Hello TSPs, It's time again for the annual Partner of the Year Award event. Microsoft has dozens of partner awards across many categories. Our group manages the Training Services Partner of the Year Award. To be eligible for this award, your organization must have one or more badges in the Solutions Partner for Training Services designation as of June 1, 2025. Partners self-nominate for the award, submitting a summary of your accomplishments based on the prompts available in the awards guidelines. You can find the awards guidelines, as well as other helpful resources at the link above. The Training Services Partner of the Year Award prompts are on pages 69-70 of the guidelines document. Nominations are welcome June 18 through July 18, 2025 (6 PM Pacific). Each nomination is carefully reviewed and scored by a series of judges. Winners will be announced publicly on November 12, 2025. This is a great way to get your Microsoft training accomplishments front and center with the Worldwide Learning team. More information on the process can be found at the link above. Please let me know if you have any questions. DanUpdate on MCT Manual Enrollment Process
Training Services Partners, Existing and New Microsoft Certified Trainers (MCTs), and ISCPs We know it’s been a long road—over a year of manual MCT enrollments—and we sincerely apologize for the delays. Currently, onboarding is booking several months out. 💡 Need to teach before your scheduled onboarding? If it’s urgent, email mctprog@microsoft.com and we’ll do our best to accommodate. ⚠️ Please note: Escalation grants limited access—you’ll get into the MCT Lounge, Learning Download Center, and labs. However, Visual Studio and discounted exams will only be available after full onboarding, which takes ~2 months from your onboarding date. 🔧 We do not yet have a timeline for when the automated enrollment tool will be restored, but we’ll keep you posted. ✅ In the meantime, please continue working with your ISCP to get onboarded as an MCT. Thank you for your patience and continued dedication to the MCT program. 💙Unable to access https://cdx.transform.microsoft.com
Hello I have an organization that is a valid TSP. They want to access and use https://cdx.transform.microsoft.com/ but they are presented with the error message: Not Authorized Oops! It looks like you do not have permissions to access this page. We looked but we couldn't find your login [email address] associated to a Microsoft partner organization. How do they fix this? Who provides access? Regards Chintan PatelSolvedMCT New and Renewing MCTs - Update May 29

The last year of calls continue to live on the Learning Resources site: https://partner.microsoft.com/marketing/learning-resources#/ We will not have a July call. Our next call will be August 28th. Invites are attached.New Training Services Partner Onboarding Update
Hello new TSPs. We are currently updating the onboarding process to provide better communications around process and timing. While we work to update, please send me a private message if you have completed the onboarding form and you are currently waiting on a response. I anticipate this workaround to last for a few weeks and for us to have a new process in place in January. Once the update is complete and the normal process resumes, I will delete this thread. Thanks, DanWhy do TSPs ask for a secondary email?
Hi there, I have a question for TSPs regarding MTM setup for MCTs. Why are you asking MCTs to create or use a secondary email address for MTM? As we approach FY26, MCTs will be required to provide their MTM user ID (which is their email address) during renewal. This is essential for us to query MTM and verify that they are meeting the requirement of delivering six sessions per year. If MCTs are using a different email for MTM—especially one assigned by a TSP—it may prevent us from accurately tracking their activity, which could impact their renewal eligibility. Is there a specific reason for requesting or assigning alternate emails for MTM accounts? ThanksTSP - first class first time as new company
Hey, I'm feeling a bit lost about where to find the detailed information I need. I'm and MCT, and I also run my own company where I'd like to hold training sessions. I already have a group of students interested in taking a class with me. The problem is, I'm unsure about how or where to register my class. I do have an MTM login and other needed accounts (at least I think so), but it's all quite overwhelming. Would you be able to guide me through process of registering and setting up my first class as both an MCT and a training provider for my own company? I also bought already Partner Success Core Benefits and registered as TSP (event got email "Welcome to the Microsoft Training Services Partner Program". But still don't understand what next steps should be for being able to do the training. Thanks so much for your help!SolvedNew MCT Category: End User Qualification - Now Available to TSPs
Hi all, Our MCT team has launched a pilot program for a new MCT category called End User Qualification. This is in response to feedback we've received regarding the reduced level of technical skills required to teach our Copilot end user courses. This new status provides an easier path for trainers who are not currently MCTs to meet the requirements to deliver select Copilot courses. This has no impact on current MCTs. Trainers who have completed the AI-900 certification as well as the Instructional Skills Certificate Provider (ISCP) program are permitted to apply, but must be working for a TSP to qualify. Once accepted, the End User Qualification MCTs will be permitted to teach the following: AI-3017, AI-3025, MS-4004, MS-4005, MS-4008, MS-4012, MS-4018, MS-4019, and MS-4023. Deadline for completing End User Qualification onboarding is April 30, 2025. For more information, please see the attached FAQ.
