SC-500 - Where are the ALH Labs?
I just downloaded and reviewed SC-500 and Instructor Notes. It seems the ALH Providers are not offering LABs for this course. Some Labs show "BYOS". That is not deliverable. No one has free SCU or Copilot for Security Licenses on stock for training. Only slides, no exercises or only click thru simulations again. Please come on, not another one of that. Can anyone give a tip, where and how fully functional tenants for ALL (including the "expensive" copilot stuff) labs are available? Thanks for any help MarioHow multiparty private offers are unlocking new channel growth opportunities in Australia
As Microsoft Marketplace continues to evolve as a strategic go-to-market platform, the introduction of multiparty private offers (MPOs) in Australia is creating new opportunities for software companies, resellers, distributors, managed service providers, and systems integrators to collaborate more effectively. This new capability enables multiple partners to participate in a single Microsoft Marketplace transaction, helping simplify procurement, streamline commercial workflows, and strengthen partner-to-partner collaboration. By bringing software solutions, implementation expertise, managed services, and Microsoft cloud investments together through one purchasing experience, organizations can focus on delivering customer outcomes rather than managing transactional complexity. In this article, explore how multiparty private offers support channel-led growth, when to use MPOs versus resale-enabled offers, how Azure benefit eligible solutions can enhance customer conversations, and the foundational steps partners should take to build a scalable Marketplace strategy. My company joined MAICPP already. We also filled the TSP onboarding form. However, there is no email send to us. I cannot find any info from the Partner Center too. May I know what is the proper way to join TSP? Is there a website or email address to get in touch with support team?Partner Center business verification stuck for 40 days, no way to contact support
Our Partner Center verification has now been stuck for 40 days and I have not been able to find a working way to submit a support ticket. Partner Center displays the following message: "Stay updated on your document status in Resolve. Once submitted, your document should be reviewed within 5 days. If approved, you'll move to the next step. If unable to verify, you'll be prompted to upload a new document. You have up to 3 submission attempts ... Business verification: Estimated date by 6/24/2026. Pending partner action." However, when I click Resolve, I only see: "Document submitted successfully. Microsoft should review within 5 days. If approved, you'll proceed to the next step. If your document cannot be verified, the Resolve panel will prompt you to upload a new document. Document submission allows for 3 max attempts." There is no option to upload a new document or take any other action. When I try to create a request in Partner Center at https://partner.microsoft.com/en-us/support?stage=1 I get redirected to https://partner.microsoft.com/dashboard/v2/support/servicerequests/create? which shows "Help + Support | Service Health" with no option to create any ticket. When I use the chat AI bot, It redirects me to https://engagecenter.microsoft.com/ and I select "Partner Solutions", I get redirected to "Azure Support" which only offers me to create tickets about Azure subscriptions and billing. I have been ubable to proceed with the verification process or open a support case. Does anyone know of a working support channel, escalation path, or contact who can help resolve this ? Thanks in advance for any assistance you can provide.Grow your business globally while selling locally through Microsoft Marketplace

Please, bear with me, as it took me 3 hours just to get navigated here for help. I am taking IT courses with Coursera. I am not an IT professional...I am trying to change my career and my life. I was taking Googles IT Support Specialist course, but after 4 days of classes, I came across a major roadblock: Outdated information on their QwikLabs setup. The course was at least a year behind, the Demo on how to use Qwiklabs was seriously outdated, and Google has changed Qwiklabs into a "Pay to Create" gimmick that really doesn't work for anyone that is a Student, imo. $25+ to create a project, per project, and then 3 cents an hour while its running, can build up really fast. It was also changes and charges that Coursera was unaware of. So, how does this relate? I want to switch over to Microsoft IT Support courses and certification, but i want to make sure that its up to date, and that i won't run into another "out of the course" pay wall structure, because i really don't have that kind of money to throw around like that. It may not seem like a major deal to alot of people, but I am maintaining two households, on two continents, off one paycheck, and Im a kitchen employee...so Im sure alot of people can relate to how this is suddenly an issue. Can anyone verify how up-to-date that course is, from Microsoft, on Coursera? Im trying to change my life, and its already upsetting finding i wasted a weeks worth of effort. How partners can lead Frontier Transformation in FY27

Hello Partner Compliance / Trust & Safety team, My Windows Hardware Developer Program registration is showing as deactivated in Partner Center: "Our records indicate that you have already enrolled into this program but your program registration is deactivated." My Legal Info vetting status is now Approved. The original cause was an outdated business address, which I corrected to my current registered address - it matches my active DigiCert EV code signing certificate and my Secretary of State filing. DigiCert has confirmed my organization is Active, validated for EV Code Signing, and the certificate is valid and not revoked. Despite the Approved vetting, the Hardware enrollment remains deactivated and driver submissions are blocked. I cannot raise a support ticket through the standard paths: 1. Partner Center Help + support: the mandatory Workspace dropdown is empty, so the form cannot be submitted. 2. Partner Center AI assistant: returns "AI assistant does not offer support for users with Microsoft Accounts currently." 3. Windows Developer Support Copilot: routes to a support-for-business link that lands on Engage Center with "no-access-group." 4. Microsoft 365 Admin Center: rejects sign-in, as my Partner Center identity is a Microsoft Account, not a work/school account. I have also emailed the support queue twice with no response or acknowledgment, and my Partner Center "My requests" shows "No support requests," so those emails do not appear to be creating tracked tickets. Request: Could someone please escalate this to the team that can review the backend Hardware Developer Program status for this Seller ID and perform a manual reactivation? Seller ID: 51660260 Prior case: TrackingID 2603150010000629 (same issue, reactivated by the Dev Center team in April 2026) Happy to provide tenant ID or correlation IDs privately. This is blocking production driver releases. Thank you.Issue registering with hardware developer program
