Partnership Application Process
I have submitted my application to become a Partner. I have been in a status - pending for 6 days now and it seems that the process is stalled. Are there any other users experiencing this situation? Any feedback would be appreciated.
The process can take some time, I've heard up to two weeks. You can also submit a support ticket if you wish:

Hi JillArmourMicrosoft,
I hope you are well.
I applied for the Microsoft AI Cloud Partnership about a week ago.
The Account settings look ok, but the Legal Info and Identifiers pages are blank as yet. Can you kindly advise HOW to contact support? The link takes to a loop of documents, readings and info, which feels like a never ending loop, with no solution. Appreciate if you can advise some way so this mystery is resolved. Thanks for your great help. Can you also advise how to create a new ticket here? I find it quite difficult nd cumbersome to navigate through the pages, just to figure out how to get support and how to create a new ticket.

Standard Verification Time for Partner Applications
Hey there! I totally feel your frustration. I've been through a similar wait before, and honestly, 6 days is still within the 'normal' window for Microsoft's manual review. Sometimes their compliance team gets a backlog, especially if there’s a high volume of new applications.
From what I’ve seen, it usually takes anywhere from 7 to 14 business days. While you wait, I’d suggest double-checking if there are any pending 'Action Required' notifications in your Partner Center dashboard-sometimes a small document verification can stall the whole thing without a clear alert.
You might find these official resources helpful for tracking the exact steps of the verification process:
- https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/partner-center/enroll/verification-responses - This explains why some accounts get stuck in 'Pending' status.
- https://partner.microsoft.com/en-us/supporthttps://partner.microsoft.com/en-us/support - If it crosses the 10-day mark, you should definitely open a ticket here.
Hang in there, it’s likely just a manual queue issue!
