Hello new TSPs. We are currently updating the onboarding process to provide better communications around process and timing. While we work to update, please send me a private message if you have completed the onboarding form and you are currently waiting on a response. I anticipate this workaround to last for a few weeks and for us to have a new process in place in January. Once the update is complete and the normal process resumes, I will delete this thread. Hello TSPs, We've announced on the last two monthly community calls that an update was coming to the Metrics that Matter (MTM) survey currently leveraged for the TSP quality scoring metrics. Attached is a refreshed MTM overview document which contains the new questions that will go live on November 1, 2025. From a partner performance or operations perspective there is no action for you - you'll see the survey automatically update on November 1. If you have custom data slices on your MTM dashboard you may want to update those data connections once the questions are live on November 1. Within the attached document you'll find additional FAQs. If you have additional questions, please post them below so that I can answer for the entire forum. The MTM support page can be found here. The MCT Portal is available BUT currently in a PILOT PHASE! To enable this pilot, we’ve set up a public link for early access. However, the portal has not been officially announced yet, and we kindly ask that you hold off on directing MCTs to renew or enroll for about one week. We’re working through a few bugs to ensure the best possible user experience for everyone. Thank you for your understanding and patience as we finalize these improvements. Hi all, As mentioned in the last community call, we're seeing some users get an "Access Restricted" error when they try to access the Training Services Partner dashboard on Partner Center. This is not impacting your KPIs, just your view to those KPIs. Thanks to everyone who messaged me with their details after the call. I've compiled the errors and sent to the engineering team for further investigation. I will update you here when there is news to share.Updated Oct 1: SOLVED (partial): Issue with Achievement Code Creation
October 1 Update: If the achievement code button is still not working for you, please send me a direct message with your company name and the email address you're using to access the Learn Admin account. To send me a direct message, click on my name / icon. Please do not post personally identifiable information in the forum itself. Thank you. September 23 Update: the vast majority of partners have reported that they have regained access to achievement codes. However, based on some of the comments in this thread not everyone has seen a fix. First, please follow the steps regarding the hard refresh below. We have had some partners that said they still couldn't access codes after the fix and when we had them follow the refresh steps all was good again. If that still hasn't fixed the problem, I recommend creating a new admin account on Learn. You can find the documents for that here. Once you complete the process it takes about a day for the admin account to be provisioned. I know it's a workaround, but you should regain access quicker than if we wait for a fix on the old accounts. At the same time, I do want to report to the team those accounts that still cannot access so they can determine the root cause. Please send me a direct message (click on my name / icon from any post) and let me know the email address that you are using for Learn admin that still does not have access and approximately how long you've been using that admin account. I want to understand if this remaining issue is weighted toward newer users or those that have been leveraging achievement codes for a long time. Thank you. ____________ September 11 Update #2 : we have confirmed the reappearance of the achievement code button in handful of partner accounts. We are optimistic that this has been applied to all partner accounts but still want to gather data before we claim a total fix. Please check to see if your account has regained access to the achievement code button If you still do not see it, please try these steps Close all browser windows Open a new browser and go to https://learn.microsoft.com Sign in using your Outlook.com Class Administrator account Navigate to a course or learning path detail page Perform a hard refresh (Ctrl + F5) If it still does not work, please add a reply to this thread so that we can continue to evaluate any access gaps. September 11 Update: it is apparent that this achievement code outage is now impacting most, if not all, Training Services Partners. The engineering team is working to identify where and how the issue grew so that we can properly plan a fix. Based on my knowledge of the situation this is a fix that will come in days, not hours. I will continue to update this thread each business day until we get all achievement codes back online. September 5 Update: Engineering is progressing on a fix. The soonest we would see proper functionality is end of next week (around the 12th). I will provide an additional update then. August 27 Update: Engineering is working on this and the right people are involved. Not to get too into the weeds, but it's a database migration issue across two distinct teams. They understand the urgency, and I'll bring you more updates as soon as I receive them. August 14 Update: The issue has been identified. I do not yet have a time to resolution to share but will update here when I know more. August 8 Update: We are aware there is an issue with newly onboarded partners attempting to access achievement codes for the first time. Dear Community Leaders, I hope this message finds you well! I’m reaching out to ask if it would be appropriate to share a post in the MCT Community or MCT Longue regarding an initiative I’m developing under the Microsoft XIAD program. The concept is to invite fellow MCTs—particularly those not currently affiliated with a TSP—to collaborate on future training events. While paid opportunities may not be available at the outset, we’re committed to offering visibility and recognition. One way we plan to do this is by featuring trainer profiles and their specialties on our website, helping build credibility and exposure for participating MCTs. As part of this initiative, I’m planning to organize a one-day event each quarter, and I’m looking to collaborate with five certified MCTs who hold any of the following certifications: PL300, DP100, DP203, DP600, DP700, PL200, PL400, PL600 The goal is to foster meaningful partnerships and create a space where trainers can align with our mission and potentially engage in future work. I’d love to start this conversation in a transparent and inclusive way, and I believe the MCT Café could be a great place to gauge interest and gather feedback. September 22, 2025 update: After careful review of application trends and evaluating how the End User MCT tier fits into our broader program strategy, we’ve decided to discontinue the tier. The demand has been significantly lower than anticipated, and the offering no longer aligns with the direction we’re taking the MCT program moving forward. A formal announcement will be posted in the MCT Lounge on September 22, providing additional context and outlining next steps. Thanks again for your understanding and ongoing support. Original message: Hi all, Our MCT team has launched a pilot program for a new MCT category called End User Qualification. This is in response to feedback we've received regarding the reduced level of technical skills required to teach our Copilot end user courses. This new status provides an easier path for trainers who are not currently MCTs to meet the requirements to deliver select Copilot courses. This has no impact on current MCTs. Trainers who have completed the AI-900 certification as well as the Instructional Skills Certificate Provider (ISCP) program are permitted to apply, but must be working for a TSP to qualify. Once accepted, the End User Qualification MCTs will be permitted to teach the following: AI-3017, AI-3025, MS-4004, MS-4005, MS-4008, MS-4012, MS-4018, MS-4019, and MS-4023. Deadline for completing End User Qualification onboarding is April 30, 2025. For more information, please see the attached FAQ.
