- MJvdMCopper ContributorHello Jill, thank you for the great work you do on this community. I have followed the guide and have spent maybe 15 hours now trying to register as a partner to join the AI Cloud program. After completing the Company Information form, it verifies our D-U-N-S Number etc. When I hit the Accept and Continue button, hourglass spins for about 5 seconds and then goes back to normal - no error messages nothing. Who may I contact to help please?
Thanks

MJvdM I would submit a support ticket: Partner Center Support

JillArmourMicrosoft Hello Jill, thank you for responding. Unfortunately, I have tried but since I cannot select a Workspace, I can't proceed. I might be missing something but can't find any articles in the Partner Center Howtos.

The Partner Center cannot verify the identity, indicating a name error.
No matter how the order is adjusted, whether the first name is the surname or the given name, it doesn't work. I created a request(TrackingID#2405220030003428) but received no response. This issue has been unresolved for three months, despite submitting various relevant company information, and the identity still hasn't been verified.
As a result, the driver cannot be submitted, and the driver certificate is completely unusable.

yuchangping support says: partner's application has been approved at the identity step and is continuing through the vetting process.
Can you confirm?
- yuchangpingCopper ContributorWhat happens after I get approval? I still need to verify my identity, and then the endless loop continues to fail. The names are obviously the same, so I confirmed again and captured the packet to see the problem. It shows that firstname and lastname are both my fullname. So shouldn't this error be fixed? No matter how I adjust it, I can't pass the verification.
Moreover, after such a long time, I submitted our company’s business license, but my personal identity kept getting interrupted. Can’t we conduct manual review? I can provide whatever information Microsoft needs, but Microsoft support keeps me facing a problematic program without any processing. I've been trying every day to figure out a way to fix the problem, but disappointingly, Microsoft support only gets back to me every few days and the problem hasn't been solved yet.
