I must say that I am a Distributor and my Partners do not have access to the Security page and I want to make sure that they can access it. From what I have found, it only says that it is enforced for direct bill partners, distributors (formerly indirect provider), and indirect resellers. Can you please update this because the FY26 document requires that you Complete the mandatory requirements of the Partner Center security score. Please provide clarity on compliance with the Security requirements. FY26 When I click on the link Adn i see in Security Role i Not see Indirect reseller access On Partner Center Indirect reseller Can't access Even if they are Global Admins, they cannot access it.

A letter verifying an organization is a Microsoft Partner
Hello I have a Microsoft Learning Partner who signed up as a Microsoft Action Pack Learning Partner this year requesting a letter showing they are a valid and verified Microsoft Learning Partner. In the "Benefits" section of the Partner Portal, there is no letter generation capability. In the previous Partner Program, there was the ability to download a letter if you were a silver or gold partner and that functionality has come through onto the partner portal for the new program. But a new partner here needs to submit a letter stating they are a Microsoft Learning Partner for a government tender. If the functionality of creating a letter is not available, how do they prove that they are a Microsoft Learning Partner? CC JillArmour

I have completed AZ-305: Designing Microsoft Azure Infrastructure Solutions certification but still not getting the certificate in my account. but i have got the passing email as well as report score, please help me on this.
Achievement Code URL Creation Issue
Dear Team, We are unable to complete the “Learner Course & Achievement Code URL Creation” process. After generating the URL as instructed in the documentation, we do not see the “Request Achievement Code” button. We submitted the Microsoft Learn Organization Enrollment on July 8, but the issue still persists. In addition, we have already tried the troubleshooting suggestions available online, and we also attempted the enrollment process using three different email addresses — unfortunately, none of these resolved the problem. Could you please advise on what we can do next? Thank you very much for your support!
Can't pass business verification and contact support
Business verification. I'm completely lost. Don't want to talk how bad is MPN. Just want to say that getting tax residency paperwork from IRS was a breeze comparing to to MPN. I think I owe IRS an apology. I passed employee verification and stuck at business verification. Provided everything they asked, including DUNS, etc It says : EU Digital Services Act compliance status Learn more Non-compliant We have received required information but it cannot be verified successfully. Learn how to fix your account to get verified. When I follow the link it sends me from one AI "explanation" to another. "Fix now" offers "Upload another file" only. Of course, I don't know what they want. Uploaded everything And here is the problem. I can't submit support ticket. I follow every possible link provided here (and from google search as well). It brings me to "Copilot recommended solution" without even an option to submit a support ticket. When I press "Contact support" button at the bottom of "AI help" window it brings me back to the circles of Dante Inferno by Microsoft AI Any help is greatly appreciated
Microsoft 365 Business Premium grant is being discontinued
UPDATED: Microsoft sent affected nonprofit organisations an email similar to the below on Wednesday/Thursday 14/15th May announcing that Microsoft 365 Business Premium grant is being discontinued. A similar message was sent out regarding the end of the Office 365 E1 grant offer. Unable to create support request in Partner Center
Hello, I am unable to create support request in partner center. I am getting the following error message while trying to create a support request. "There was an issue creating your service request. Please wait 10 minutes and try again." Can someone let me know if there is another way to contact support in Partner center.? Thanks, AriBlocked from Migrating Entra App from Personal to Org Tenant (Production Use, Partner Account)
We’re a Microsoft partner with a verified organizational tenant and a live Outlook connector currently in production with a sizable user base. Unfortunately, due to historical setup, the Entra authentication app supporting this connector was registered under a personal Microsoft account. Microsoft support informed us that application migration between accounts is no longer supported, and directed us to the community for visibility and possible product escalation. What We’re Asking For: A manual reassignment or supported workaround for this authentication app to be transferred to our organizational tenant Or at minimum, guidance on how to support existing users during a parallel rebuild, with minimal disruption We understand this may be an edge case, but for partners with live customer-facing apps originally built under personal accounts, we believe there’s value in revisiting the policy — or offering a migration pathway. If there’s a path to escalate this to the relevant Entra or Commercial Marketplace team, we would sincerely appreciate that support. Thanks in advance.
Partner payment error
The Partner Payment Center payment page does not properly process cards. The error I am receiving does not seem to be a valid error for credit cards: Payment failed due to insufficient balance. Please check with your bank or try again with a different card. My Card is in good standing. In the MS store I have no problem, just in the Partner payment page. I've cleared the browser cache and still get the same error.