Hello moderators, Our Hardware Developer Program enrollment appears stuck in a state we can't resolve through self-service, and we're also unable to submit a ticket through the normal Contact Support flow. Account details: - Legal entity: Kodsafe Labs Private Limited - Seller ID: 95092940 - User ID: 203442240 - Tenant: kodsafelabs.com (kodsec.onmicrosoft.com) Confirmed status: - Legal Business Profile verification: Authorized (Identity, Employment, and Business verification all passed) - EV code signing certificate: uploaded via Manage Certificates, Active status for over a week - Hardware workspace: not visible anywhere in Partner Center; Programs page shows only one tile plus "Add a program" What we've tried: 1. Clicked "+" to add a program, selected "Get started" under Hardware (confirmed pre-selected per the documented flow), then "Go to Dashboard." Instead of proceeding through company info and the Hardware agreements, we were redirected straight back to the same single-tile Programs page — suggesting a Hardware Developer Program account already exists on this tenant but isn't surfacing as an accessible workspace. 2. In Account settings > User management > Users, our account shows as Global admin, Admin. However, the Groups and Microsoft Entra applications tabs on that same page return "Not authorized," despite the Global admin role — possibly related to the same underlying account state. 3. The standard Contact Support request form has an empty, unselectable Workspace field, so we're unable to submit a ticket that way. Could someone please escalate this to the team that can review the backend Hardware Developer Program account status for this tenant/Seller ID and restore or grant workspace access? Happy to share further screenshots on request. Thank you, Hitesh Kesharia, Kodsafe Labs Private LimitedQuestions on Partner Onboarding, PL-300 Training Workflow, Vouchers, and Certification Status
Hello, We are a new Microsoft Partner and we are about to deliver our very first training courses preparing for the PL-300 certification. To ensure our training session data is properly tracked and recorded by Microsoft, could you confirm if our planned workflow is complete? Here is our current process: Our MCT (Microsoft Certified Trainer) delivers the training to the learners, using the official Microsoft course material. At the end of the course, we send the course completion validation link to all learners (to help compute performance KPIs). We send the satisfaction survey via Metrics That Matter (MTM) (the link is sent to both the learners and the MCT). We issue exam vouchers to the learners. Specific Questions: Microsoft states that we must use the official Microsoft Learn content, which is freely accessible. Are we allowed to supplement this official material with our own custom training content and exercises for our learners? How does the voucher assignment process work on Pearson VUE? What specific information do we need to provide so that learners receive and can redeem them properly? We would like to offer our learners the option to finance this training through France's CPF (Compte Personnel de Formation). However, the certification file on France Compétences appears as inactive (RS5445). Is a renewal or re-registration planned for the French market? Can we publicly communicate our Microsoft Partnership (as a Training Services Partner) even if we have not yet reached the required KPIs listed in our Partner Center dashboard? Thank you in advance for your guidance and insights! Best regards,Request private offers directly from Marketplace listings, now available
Starting today, Marketplace customers can request a private offer directly from Marketplace listing pages. This feature allows software companies to have pricing and terms conversations with potential customers sooner. Software companies can now add a request option directly to a solution's listing page. Customers who select this option are captured as Marketplace leads, accelerating the sales process. This feature is part of Microsoft's continued emphasis on simplification of the Marketplace buying experience and helping software companies connect with interested customers earlier in their purchasing journeys. This feature is disabled by default. To participate, turn on the "Request private offer" toggle for an eligible transactable offer. Hello Partner Compliance / Trust & Safety team, My enrollment in the Microsoft AI Cloud Partner Program was blocked by the automated trust check immediately after I submitted my company information ("Microsoft runs on trust ... your request was blocked"). Since the block happens at the trust-verification stage, no Partner Center workspace is created, so the standard in-portal support ticket cannot be raised (empty Workspace dropdown, Contact Support dead-ends). I would therefore appreciate a manual escalation. Request: Please route this to the Partner Vetting / Trust & Safety team for a manual review and reset so I can complete verification. If possible, let me know which validation step triggered the block so I can correct it before re-attempting. Case identifiers: - Program: Microsoft AI Cloud Partner Program - Reference number: 715-123160 - Transaction ID: e97d58e3-c28c-41c4-a635-8f455b2fbd32 - Correlation ID: efd2db84-043c-43c1-91b7-b9c1dc4dbd83 Context that may help: - Legitimate business: sole proprietorship (Einzelunternehmen) registered in Germany. - The Entra tenant is newly created for this purpose, which I understand can raise a risk flag; I am the Global Admin. - I can re-attempt using a global admin on my own business domain (rather than the account originally used) if that helps the trust evaluation. - Official business-registration documentation and VAT ID (USt-IdNr) are available on request for verification. Thank you for reviewing this.
