Gap in Partner Metrics for Sustainability Manager Workloads
We are actively working toward achieving the Solutions Partner Designation for Business Applications, and our organization has strong engagement in workloads such as Sustainability Manager and other non-workload specific Dynamics workloads.
While we’ve observed that non-workload specific are considered under the Business Applications performance metric, it’s disappointing to see that Sustainability Manager is currently not counted. This has significantly impacted our progress, despite our continued efforts and customer success in this area.
Additionally, for the Customer Success metric, neither non-workload specific nor Sustainability Manager are recognized as eligible workloads. As a result, we are unable to earn points under the Solution Partner Designation, even though these workloads are part of the Dynamics 365 license family.
We respectfully request that Microsoft consider including these workloads —especially Sustainability Manager— as eligible for both performance and customer success metrics. This would more accurately reflect the value partners are delivering through the broader Dynamics ecosystem.

Thanks Jill, appreciate you forwarding this.
Just checking if there’s been any update or if there’s a timeline when Sustainability Manager might be included in the Partner metrics? This is quite important for partners like us who are actively delivering on these workloads.
