URGENT: Campaign Eligibility Roster Refresh for Belvit Hub (Case #2610290050004098)
Hello Training & Learning Partner Operations Team,
I am posting here as recommended by Jill Armour regarding an active issue with campaign roster synchronization for our organization, Belvit Hub (MPN: 7157172, Tenant ID: a92ab97f-a796-4aea-9f81-aa990af5a2bb).
Summary:
Partner Vetting: Belvit Hub's MAICPP enrollment is active, and legal entity vetting was authorized on September 24, 2026.
Issue: 500+ candidates attempting to register for the Technofocus LevelUp / Certification Week campaign are receiving an "Ineligible Domain" error.
Vendor Dependency: Technofocus support confirmed in writing that their portal cannot manually override domain eligibility and that they are awaiting an updated partner eligibility roster push from Microsoft Skilling / Learning Operations.
Partner Support engineer Hesham Ali has initiated an internal consultation (Case #2610290050004098), and we have also reached out directly to email address removed for privacy reasons.
Could a community manager or Learning Partner lead here assist in ensuring our authorized partner domain (@belvit.space) is included in the supplemental whitelist update sent to Technofocus so our candidates can claim their exam vouchers?
Thank you for your support,
Oyedele Taiwo

The Microsoft AI Cloud Partner Program (MAICPP) eligibility is determined solely by Microsoft, based on the official MAICPP partner list as approved by Microsoft as on July 31, 2026.
Your partnership with Microsoft is too fresh to be eligible for that offer.
Also this is not in any way related to the TSP program, you are posting in the wrong forum.
