TSP enrolled but no Achievement Code access (no Request button visible)
Hello, Our organization has completed the Training Services Partner onboarding and Microsoft Learn Organization enrollment. Username: ArgosystemsEcuador Partner ID: 1160990 It has been more than 5 days since confirmation, and we are logging in with the correct Outlook Class Administrator account. However, the "Request Achievement Code" option is not visible in any Microsoft Learn course. Instead, we only see the training provider search interface. This suggests our account has not been properly enabled as a Microsoft Learn Admin. Could you please verify and complete the activation? Thank you.New Training Services Partner Onboarding Update
Hello new TSPs. We are currently updating the onboarding process to provide better communications around process and timing. While we work to update, please send me a private message if you have completed the onboarding form and you are currently waiting on a response. I anticipate this workaround to last for a few weeks and for us to have a new process in place in January. Once the update is complete and the normal process resumes, I will delete this thread. Problem with PL-7008 Labs
We recently had a problem with the PL-7008 training course. In the latest Courseware Title Plan, the PL-7008 training course is listed as having Labs (ALH status in the Lab Hosting column) and not BYOS, but in the GoDeploy and Extrem offer labs, there are no license as shown in the screenshots below. What exactly is the situation with this course and where can we find the correct information ? Thank youFY26 TSP Community Call Thread

Launching Training Partner
Hi All I am founding a training company with a partner . We would like to launch our business soon. We are now MS partner . My questions are below : 1) How can we display on our website that we are MS partner? (we are not allowe to use logos at this stage : this is my understanding ). 2) Are we allowed to teach students on their own sandboxes ? or do I have to hire a Lab ?
