Carta de validación TSP
Saludos, y antes que nada, muchas gracias por ser siempre tan atentos y responder a todas nuestras preguntas. Escribo para preguntar si es posible obtener una carta que indique que mi organización forma parte del programa TSP, ya que necesito pruebas de ello para ciertos procedimientos en mi país.
(aka.ms/TSP_Achievement_Code_Enroll...) restricted across all accounts unable to enroll Class Admin
The enrollment form at aka.ms/TSP_Achievement_Code_Enrollment returns 'restricted access' for me. I have tried signing in with all three of the following: 1. email address removed for privacy reasons (work / Entra tenant, Partner Center account) 2. email address removed for privacy reasons (consumer MSA with Learn profile) 3. email address removed for privacy reasons (new outlook.com alias, per the Account Enrollment Guide) Same restriction on all three, so this looks like a tenant or program-level block rather than an account issue. I also have an open support case (#715-123160) regarding an earlier fraud-detection block on our tenant, which may be related. Microsoft Support has twice advised me to post here. Could someone please: Escalate for a manual unblock if there is a tenant-level restriction. This is the only thing blocking us from issuing Achievement Codes for our May 2026 intake. Issues while registering to Pearson Vue account - TSP requirement
Hi Team, we got the welcome email from Microsoft for Training Services Partner Program, and performed below steps: Register for Microsoft Learn Admin Access Create a Metrics that Matter survey account Register for Pearson Vue and ALH accounts while registering for Pearson Vue account we are getting "Organization and / or Location ID not found" errors. We are existing Microsoft AI Cloud Partners, and begins the onboarding for Training service partnership, which option we should select for the Pearson Vue account creation. Your guidence much appreciated.

Based on my understanding, courseware completions and related requirements appear to be key steps in achieving this designation. I would like to confirm if this is accurate and get clarity on the most efficient path forward. Specifically, I am looking for insights on the following: Courseware Requirements 1. Which official courses are required, and how are they typically delivered? Access to Training Materials 2. Is there a specific portal or program through which Microsoft-approved courseware can be obtained? Tracking Completions 3. How are course completions tracked and reflected within the partner account? Post-Training Process 4. What is the process for issuing achievement codes and conducting official post-training surveys (such as Metrics That Matter)? Error when filling in Microsoft Learn Organization Enrollment
Good day, I am in the process of registering our organization as a TSP. I am filling in the Microsoft Learn Organization Enrollment form. It does not accept the username and URL even though I copied it exactly as per instruction. Error says: "Enter username (must be 4 to 40 characters in length, no special characters)" and yet the username string provided violates that rule. Please assistMCT Renewal Issues
Hi Team, My MCT renewal has been rejected stating that i do not have 'qualified credentials in your active certifications'. When i view my transcript my 'Cloud Solution Expert: Cloud Platform and Infrastructure' certificate is active. I am unable to understand - why this certificate is not being considered and how is it not a relevant "Expert" certificate for the Cloud Solution Architect Role? Anyone who faced a similar rejection or anyone from the Microsoft MCT team who can guide properly on this? Unfortunately - all i am getting is a cooked response from the 'mctprog' email. All they are saying is that i am not eligible and no one has been able to explain why this active certification is not valid/considered/dropped? Regards.
