrollment process? Please advise.
Courseware completions - Not updating
Hi Team, We've started using achievement code end of last year and other requirements of Training Service Partner. We can Exam Unit and MTM being updated as we progress but the achievement code even after they're being redeemed in each training are not getting updated.
