Hi moderators (JillArmour), my Microsoft AI Cloud Partner Program enrollment is blocked by the automated trust evaluation, and I can't open a support ticket because the account has no workspace (the known blocked-enrollment issue). Hello, My Microsoft Edge Add-ons developer enrollment in Partner Center was blocked by the automated "Runs on Trust" system at the registration/vetting step. The exact message was: "Microsoft runs on trust. We engage in a rigorous set of evaluation and certification processes; as a result your request was blocked." I can't raise this through the normal channel: after the block, Partner Center shows no workspaces, and the support intake for this topic ends at "Sign in to Partner Center to provide issue details" — the very resource the block locks me out of. I am trying to get my company verified in Microsoft Partner Center but I keep getting rejected because I originally signed up for MS 365 and Entra using my common first name (Randy), but when I upload my ID it contains my legal first name (Randall). I have changed my name in Azure and MS 365, but in the partner center > Account Settings > Legal Info it still shows Randy . After changing my name to Randall in MS 365 and Azure I tried to verify again and was rejected for the second time. I reached out to support but they just keep sending me instructions to go to the partner center and select "Fix Now". This link just takes to the page to upload my ID. If I get rejected for a 3rd time I will be unable to attempt again, I will be permanently rejected. Support doesn't respond other than to keep sending me the same link and it takes 5 days every time I explain the situation to them again. I need help clearing my common name in Partner Center Legal Info and anyplace else that is linked to Partner Center, I am losing revenue due to this and it's been about 4 weeks of trying to resolve the issue. What is the correct way that I can prove to my customers that I am now an official microsoft partner ? I thought it was the logo builder - but was advised by microsoft that this is not the right place and to ask the question here. The below email from Microsoft Support was sent to me, instructing me that I needed to update the address on the account from the mailing address to the physical address that matches the Articles of Incorporation. Dear Luke: Thank you for providing additional documents to our team for account verification. Upon review, we identified that the documents do not match the information you entered for your account. ADDRESS MISMATCHED FOR Business Verification If it is not possible to provide additional documentation, please update your account information to match any legal documents already provided or your official Company registration details. Your account details: Company Name: REDACTED Address: REDACTED If you need additional information to update, your profile, you can find it here. All submitted documents must have an expiration date that is at least two months in the future. I then responded with the below email, confirming the change per the instructions. After this, my account was closed and Microsoft support has given me generic templated responses with no detail as to why. I had only used 2 out of my 3 verification attempts for the last step and I now cannot restart the process. Request: Please reopen my application so I can complete verification once my updated documents are available, or advise on the correct path to do so. Thank you for the clarification I have updated our Partner Center legal address from REDACTED (mailing address) to (REDACTED) to match our Delaware Certificate of Incorporation. This is our official Delaware registered office address. We are a legitimate, newly registered Australian business and all details match our official government records. Entity - Legal entity: Deca IT Pty Ltd - ACN: 698 030 465 - ABN: 46 698 030 465 (active from 13 May 2026, verifiable on ABN Lookup) - Registered address: 532 City Road, South Melbourne VIC 3205, Australia - Tenant: decait.onmicrosoft.com - Partner ID / MPN ID: Unknown due to error Error details from the blocked screen - Reference number: 715-123160 - Transaction ID: c2c23a10-9d90-44a7-afa4-36ec6ef5b846 - Correlation ID: 07bac0f0-050b-4bdd-8918-71e62b4746fb Symptom Account settings > Legal info is completely empty (no profile tabs), so no legal business profile was ever saved. Enrolment appears to have been blocked before the profile could be created. Attempting to proceed returns the trust error above.
