Where is my accreditation Certificate?

I passed my Microsoft Cybersecurity Architect exam and received the congratulations email from Microsoft nearly 48 hours ago. My certificate is still not showing in my Learn profile page.

Can you please advise when this certificate will be ready for sharing?

I am not impressed I even have to chase Microsoft for this. Very disappointing!

So we are a MAICPP, we were interested to become training partner.

I filled up a form and received an initial email.

I was browsing through the material which I received, however it was really confusing and vast.

can someone help me

1. How do I know we have been accepted and onboarded as a partner?
2. is there an additional fee associated and if yes, how do we pay?
3. How to get partnership logo, certificate for documentation purpose?
4. how to access voucher order and lab on demand orders?

Is it necessary to be already enrolled in the Microsoft AI Cloud Partner Program in order to appear in the AI Skills Navigator?

Problem with PL-7008 Labs

We recently had a problem with the PL-7008 training course.
In the latest Courseware Title Plan, the PL-7008 training course is listed as having Labs (ALH status in the Lab Hosting column) and not BYOS, but in the GoDeploy and Extrem offer labs, there are no license as shown in the screenshots below.

What exactly is the situation with this course and where can we find the correct information ?

Error when filling in Microsoft Learn Organization Enrollment

I am in the process of registering our organization as a TSP. I am filling in the Microsoft Learn Organization Enrollment form. It does not accept the username and URL even though I copied it exactly as per instruction. Error says: "Enter username (must be 4 to 40 characters in length, no special characters)" and yet the username string provided violates that rule. Please assist

MCT Renewal Issues

Hi Team,

My MCT renewal has been rejected stating that i do not have 'qualified credentials in your active certifications'. When i view my transcript my 'Cloud Solution Expert: Cloud Platform and Infrastructure' certificate is active.

I am unable to understand - why this certificate is not being considered and how is it not a relevant "Expert" certificate for the Cloud Solution Architect Role?

Anyone who faced a similar rejection or anyone from the Microsoft MCT team who can guide properly on this?

Unfortunately - all i am getting is a cooked response from the 'mctprog' email.

All they are saying is that i am not eligible and no one has been able to explain why this active certification is not valid/considered/dropped?

AZ-900 - Correct Lab Usage?

The Courseware Title Plan Courseware Title Plan | Microsoft Community Hub lists Microsoft Learn as the correct source for labs for AZ-900. However, as some of us know, it was unceremoniously cut.

What is the correct method for labs for this class now?

Also my followup question which I feel like I have asked before but get a new answer each time- Can a TSP/MCT decide they dont want to use labs because it costs money? Or if a lab is listed in the title plan, are they expected to use it to be KPI eligible?

TSP Renewal – Can Purchase Option Be Available After Membership Expiry?

If a Training Services Partner did not purchase exam vouchers in the last 12 months and the renewal date is 18th February 2026, but they complete the other two requirements and purchased 200 vouchers in February 2026, the dashboard will update only next month.

Since there is a 30-day grace period (also got expired), the membership may expire before the dashboard updates.

In this case, once the data updates in March, can the partner still renew the membership?
Will the purchase/renewal option still be available after expiry?
Or do they need to follow a different re-enrollment process?

Please advise.

Courseware completions - Not updating

We've started using achievement code end of last year and other requirements of Training Service Partner. We can Exam Unit and MTM being updated as we progress but the achievement code even after they're being redeemed in each training are not getting updated. Please assist.

Renew Az-305

My AZ-305 certification recently expired because I missed the renewal window. I did not receive any renewal notification emails before the expiration, which is why I was unable to complete the renewal assessment in time.

I would like to kindly request whether any additional time or an exception could be granted in my case. If this is not possible, I completely understand, but I would appreciate it if you could review my situation and advise on any available options.

Can you please check in the system whether my organization is fully registered? Is there a screen / field in the Partner Center displaying the registration status that's expected to be updated?

Sorry, I tried to find this out on my own per the instructions in the email + on the associated website and was unable to locate the confirmation.

We are seeking clarification on whether Applied Skills learner achievement code redemptions contribute toward the Courseware Completions metric for TSP qualification.

Specifically, could you please confirm whether this metric applies only to official Microsoft instructor-led courses mapped to a defined course ID (for example, MS-900) with redeemed achievement codes, or if Applied Skills achievements, individual Microsoft Learn modules, or other Learn-based credentials are also included?
