Hello Partner Community Please assist any way you can... JillArmourMicrosoft is this in your wheelhouse? We are an CSP partner that is struggling to have our indirect reseller account suspension lifted even though our partner account is now fully verified and authorised. Our account was originally suspended due to a business registration vs shop location mismatch that was not resolved within a 30 day termination notification time limit. We corrected the address problem AFTER the account was suspended and although our account is now verified and authorised, the Indirect Reseller account suspension has not been automatically lifted and we are unable to contact a human representative to have it manually moved back to the Active state. We have submitted several Partner Support tickets but they do not provide actual support at all and automated responses from these tickets return a disclaimer stating the following with no further correspondence and the ticket automatically closed. Hello, Thank you for contacting Microsoft Partner support about the notice of suspension and termination proceedings. In the Microsoft AI Cloud Partner Program Agreement, both Microsoft and our partners reserve the right to walk away from the partner relationship by providing 30 days' notice to the other. Neither party is required to offer an explanation for the decision to terminate the partner agreement. As Microsoft is exercising its rights under this section 4.b of the Microsoft AI Cloud Program Agreement, we are unable to share an explanation or further details. Kind Regards, *Random Name* (He/Him) Support Engineer Partner Support Delivery - Program Customer Support My Working Hours: M-F 11:30 AM to 08:30 PM AEDT This lack of support is excruciatingly frustrating and terribly aggravating given that we are now subject to an indefinite period of considerable income loss with no recourse. Note that along with the suspension, emails have been sent to our customers notifying them that we are no longer qualified to act as their licensing provider which has been distressing for both our sales team and the customers. Our distributor is doing the best they can to help but they are unable to provide any real assistance and from what I hear, are unable to get any sensible advice from their Microsoft reps. Upon speaking with several other indirect resellers and distributors alike, it is my understanding that many partners are suffering the same or similar denial of service and I question whether this practice is even legal under Australian law regardless of any contractual fine print and disclaimers after the fact. This denial of support is a huge failure of Microsoft's policy makers and extremely poor business practice in general. If Microsoft wish to declare utter contempt for the small businesses that have supported them for several decades then those businesses might consider alternative platforms for their customers going forward. To conclude, I welcome any support or feedback from the community to help resolve this particular problem and help others with the same issue. Kind Regards, One very Frustrated Reseller.Unable to update partner profile, verification still rejected
Like a lot of users, since the recent updates for the EU Digital Services Act compliance status, I'm stuck in the verification process for my company. I used to be able to publish my app in the store before, and despite a lot of tries, answers provided by Vetting Team is mind blowing. I'm not able to clearly understand if I have a problem regarding my Partner Center / Azure account, I'm not able to update anymore my partner center profile because I have the following error. And all the messages regarding the Vetting Team are not clear. We don't understand informations to provide, they used acronym in mail (for example : IVX). We have business to run so please can you provide real effective support, it's been three months that I try to update the situation. It drives me crazy!Address tied to DUNS number not verifiable
I've been trying to sign up for the Windows developer program but the address associated to my DUNS number cannot be verified by Microsoft. I also can't enter a different address manually because the button doesn't do anything, please see attached screenshot. This won't let me move past the Company Information page. The address is correct, the company is registered there. I also can't file a support ticket because I don't have a workspace to attache the ticket to. This whole process seems to be broken. How do I proceed?169Views0likes3Commentspartner verification for hardware
help!! My account process is currently at this stage I want to Obtain hardware authentication authorization(for WHQL) When I clicked the Fix Now button, another webpage popped up I used this AU10TIX service to verify and submitted physical ID card, but it keeps failing. what should i do to verify my account?Partner verification rejected for no reason
The verification system is horrid. I tried once in July last year but gave up. Had them remove my entire partner account so i could at least try again later. Well, it's now later and despite giving them exactly the documentation they ask for (a domain invoice with all the details, which are exactly there), they still reject within the hour with no stated reason. No other information, and supplying extra documents does nothing. Putting in a support ticket does nothing, they copy paste that exact text with no additional information. I have verified that everything we put in matches the invoice and the whois records perfectly. We need verification so we can have an Entra ID instance verified so we can use MS SSO on our product. This is completely unacceptable. At least give a reason for rejecting it so we can fix it. But as it stands i am completely stuck with no recourse despite complying with every rule and requirement. Is there any way at all out of this? Has anyone even managed to get verified at all? I'm furious and at wit's end.Ongoing Issue with Employment Verification in Microsoft Partner Program
