Achievement Code Request not available in UAE
Hi Team,
we are facing issues in our UAE Region to create Achievement Codes for our classes next week.
It is only in this region where we are missing the Achievement Code button at the moment.
Other countries working well. Can you please immediately advise back if there are any issues or any workaround to solve this issue?

Hi Diana,
We faced a similar issue recently. In our case, it turned out to be related to account permissions and region configuration. You may want to double-check that the tenant/learning workspace is correctly set to UAE and that the required admin permissions are assigned for generating Achievement Codes.
It might also help to try accessing the portal with a Global Admin account or check if there are any service health notices in the Microsoft 365 admin center.
If the issue is only affecting UAE, it could be a temporary regional backend limitation, so raising a support ticket with Microsoft directly may speed things up since your classes are scheduled soon.

Hi Diana805 - are you still experiencing issues with Achievement Code requests? I'm not familiar with any issues specific to UAE. I understand that when these types of issues come up, it can help to clear your browser cache and try again.

Hi Dan,
We tried that option already and cleared the Browser cache but it s still not working- The AC Request button still not showing up in our Dubai Account. All other countries are working well. How can we get this fixed?

Hi Dan,
Yes we are still facing this issues but only for UAE Dubai - Also in Inprivate Window the AC Button is not displayed.
