Unable to Verify Employment
Hey, I've tried submitting for a new Microsoft Partner, and I'm running into some issues. Under the Verification Status it would get stuck on "Employment Verification" saying "Pending Partner Action" The banner would say to submit documents but there is no where to submit documents. I read that it will check the DNS of the domain as well as scan the webpage. So i made sure that both the website + DNS records all use the exact same spelling and punctuation as the company name in the Microsoft portal, The email used is on the same domain. Everything should match perfectly. After updating it all and confirming that every field is the exact same. I now have a banner saying "Based on the infomation you have provided to date, we have determined that your organization does not currently meet the requirements to pass verification" I created a support ticket to try and get this resolved, Yet it seems to just be sitting in a "Open" state with no replies and my distributor says they are not able to help me / Sell me Microsoft products until this is complete. I've uploaded all the incorporation documents + the domain ownership letter to the support ticket as there is no where else to put it I can also get a letter from my distributor if that would help, but is there any other way to get the verification to complete. One of my clients needs a RDS license asap as his expired.. And I'm quite stuck here in limbo unable to purchase more licenses. ThanksCSP July 2026 Monthly Partner Update

Hello, I am enrolling in Microsoft Partner Center and my Identity Verification is blocked. Email verification is completed, but Identity Verification remains in Pending Partner Action. When I start the AU10TIX verification, I immediately receive this message: "Sorry, you do not meet requirements to create a Verified ID at this time." Because of this, I cannot complete my Partner Center enrollment, and I also cannot create a support request because no workspace is available. Could a Microsoft moderator please advise how I can contact the verification team or have my Identity Verification reset? Thank you.SC-500 - Where are the ALH Labs?
I just downloaded and reviewed SC-500 and Instructor Notes. It seems the ALH Providers are not offering LABs for this course. Some Labs show "BYOS". That is not deliverable. No one has free SCU or Copilot for Security Licenses on stock for training. Only slides, no exercises or only click thru simulations again. Please come on, not another one of that. Can anyone give a tip, where and how fully functional tenants for ALL (including the "expensive" copilot stuff) labs are available? Thanks for any help MarioHow multiparty private offers are unlocking new channel growth opportunities in Australia
As Microsoft Marketplace continues to evolve as a strategic go-to-market platform, the introduction of multiparty private offers (MPOs) in Australia is creating new opportunities for software companies, resellers, distributors, managed service providers, and systems integrators to collaborate more effectively. This new capability enables multiple partners to participate in a single Microsoft Marketplace transaction, helping simplify procurement, streamline commercial workflows, and strengthen partner-to-partner collaboration. By bringing software solutions, implementation expertise, managed services, and Microsoft cloud investments together through one purchasing experience, organizations can focus on delivering customer outcomes rather than managing transactional complexity. In this article, explore how multiparty private offers support channel-led growth, when to use MPOs versus resale-enabled offers, how Azure benefit eligible solutions can enhance customer conversations, and the foundational steps partners should take to build a scalable Marketplace strategy. My company joined MAICPP already. We also filled the TSP onboarding form. However, there is no email send to us. I cannot find any info from the Partner Center too. May I know what is the proper way to join TSP? Is there a website or email address to get in touch with support team?Partner Center business verification stuck for 40 days, no way to contact support
Our Partner Center verification has now been stuck for 40 days and I have not been able to find a working way to submit a support ticket. Partner Center displays the following message: "Stay updated on your document status in Resolve. Once submitted, your document should be reviewed within 5 days. If approved, you'll move to the next step. If unable to verify, you'll be prompted to upload a new document. You have up to 3 submission attempts ... Business verification: Estimated date by 6/24/2026. Pending partner action." However, when I click Resolve, I only see: "Document submitted successfully. Microsoft should review within 5 days. If approved, you'll proceed to the next step. If your document cannot be verified, the Resolve panel will prompt you to upload a new document. Document submission allows for 3 max attempts." There is no option to upload a new document or take any other action. When I try to create a request in Partner Center at https://partner.microsoft.com/en-us/support?stage=1 I get redirected to https://partner.microsoft.com/dashboard/v2/support/servicerequests/create? which shows "Help + Support | Service Health" with no option to create any ticket. When I use the chat AI bot, It redirects me to https://engagecenter.microsoft.com/ and I select "Partner Solutions", I get redirected to "Azure Support" which only offers me to create tickets about Azure subscriptions and billing. I have been ubable to proceed with the verification process or open a support case. Does anyone know of a working support channel, escalation path, or contact who can help resolve this ? Thanks in advance for any assistance you can provide.Question about Microsoft IT specialist certification, in relation to Coursera.
