Incentivizing Indirect Resellers via CSP – Any Workarounds or Experiences?
Dear Microsoft Partner Community, We’re an ISV partner with a suite of Business Central add-ons available as transactable offers and licensed through Microsoft. We’ve recently started exploring ways to extend our reach by collaborating with other Microsoft partners, and we’re particularly interested in incentivizing selected partners through Private Offers. However, the documentation on Microsoft Learn clearly states that Private Offers can only be used for Direct Bill or Indirect Provider partners — not Indirect Resellers. We’re wondering: Has anyone successfully worked directly with Indirect Resellers in this context? Is it possible to use CSP margins to incentivize this partner type? Are there any known workarounds or alternatives that would allow us to collaborate and reward Indirect Resellers? We’ve reviewed the available documentation but couldn’t find a clear path forward. Any insights or shared experiences would be greatly appreciated! Thanks in advance!SolvedBizApps Benefit -D365 Finance for IUR qualifies as base for an attach license?
Hello With the upcoming D365 Finance and Operations user license validation, we expect to see some of our users required to get an SCM license. In this case, we have 100 D365 Finance for IUR licenses through the benefits package. Would they qualify as the base license for SCM Attach licenses? TIAUnable to receive questionnaire for Hardware Program application
We've finished all the steps in the application of Microsoft Hardware Program, the last step is to wait for a questionnaire in our email then answer the questionnaire. However we haven't received the questionnaire and have no idea how to solve this issue. Can someone look into this? Already created a support ticket, the number is #2511060010000740.Lost Access to dynamicsnavdev Yammer Group – Any Updates?
Dear Microsoft Partner Community, We’ve recently lost access to the dynamicsnavdev Yammer group, and we keep receiving an error message when trying to access it. I’ve reached out a couple of times to the usual contact address (email address removed for privacy reasons), but haven’t received any response so far. Do you happen to have any information about changes on Microsoft’s end that might be causing this? The Business Central Yammer forum has been a valuable resource for our product and development teams, and we’re hoping to continue using it. Any updates or guidance would be greatly appreciated! Thanks in advance!BTC 3 enrollment eligibility
Hello, a company wants to join Bridge to the Cloud 3 next year. They are starting with 40 users and then scaling up to 120 users after migration. For the migration phase, they want to book 10 CSP users before joining the promotion. How should the following passage from the FAQ be interpreted? Are 10 users compliant for the preliminary project because they are scaling up to 120 users, or only 4 because they are only booking 40 licenses at the start of the promotion? Q3: Can customers who licensed a small quantity of Dynamics 365 online licenses for testing enroll in this promotion? A: Use of a free trial offer (prior to BTC3 enrollment) does not impact eligibility for this BTC3 promotion. Although customers with prior paid online licenses of the same product are normally ineligible for this promotion, as an exception, such customers are not excluded if their peak number of paid Dynamics 365 online full users to date does not exceed 10% of the number of full users that will be licensed at BTC3 enrollment. Thanks in advance!Azure migration from Old Company that filed Bankruptcy
Hey everyone! We have a unique situation with a customer regarding Azure tenant/workloads. The customer has purchased a company that went bankrupt a few months back, and have inherited their assets which includes a SaaS product hosted on Azure. Microsoft has been sending them invoices for the outstanding balance of the Azure consumption under the old company which is still hosting the application (with active customers). Now they need to move to a new tenant under their name - which is where we are helping them, but they want to find out if we transfer this workload to the new tenant, will the balance be attached to the new company (even though we have paperwork that they have purchased the company)? They are considering moving away to GCP or AWS if it is attached, but we are trying to get them to stay on Azure. We haven't been able to get a straight answer from anywhere. We also want to make sure their application doesn't go down in the event MS decides to shut it off. Can someone guide us in the right direction to someone that can help us - the correct billing/legal/AR dept at MS to get the right answer? Your help is appreciated!Unable to create Partner Center account
Let me start by saying that there are multiple threads on this issue, but the responses I've seen have not helped me to resolve this issue. I've exhausted all of my options at this point. I am attempting to create a partner center account. I'm based in the United States, and after submitting a valid D-U-N-S and EIN and the required information, I receive this error: Microsoft runs on trust. We engage in a rigorous set of evaluation and certification processes; as a result your request was blocked. If you require further information please reach out to Microsoft support with reference number: {Reference Number} and transaction ID: {Transaction ID}. It is not possible to contact Partner Center support or create a support ticket in the partner center as is recommended on other threads and on the Microsoft documentation. When you attempt to create a support ticket, the "Workspace" is a required field, but no options are available because the original error takes place prior to being able to create a workspace. I want to reiterate - it is not possible to contact Partner Center support or create a support ticket to resolve this issue.SolvedPartner Spotlight: Orchestry’s transactable offer powers Copilot-ready governance

For anyone here who is/was Top Tier in FY25: You ARE eligible for the Build and Publish incentive (up to $100k) through 31 December - even though you might have been told otherwise. I mention this here because we were initially told "No, you are not eligible because you still need to have an Azure or industry CSD." Took a wee bit of perseverance, but we broke through the denials and received confirmation yesterday that the incentive is on its way to us. Probably a niche scenario, but please do feel free to message me if you were also told no on this incentive - I'll be happy to share how we got to 'yes.' #marketplacechampions #sponsored🎉 Celebrate Excellence at the Microsoft Switzerland Partner of the Year Awards 2025!

I can't get my company/entity approved on the Microsoft AI Cloud Partner (PartnerCenter) because it sees another instance of my entity. Originally, I attempted to use my domain https://sivility.com but because that's hosted with Godaddy, Microsoft wouldn't allow the domain to be used to register on the PartnerCenter. So I'm now attempting to register my company under the domain http://www.sivilitysystems.com but it now gives me the error below because it see's the first attempt under the first domain I tried and failed on. So the system automatically rejects me. I need this fixed because I'm an IT Company and have lots of customers relying on me getting this resolved. {"code":2100,"description":"A legal entity matching the request payload already exists when creating the legal entity.","data":[],"source":"PartnerAccountEnrollmentApi"}Solved
