Hi All, we are trying to deliver SC200 course. Out MCTs tell us the courseware is not working at all. Video Links are not working eg. Just to play ping-pong between ALH and "Content Creators" (1 Month Feedback Time) and getting no resolution doesn´t help here. Can you please get back to a working environment. Hi Elevate team It was great to hear about the new Copilot licensing tier for SMBs, Microsoft 365 Copilot Business. As this new pricing tier is lower than the current nonprofit discount (US$21/user/month compared to the 15% discount of US$25.50/user/month). I was wondering what the official guidance is for small and medium nonprofits (those who have a Microsoft 365 Business plan and fewer than 300 users)? Will a new nonprofit discount be made available based on the lower tier? Or should small and medium nonprofits look at moving to the new SMB Business SKU? Hi all! We're new to the MS ecosystem. Spent the last 15 years developing products for the Salesforce ecosystem, which is very direct sales heavy. We've launched our app https://marketplace.microsoft.com/en-us/product/Office365/WA200008222 which is a native and robust integration between Salesforce and Microsoft Teams. We listed just this year in March 2025. We're attending Microsoft Ignite for the first time, and it's clear we need to have a channel partner strategy. Microsoft claims there are over 500k partners - my question to the group (especially ISV partners): how do you find channel partners effectively that align to your product and strategy? Where do we even start? We obviously have an affinity towards partners that serve Saleforce and MS Teams customers. Thanks in advance!!How to get initial access to partner centre? I am lost
Hi, I registered on partner centre a week ago, filled out details of my business and it said wait for verification. After it, I cant see any status in "Overview" of my verification process or do anything in partner centre. Few days back I got emails for Entra recommendations but nothing from partner centre. I tried creating support ticket but it asks for workspace ID and I dont have it therefore can't create any support ticket. Can anyone tell me how to get around it? Or the solution is to just wait? I just dont want to wait for 2 weeks and then get to know that something was pending on me.Unable to Register - "Legal Entity Already Exists" Error - Cannot Access Support
Hello, I'm trying to register for the Microsoft Partner Network to obtain an MPN ID for Azure app publisher verification, but I'm stuck in a catch-22 situation. The Problem: When registering through Partner Center, I receive this error: "A legal entity matching the request payload already exists when creating the legal entity" The Catch-22: I cannot create a support ticket because: - Partner Center help form requires selecting a workspace - I cannot create/access a workspace without completing registration - I cannot complete registration due to the duplicate entity error What I've Tried: - Searching for existing accounts within my organization - no one knows of any - Attempting to create a support ticket - blocked by the workspace requirement - Looking for alternative support channels - all redirect back to Partner Center What I Need: Either help locating an existing account for my company, obtaining the existing MPN ID, or resolving the duplicate registration issue. Has anyone successfully resolved this? Is there a direct contact at Microsoft Partner Support who can help? Any assistance would be greatly appreciated! As the Microsoft Marketplace community continues to grow, I recommend managing your subscriptions to get the content most relevant to your top areas of interest, at the right time. About Labels and Subscriptions: You may have noticed that posts within this discussion forum contain labels such as "Build," "Publish," "Grow," and "ISV Success." These labels are applied to help you identify focused on specific Marketplace topics (Building apps for Marketplace, publishing apps, growing your sales of apps on Marketplace, etc.) There are similar labels applied to all blogs on the marketplace blog: "Thought Leadership" - includes content on best practices, interviews with marketplace partners, etc. "Roadmap & Functionality" - any content related to the marketplace roadmap and new features/functionality You can "subscribe" to certain labels based on your areas of interest, which allows for a more customized community experience. For example. on the Marketplace blog site, if you are most interested in Roadmap & Functionality content. you can adjust your settings to be notified immediately when new content with this label is published. And if you are interested in other topics, such as ISV Success, you can still subscribe, but just elect to receive notifications less frequently. Hello everyone, I’m posting here to see if anyone has experienced something similar or has any guidance. My company has been operating since 2006 as an IT/consulting firm. All members / staff are fully vetted, currently hold active government-level clearances with an impeccable record and we go through rigorous verification and clearance checks. Recently, our Microsoft partner / CSP access was deactivated. The only explanation I receive from support is the standard message: “Microsoft runs on trust… As a part of this commitment, we perform regular due diligence and vetting on all members of our partner network. In this case, our vetting revealed serious compliance violations attributable to your organization or with persons in a position of influence within your organization. We are unable to share further details.” When I asked for a meeting, support created a ticket and sent me a link to schedule an appointment. I scheduled it, but the ticket was closed almost immediately. At the same time, I received the same boilerplate “serious compliance violations” message again, and no one joined the scheduled meeting. I was then told explicitly that the decision cannot be changed by opening a new support case. From the outside, it looks like an internal “flag” has been set and front-line support can only paste that one response. I strongly suspect there may be a mistaken identity or bad third-party data involved. I see that the verification process uses AU10TIX and, from what I can tell, AU10TIX in turn relies on a data source called TAUX0 (or similar). When doing simple searches on my name/company, I see multiple entries for different entities that share similar names, some of those unrelated entities do have legal records. My concern is that these mixed records in TAUX0 (or related sources) have been combined and attributed to me/my company, even though we have no such history. I did contact AU10TIX, they said they will refer this to their R&D but "nothing they can do", I will have to contact Microsoft. My questions to the community: 1. Has anyone else had their partner/CSP access deactivated with the same “serious compliance violations” boilerplate and no details? 2. Was anyone able to get clarification or a remediation path, or is this truly final once the internal flag is set? 3. Does this type of enforcement affect only partner/CSP status, or can it also impact our ability to use Microsoft services as a customer? I’m not looking to argue or threaten legal actions, so please no such suggestions. I simply want to understand the practical impact and whether there is any constructive way to correct an apparent misunderstanding caused by third-party data. We are a small business and heavily impacted by this, as we cannot renew our Partner benefit packages. My hope is that, out of cases like this, Microsoft and AU10TIX can find a way to provide some guidance and a remediation path for small businesses, instead of leaving them in the dark with a generic “serious compliance violations” label and no explanation.
