Please note: decks and recordings of previous calls are kept on the Learning Resources site for 12 months in our Community Call collection. Files from the most recent Community Call take 1-2 weeks to land in the collection. Hello new TSPs. We are currently updating the onboarding process to provide better communications around process and timing. While we work to update, please send me a private message if you have completed the onboarding form and you are currently waiting on a response. I anticipate this workaround to last for a few weeks and for us to have a new process in place in January. Once the update is complete and the normal process resumes, I will delete this thread. Thanks, Dan

We'll use this thread to post updates for TSP Community Calls, including calendar invites to upcoming calls and links to post-call decks and recordings. Please note: the folder linked after each call is a temporary repository while we wait to get the deck and recording uploaded to the Learning Resources site. These links expire after each subsequent call. Instead, you can find the last 12 months of call decks and recordings in our Community Call collection.
I changed tenants and deleted the old tenant that was connected to Partner Center.
Hi Team, I changed tenants and deleted the old tenant that was connected to Partner Center. Now I have no Partner Center rights and can’t see my TSP program progress or anything. Is there a way to recover my confs on the new tenant? Thanks, Regards. Are there any plans to offer 50% vouchers in Pearson VUE store that can stack with ESI discount?
Many customers have ESI discount, so they are not interested in paying a full price for a voucher if they can just buy it themselves with 50% discount. Are there any plans to start offering 50% ESI stackable vouchers on the Pearson VUE partner store to accommodate these types of customers?
