Hello community! We have both a Teams app and a SaaS offer published in Microsoft Marketplace. We’ve noticed that we’re getting new organic installs directly from the Microsoft Teams Store, but these installs don’t seem to be reflected properly in Partner Center statistics. In particular, we can’t see enough details about these users/installs or track them in the same way we can track leads, views, and other activity for our SaaS offer. How are you tracking this audience? Is there another Microsoft report, analytics tool, or data source we should be using to understand where these Teams Store installs are coming from, at least those who click "Get it now" and don´t complete the installation. We would love to follow up them to provide security detales for their admin teams, so they can approve the installation. Would really appreciate any insights from those who have experience with this. 🙏VictoriaYoukeepsSep 13, 2026Brass Contributor74Views1like1CommentPreview SaaS offer purchase fails at subscription creation
I'm publishing a transactable SaaS offer and testing the purchase flow in preview. Test purchases used to work, and then stopped working with no change on our side that would explain it. The purchase now fails at the final step: "Couldn't process your SaaS subscription" Earlier attempts also returned "400 Bad Request" from the marketplace SaaS service during checkout. Important: this offer previously accepted preview test purchases successfully. Several went through and created subscriptions. The same flow now fails every time, for no apparent reason and with no configuration change on our part. Setup: - Transactable SaaS offer, tested via the Azure portal preview link at the Publisher signoff stage. - Private test plan priced at $0, 1-year term, restricted to my own tenant. What I have already verified and ruled out: - The plan resolves and is selectable. The failure page even shows the correct plan name, so the preview audience and private-plan tenant restriction are working. The failure is at subscription creation, not plan visibility. - Buying subscription is Pay-As-You-Go, spending limit off, Enabled. - Microsoft.SaaS, Microsoft.Marketplace, and Microsoft.MarketplaceOrdering resource providers are all registered. - A valid payment method (credit card) is on the billing profile. - The buyer's market (country) is included in the plan's markets. - Azure Private Marketplace store exists but is disabled, so it is not blocking. - I republished the offer to regenerate a fresh preview link. Preview creation completed successfully. - It fails identically for the Azure account owner, not just a delegated tester. So purchases worked before, every setting I can find is still correct, and it now fails at Microsoft's subscription-creation step. Questions: 1. Has anyone had preview test purchases work and then suddenly start failing with "Couldn't process your SaaS subscription," and found the cause? 2. Is this a known platform-side issue? The republish-with-a-small-edit workaround did not help.MarvinAmadorSep 12, 2026Copper Contributor10Views0likes0CommentsMarketplace trainings and events calendar (updated 09/11/26)

Today, customers still find apps in Marketplace by searching keywords or browsing categories. In a large catalog like the Marketplace, that often feels like guesswork. Publishers describe similar solutions differently, and customers rarely know the exact keywords to use. Many customers end up scrolling through listings, getting tired, and leaving. When that happens, we as publishers never get the chance to connect with them. What if Marketplace used AI to change that? Instead of searching, customers could simply describe what they need: “I need a time-tracking app that works natively in Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Teams, has light project management, follows our security policies, and keeps all company data inside our tenant in line with General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).” An AI agent could instantly suggest the best matching apps and guide the customer directly to Get it now. And maybe the next step is even bigger: What if Marketplace became an agent or coworker for Microsoft Copilot, helping users discover and install the right apps simply by asking? Curious what others think—could this be the future of Marketplace discovery?331Views4likes6CommentsTurn your SaaS application into a revenue-ready offer with Microsoft Marketplace

Hi all, We have a situation where a customer is asking for a 'private offer' to be published to them - which is fine, we have done that. However, their procurement processes don't appears quite up to speed with using 'digital marketplaces' and so their procurement person is asking if we can send them a PDF hardcopy of the 'private offer', so they can send it onwards internally for approvals, before clicking the 'accept and then 'purchase' buttons in Marketplace. It seems that the authority within the customer that needs to approve it, is not actually a person that uses or will log onto the Azure Portal to view and accept the offer... and that a person who will logon to the Azure Portal to 'accept' it, first needs to send a PDF/hardcopy to someone to approve it. Is there a way that we as the ISV can export the 'private offer' to PDF for them, or a way for them to view the private offer in their Azure Portal and to export that to a PDF, so they can use internally for their approval processes?Solvedph_richardsonSep 10, 2026Brass Contributor401Views0likes7CommentsFinding your billing account ID for private offers

Hi Marketplace community, I wanted to share a practical Microsoft 365 agent pattern we have been working on for recurring account-review workflows. In merchant services, quarterly business review preparation often starts with the same basic ingredients: a CSV or TSV export, a set of merchant accounts, performance metrics, PowerPoint scorecards, and follow-up notes. The challenge is not just generating one review. It is maintaining a repeatable QBR history across many accounts and making it easier to spot what changed from one quarter to the next. With https://marketplace.microsoft.com/en-us/product/WA200010195, we are exploring a Microsoft 365-native workflow where the agent helps account teams: - Generate QBR scorecards for one merchant or multiple merchant accounts from CSV/TSV data. - Create PowerPoint outputs for each account. - Save each run into an organized OneDrive workspace. - Maintain an index of accounts and per-account status for the run. - Support follow-up workflows with draft email content. - Use sample workbook content to demonstrate quarter-over-quarter change detection across volume, authorization performance, acceptance cost, disputes, and refunds. The core adoption pattern is simple: use OneDrive not just as file storage, but as the persistent workspace for recurring business reviews. Each QBR run becomes easier to revisit, share, compare, and operationalize. For teams managing many customer or merchant accounts, this turns QBR preparation from a one-off deck-building task into a more durable account-performance workflow. I would be interested to hear how other Marketplace builders are approaching similar patterns: - Are you using OneDrive or SharePoint as the durable workspace for agent-generated outputs? - How are you helping users compare business performance across reporting periods? - Are customers asking for more “history and change tracking” rather than just one-time generated artifacts? The app is listed on Microsoft Marketplace here: https://marketplace.microsoft.com/en-us/product/WA200010195yang_intellithingSep 03, 2026Copper Contributor39Views0likes0CommentsLearn how leading partners turn Microsoft Marketplace into a co-sell growth engine