Please, bear with me, as it took me 3 hours just to get navigated here for help. I am taking IT courses with Coursera. I am not an IT professional...I am trying to change my career and my life. I was taking Googles IT Support Specialist course, but after 4 days of classes, I came across a major roadblock: Outdated information on their QwikLabs setup. The course was at least a year behind, the Demo on how to use Qwiklabs was seriously outdated, and Google has changed Qwiklabs into a "Pay to Create" gimmick that really doesn't work for anyone that is a Student, imo. $25+ to create a project, per project, and then 3 cents an hour while its running, can build up really fast. It was also changes and charges that Coursera was unaware of. So, how does this relate? I want to switch over to Microsoft IT Support courses and certification, but i want to make sure that its up to date, and that i won't run into another "out of the course" pay wall structure, because i really don't have that kind of money to throw around like that. It may not seem like a major deal to alot of people, but I am maintaining two households, on two continents, off one paycheck, and Im a kitchen employee...so Im sure alot of people can relate to how this is suddenly an issue. Can anyone verify how up-to-date that course is, from Microsoft, on Coursera? Im trying to change my life, and its already upsetting finding i wasted a weeks worth of effort. How partners can lead Frontier Transformation in FY27

Hello Partner Compliance / Trust & Safety team, My Windows Hardware Developer Program registration is showing as deactivated in Partner Center: "Our records indicate that you have already enrolled into this program but your program registration is deactivated." My Legal Info vetting status is now Approved. The original cause was an outdated business address, which I corrected to my current registered address - it matches my active DigiCert EV code signing certificate and my Secretary of State filing. DigiCert has confirmed my organization is Active, validated for EV Code Signing, and the certificate is valid and not revoked. Despite the Approved vetting, the Hardware enrollment remains deactivated and driver submissions are blocked. I cannot raise a support ticket through the standard paths: 1. Partner Center Help + support: the mandatory Workspace dropdown is empty, so the form cannot be submitted. 2. Partner Center AI assistant: returns "AI assistant does not offer support for users with Microsoft Accounts currently." 3. Windows Developer Support Copilot: routes to a support-for-business link that lands on Engage Center with "no-access-group." 4. Microsoft 365 Admin Center: rejects sign-in, as my Partner Center identity is a Microsoft Account, not a work/school account. I have also emailed the support queue twice with no response or acknowledgment, and my Partner Center "My requests" shows "No support requests," so those emails do not appear to be creating tracked tickets. Request: Could someone please escalate this to the team that can review the backend Hardware Developer Program status for this Seller ID and perform a manual reactivation? Seller ID: 51660260 Prior case: TrackingID 2603150010000629 (same issue, reactivated by the Dev Center team in April 2026) Happy to provide tenant ID or correlation IDs privately. This is blocking production driver releases. Thank you.Feature Request — Programmatic (API) access to Eligible/Ineligible Revenue data
Hi Product Team, We're building an automated backend pipeline to ingest and reconcile our incentive and revenue data across multiple Microsoft programs (MCI/Co-Op), and we've hit a gap we'd like to flag for future roadmap consideration. **Current situation** The Partner Payout API (api.partner.microsoft.com/v1.0/payouts) already gives us solid programmatic access to Earnings and Payments exports, which we use successfully today. However, the Eligible/Ineligible Revenue data available on the Earnings > Revenue page in Partner Center has no equivalent API endpoint — it's currently only accessible via manual UI download. We confirmed this with Commercial Marketplace Support (Service Request #2607220040003782), who kindly clarified that this is a known product limitation rather than a support/configuration issue, and suggested we raise it here directly with the Product Team. **Business impact** Without API access to this dataset, we're forced to rely on a manual, human-driven download step in an otherwise fully automated ingestion pipeline. This creates: - A recurring operational dependency on a person manually exporting and uploading the file on a schedule - A gap in our audit trail, since manual downloads are harder to log and timestamp consistently than API-driven exports - Reconciliation delays between Eligible/Ineligible Revenue and the Earnings/Payments data we already pull automatically via API **Request** We'd like to ask the Product Team to consider extending the existing Payout API (or a comparable endpoint) to support an asynchronous export request for Eligible/Ineligible Revenue data, following the same pattern already used for Earnings and Payments (create export request → poll status → download via secure blob link). Happy to share more detail on our use case if it's helpful for prioritization. Thank you for considering this. Regards, Carlos Rodrigues