Hello I am experiencing a persistent issue with the Employment Verification process in the Microsoft Partner and Reseller programs. When attempting to resolve the issue by clicking “Fix Now” after a rejected verification, I am continuously redirected back to the Identity Verification step. Even after completing the identity verification, I am sent back to Employment Verification, only to be rejected again. This creates a loop, and every time I click “Fix Now,” I am not given the option to upload any documents, but instead, I am redirected to the previous step, making it impossible to proceed. This issue has been ongoing for 50 days, and I have contacted Microsoft Support many times. Unfortunately, I continue to receive the same generic responses, asking for the same documents to be uploaded. After submitting them, there is no further follow-up, and the issue remains unresolved. It seems as though I am receiving automated responses without any real resolution. What adds to the frustration is the contradiction in the process: The exact same documents I submitted for Developer Verification, which were successfully processed and authorized, are being rejected for the Partner and Reseller programs, despite being identical in every way. Given the significant impact this issue is having on my business, I am reaching out to the community for assistance. Has anyone else encountered a similar problem, or is there any guidance on how to resolve this? Any insights or advice would be greatly appreciated. Thank you for your time and support.1.6KViews3likes39CommentsMicrosoft Partner Center: Verification fails at "Employment verification"
Our verification also fails at "Employment verification". No information is displayed, no email is sent. Clicking the "Fix Now" button does nothing. An endless loop of rejections. What's going on at Microsoft? Don't you want our apps in your store? Our D-U-N-S number, which we have provided to you, is unique. Our domain is unique. You can look up our company in the commercial register. We have been successful in the Apple and Google Store for many years. I wasted hours today trying to verify the developer account, without success. My patience with Microsoft is slowly running out. The support tickets cannot be viewed with the error: "There was a problem retrieving the support request details." How exactly can we successfully verify our developer account?SolvedMicrosoft's Verification and Support System
Microsoft's verification and support system is absolutely appalling. Despite providing every piece of required information for my company, their system continues to reject my verification attempts. I've gone above and beyond by paying extra to create additional email accounts in the format email address removed for privacy reasons. I've submitted QR-coded invoices officially verified by government authorities. Our WHOIS data is current and accurate. My name matches perfectly across all documentation and our DUNS number is correct. Yet, I keep receiving the same frustrating response: "This is because the primary contact details did not match." When I reach out through their official support channels, it takes them five days just to respond. It's been two months now, and I'm still waiting for approval just to register. It's absurd that such a large company maintains such a disastrous system. All they need to do is verify real users directly without relying on AI algorithms. They're so focused on automating everything with artificial intelligence that they've created a dysfunctional process. Despite all their technology, humans still remain superior at handling these verification tasks, yet Microsoft seems determined to automate a process they haven't properly designed.684Views2likes30CommentsURGENT: MPA and CSP Suspension Imminent Despite Support Tickets – Requesting Immediate Assistance
Hi Microsoft Partner Community, I’m urgently seeking assistance regarding an imminent suspension of my MPA and CSP account, following a notice issued on 22 May 2025 with a 30 day notice period. Despite multiple support tickets and confirmation that my account is authorized, the Verification status still shows as Rejected in Partner Center. After a ticket claimed authorization was complete, I was again asked to resubmit the same documents with no indication of next steps or resolution. Support Request Numbers: 2505230010001935 (logged 24 May) 2506130010000145 (logged 13 June) – positive response received: "your account is now authorized. There is no further action required from you." 2506160010000226 (logged 16 June) I cannot upload documents under the Legal business profile “Fix now” section, it seems to be stuck in a loop. I have been able to upload them under Profile Info “Fix now” section below. I've submitted all requested documentation multiple times (including through support tickets, email, and Partner Center). This is now business-critical, and I manage multiple client tenancies through the CSP program. I’m requesting immediate escalation to the appropriate Microsoft teams to prevent disruption to services. If a Microsoft representative or moderator can help escalate or provide direct guidance, I would greatly appreciate it.
