Hi all, As mentioned in the last community call, we're seeing some users get an "Access Restricted" error when they try to access the Training Services Partner dashboard on Partner Center. This is not impacting your KPIs, just your view to those KPIs. Thanks to everyone who messaged me with their details after the call. I've compiled the errors and sent to the engineering team for further investigation. I will update you here when there is news to share.MCT New and Renewing MCTs - Update July 26
Updated July 26, 2025 As we step into FY26 on July 1st, 2025, I want to share some important updates regarding the MCT Program—especially for those planning to renew. New Fees Coming October 2025, no exact date and the cost will be shared at a later date. Starting July 1st, 2025, we will introduce: A renewal fee (ecommerce tool will be available in October 2025 for everyone to renew) A new MCT enrollment fee (ecommerce tool will be available in October 2025 for new MCTs) Our systems are currently being updated to support this change, with the new tool expected to launch in October 2025. More to come on costs. Pricing will be region supported. Session Requirement for Renewal Effective January 1st, 2026, MCTs will be required to complete six (6) sessions or six (6) days of training per calendar year to qualify for renewal. For clarity on what qualifies as a session, please refer to the attached PDF: Mandatory Use of MTM We will be enforcing stricter requirements for using Metrics That Matter (MTM) to log sessions with your Training Services Partner (TSP). Please coordinate with your TSPs to ensure MTM is being used correctly. What to Expect Next More details on program costs will be shared closer to the tool’s release. All MCTs that were MCTs before manual enrollment have been extended through January 1st, 2026, with full benefits. You’ll see this extension reflected in your profile in your MCT Trainer History NOT active certification. All current MCTs will be able to renew when the tool is available in October 2025 and the requirement to renew will be to have an active certification and have taught one class since your last renewal and pay the renewal fee (costs to come later). We will be checking that you have taught the one class using MTM. New MCTs will need ISC certificate, one role-based active certification and pay the MCT new enrollment fee. New MCT Enrollment Process | Microsoft Learn 🙏 Thank you for your continued support and patience as we enhance our systems. Here’s to a successful and impactful FY26!Achievement Code are not correctly reflecting in the Partner Center

Kindly advice.New Training Services Partner Onboarding Update
Hello new TSPs. We are currently updating the onboarding process to provide better communications around process and timing. While we work to update, please send me a private message if you have completed the onboarding form and you are currently waiting on a response. I anticipate this workaround to last for a few weeks and for us to have a new process in place in January. Once the update is complete and the normal process resumes, I will delete this thread. Thanks, DanUpdate from the MCT Program Team- PLEASE READ.
The MCT Portal is available BUT currently in a PILOT PHASE! To enable this pilot, we’ve set up a public link for early access. However, the portal has not been officially announced yet, and we kindly ask that you hold off on directing MCTs to renew or enroll for about one week. We’re working through a few bugs to ensure the best possible user experience for everyone. Thank you for your understanding and patience as we finalize these improvements. We’ll share an official announcement soon—stay tuned! MCT Program Team.FY26 TSP Community Call Thread
We'll use this thread to post updates for TSP Community Calls, including calendar invites to upcoming calls and links to post-call decks and recordings. Please note: the folder linked after each call is a temporary repository while we wait to get the deck and recording uploaded to the Learning Resources site. These links expire after each subsequent call. Instead, you can find the last 12 months of call decks and recordings in our Community Call collection.Checking If It’s Okay to Post a Training Partnership Idea in MCT Spaces
Dear Community Leaders, I hope this message finds you well! I’m reaching out to ask if it would be appropriate to share a post in the MCT Community or MCT Longue regarding an initiative I’m developing under the Microsoft XIAD program. The concept is to invite fellow MCTs—particularly those not currently affiliated with a TSP—to collaborate on future training events. While paid opportunities may not be available at the outset, we’re committed to offering visibility and recognition. One way we plan to do this is by featuring trainer profiles and their specialties on our website, helping build credibility and exposure for participating MCTs. As part of this initiative, I’m planning to organize a one-day event each quarter, and I’m looking to collaborate with five certified MCTs who hold any of the following certifications: PL300, DP100, DP203, DP600, DP700, PL200, PL400, PL600 The goal is to foster meaningful partnerships and create a space where trainers can align with our mission and potentially engage in future work. I’d love to start this conversation in a transparent and inclusive way, and I believe the MCT Café could be a great place to gauge interest and gather feedback. Please let me know if this type of post would be welcome, or if there’s a preferred channel or format for sharing such ideas. Warm regards, vk2 MCT & Head of TSP.MS-4010 - No Copilot License in ALH Tenant
Hello, we are trying to deliver MS4010. Our trainers told us that in the tenant of the lab there is no Copilot 365 License available. Is this correct? Can anyone tell us how to deliver Extend M365 Copilot without a copilot license? We tried to get courseware support via the MCT Lounge. But there is no forum anymore to ask these questions. Thanks for any help. Mario[Discontinued] New MCT Category: End User Qualification - Now Available to TSPs
September 22, 2025 update: After careful review of application trends and evaluating how the End User MCT tier fits into our broader program strategy, we’ve decided to discontinue the tier. The demand has been significantly lower than anticipated, and the offering no longer aligns with the direction we’re taking the MCT program moving forward. A formal announcement will be posted in the MCT Lounge on September 22, providing additional context and outlining next steps. Thanks again for your understanding and ongoing support. Original message: Hi all, Our MCT team has launched a pilot program for a new MCT category called End User Qualification. This is in response to feedback we've received regarding the reduced level of technical skills required to teach our Copilot end user courses. This new status provides an easier path for trainers who are not currently MCTs to meet the requirements to deliver select Copilot courses. This has no impact on current MCTs. Trainers who have completed the AI-900 certification as well as the Instructional Skills Certificate Provider (ISCP) program are permitted to apply, but must be working for a TSP to qualify. Once accepted, the End User Qualification MCTs will be permitted to teach the following: AI-3017, AI-3025, MS-4004, MS-4005, MS-4008, MS-4012, MS-4018, MS-4019, and MS-4023. Deadline for completing End User Qualification onboarding is April 30, 2025. For more information, please see the attached FAQ. Please let me know if you have any questions.
