Developer account email domain validation stuck "InReview" since Oct 11, no Resolve button

Hello,

I'm asking for help escalating a Partner Center developer account verification that has been waiting on Microsoft for over a week, with no way for me to act on it or open a ticket.

Account

  • Developer account (AppDev), business identity, publisher Ursien LTDA (Brazil)
  • Enrolled on October 6, 2026

Status in Verification Summary

  • Email verification: passed
  • Identity verification: passed
  • Business verification: passed
  • Employment verification: "Pending Microsoft Action"

The underlying check is email domain validation. It has shown "InReview, action required: Microsoft" since October 11. The estimated completion date moves forward every day (currently October 22). There is no Resolve or User Action Needed button, so I cannot upload anything myself.

Why the domain should validate

  • The primary contact email is on the company's own domain, ursien.com, which is also the website in the account profile.
  • The public registration record (ICANN lookup) lists the registrant of ursien.com as URSIEN LTDA, with the same address as the Partner Center account. The domain has been registered since 2020.
  • The website's legal notice page shows the company name, its Brazilian company registration number (CNPJ) and its registered address.

I have ready a registrar document showing the company name, domain and registration and expiry dates, and the company's registration documents. I can provide them as soon as I'm told where.

Why I'm posting here

  • In Help + support, the Workspace field shows "No results found", so the ticket form cannot be submitted.
  • The Account verification > Employment verification path only shows a help article, with no option to contact support.
  • The Partner Center AI assistant says it cannot create support requests.

My request: could a community manager or moderator escalate this to the vetting team, or tell me how to open a support case? I can share my account ID and vetting ID privately.

Thank you!

  • Your account has passed several checks, but employment/domain validation remains Microsoft’s action. Microsoft distinguishes that state from “User Action Needed”; the absence of a Resolve button is therefore not itself evidence that you missed an upload.
Keep the registrar document ready and ensure it matches the legal business name, address, domain, and registration dates in Partner Center. Do not repeatedly edit the profile simply to restart verification, since account changes can themselves trigger verification.
For the blocked ticket form, use Microsoft’s Partner Center support entry point and report the separate enrollment-support problem: the Workspace selector returns no results. Confirm you are using the account with the developer Owner or Manager role. Include screenshots, enrollment date, verification timestamps, and the moving ETA. Provide account and vetting identifiers only through a private support channel. Community respondents cannot approve the domain or guarantee an escalation date, even when public records appear consistent.

      Thank you!

The Partner Center support form was blocked: the Workspace selector returns no results, although I'm Global admin. I've now opened a case through the Windows developer support page (Engage Center): request 2610200050000050.

Status is still "Pending Microsoft Action", and the estimated date has moved again, now to 10/25. Registrar ownership letter is being prepared. Any help from Microsoft staff to route this case would be appreciated.
