8 TopicsIssues with Account Verification and Revoked Partner Status
Hello everyone, Since July 30th, I have been struggling to resolve an issue with account verification in Microsoft Partner Center and to restore my partner status. Here's a summary of the problem: In April, I successfully completed the verification process by submitting all the required documents to confirm my domain ownership. The documents met all the criteria, including the 12-month validity requirement. On July 30th, my developer status was revoked without any explanation. I have requested clarification several times, but each time I only received requests to resubmit the same documents I had already provided. I resubmitted the documents on August 8th, but I still haven't received any constructive response, just automated messages. Recently, I received a message saying that several attempts to verify my information were unsuccessful, and the process was closed. This could result in my relationship with Microsoft being terminated within 30 days. My team has spent a year learning the Graph API and developing our Outlook application, and now it seems we won’t be able to publish it due to unclear verification issues. Could someone please advise if there is a way to expedite the resolution of this problem? I have submitted all the required documents and met the necessary criteria, yet I continue to face rejections. Here are my support ticket numbers for reference: 2404250040003907 2409030040003632 2408210040001904 2409060040005012 I would greatly appreciate any help or advice on how to proceed. Thank you!Solved1.4KViews4likes24CommentsMicrosoft Partner Center Account Verification Issues - Steps Unresponsive
Hello fellow members, I am currently facing an issue with the Microsoft Partner Center's account verification process, and I'm reaching out to see if anyone else has encountered a similar problem or if there's a workaround that I might have missed. I have been trying to verify my account as guided by their official documentation (Verification Responses Guide). Here are the steps I followed: I went to Account Settings and clicked on the Legal Info, then clicked on the "Fix now" button as instructed. The next step mentions "In Account Verification, from Select document type to upload, select the type of document you want to upload for verification". This is where the problem lies. After Step 1, the "Account Verification" tab or option simply doesn't appear for me. It feels as though the process just halts there. I tried to find a way around it, assuming maybe it's a browser issue or some temporary glitch, but multiple attempts yielded the same result. Through different browsers, different computers at different times. I also raised support tickets regarding this matter, but unfortunately, I haven't received any concrete responses yet. They only keep directing me back to the same steps that are unresponsive. And this has been over a month now and I kinda get stuck. Has anyone here faced a similar challenge or has any insights on how I can proceed with this? I appreciate all the help and suggestions I can get. Thanks in advance!9.4KViews2likes15CommentsIdentity verification rejection -- now locked out
We have been locked out from being able to have our identity verified after multiple attempts to get verified. The option to appeal is no longer an option as the "Fix now" button has disappeared. We have tried everything to get help and only have just over 5 business days to resolve this before we lose the option to renew. This has a critical impact on our business. We have submitted multiple tickets, but they get closed without getting resolved. We have one open ticket at the moment which has had 3 escalations, but the issue is still unresolved. We were told to go to the local Microsoft office, but it's been closed for over a year now. Besides we have also been told that the matter has to be resolved through Support and not by going to the office. Does anyone either have a solution or know where we can go or who we can contact to get the solution? #aka.ms/asfpIssue Accepting Microsoft AI Cloud Partner Agreement
Hello, having an issue accepting the cloud partner agreement while enrolling in Partner Center. I am trying to accept the Microsoft AI Cloud Partner Agreement, I have found my organization through DUNS and select continue. The Company Information section of the form comes up, with this error: " The company name isn’t valid. Enter a valid legal company name." Our company via DUNS is "Formstack, LLC" When I click on "Accept and Continue" from the Company Information section of the form, it loads for a moment but nothing happens. I am unable to submit a ticket to support as I am not yet in a Workspace. Any assistance would be much appreciated!5.3KViews0likes39CommentsNo Fix Now option for vetting and aproval
I am trying to get approved for my Office 365 product listing. I got rejected, and I've been communicating over tickets with a Microsoft Operations rep. They have stopped responding. I see in documentation and other people's screenshots that they have a Fix now step they can use to upload materials. I don't see one in my portal. How do we get someone to respond? We have paying a customer that wants our product. We need to get approved ASAP in order to let our client use our product.Locked out of Partner Center
During a migration from GoDaddy to M365 the global admin account associated with Partner Center has lost all rights and no backup account was created. Further, apparently the only way to get support for Partner Center is to open a ticket in Partner Center which is impossible without access to Partner Center. Anyone run into this before or know of a work around to get support?Stuck on "business verification" for driver publishing
Hello! We are trying to register with the partner center to get a Microsoft signature for our driver, but we are stuck on the "Business verification" status. If I click on the "Fix now" button, nothing opens and the application is just sent for recheck. What am I doing wrong and how can I fix this problem?429Views0likes2CommentsRegaining access to partner account?
Hello, I'm posting this question here in case someone has gone through a similar experience and already has a solution. I have a partner account for over 15 years. A few months ago I got an email that I had to link a Partner Center account to Microsoft billing profile. Mind you this is an old account and I had no billing profile for it, so I set out to create one. The partner center however did not allow to create a billing profile because -I assumed- it was missing a business registration number. So I added that and waited a day to get it approved. However with the approval, whoever approved the change, they took away my admin access from the partner account. I'm at the point where I have to renew the plan and I have absolutely no way to fix this. All my services from Azure, VisualStudio and O365 are lapsing. I have contacted support and their answer is a single sentence that they cannot help me and have to close the ticket as per internal policy. Plus they say that I cannot join the program because I failed an internal standard review. First of all, I have not contacted support to join anything. Secondly, I have not received notification of any review or results of any reviews. None of the support phones actually function as support as they all recite the link to the online support. My online tickets are also moving nowhere. I have one that is open for about a month now. They confirmed that I have no access to the account but asked me to create a video showing that that I have no access... This is strange to the point of being absurd. Is there anything that can be done?
