Hello, I received a message from Microsoft regarding the need to accept changes to the "Application Developer Agreement." However, when I go to my Partner Center under the Agreements section, I do not see the updated Application Developer Agreement version 8.10: https://partner.microsoft.com/en-us/dashboard/account/v3/settings/agreements Could you please advise how I can sign the updated agreement? I must say that I am a Distributor and my Partners do not have access to the Security page and I want to make sure that they can access it. From what I have found, it only says that it is enforced for direct bill partners, distributors (formerly indirect provider), and indirect resellers. Can you please update this because the FY26 document requires that you Complete the mandatory requirements of the Partner Center security score. Please provide clarity on compliance with the Security requirements. Me comunico con carácter de urgencia debido a un problema con la confirmación de mi examen de certificación DP-700 (Microsoft Fabric). El día 11 de septiembre de 2025 realicé el pago del examen desde el portal de Microsoft, y el cargo fue procesado exitosamente en mi tarjeta, esto a nombre de Pearson VUE, bajo el concepto WL VUE Testing Ex. Adjunto la captura de pantalla de la operación bancaria correspondiente. Sin embargo, hasta la fecha: No he recibido ningún correo de confirmación de mi cita. Al ingresar mis datos en el formulario que debería redirigirme al portal de Pearson VUE, se muestra un mensaje de “Error inesperado” (adjunto captura de pantalla). Ya me comuniqué con soporte de Pearson VUE, quienes me indicaron que debía elevar la consulta a Microsoft. Posteriormente, desde soporte de Microsoft me derivaron nuevamente a este medio para dejar mi consulta, indicando que la respuesta llegaría en un plazo de 24 a 48 horas. Mi gran preocupación es que la cita del examen está programada para el día 13 de septiembre de 2025 (mañana). Si no recibo confirmación a tiempo y no acudo al centro evaluador, Pearson VUE podría considerar mi ausencia como inasistencia y perdería el dinero ya pagado, sin haber tenido la oportunidad de rendir el examen. Hello, we are trying to deliver MS4010. Our trainers told us that in the tenant of the lab there is no Copilot 365 License available. Is this correct? Can anyone tell us how to deliver Extend M365 Copilot without a copilot license? We tried to get courseware support via the MCT Lounge. But there is no forum anymore to ask these questions. September 11 Update #2 : we have confirmed the reappearance of the achievement code button in handful of partner accounts. We are optimistic that this has been applied to all partner accounts but still want to gather data before we claim a total fix. Please check to see if your account has regained access to the achievement code button If you still do not see it, please try these steps Close all browser windows Open a new browser and go to https://learn.microsoft.com Sign in using your Outlook.com Class Administrator account Navigate to a course or learning path detail page Perform a hard refresh (Ctrl + F5) If it still does not work, please add a reply to this thread so that we can continue to evaluate any access gaps. September 11 Update: it is apparent that this achievement code outage is now impacting most, if not all, Training Services Partners. The engineering team is working to identify where and how the issue grew so that we can properly plan a fix. Based on my knowledge of the situation this is a fix that will come in days, not hours. I will continue to update this thread each business day until we get all achievement codes back online. September 5 Update: Engineering is progressing on a fix. The soonest we would see proper functionality is end of next week (around the 12th). I will provide an additional update then. August 27 Update: Engineering is working on this and the right people are involved. Not to get too into the weeds, but it's a database migration issue across two distinct teams. They understand the urgency, and I'll bring you more updates as soon as I receive them. August 14 Update: The issue has been identified. I do not yet have a time to resolution to share but will update here when I know more. August 8 Update: We are aware there is an issue with newly onboarded partners attempting to access achievement codes for the first time. We are working on the issue but do not currently have timing on a solution. I will update here when more information becomes available. Dear Community Leaders, I hope this message finds you well! I’m reaching out to ask if it would be appropriate to share a post in the MCT Community or MCT Longue regarding an initiative I’m developing under the Microsoft XIAD program. The concept is to invite fellow MCTs—particularly those not currently affiliated with a TSP—to collaborate on future training events. While paid opportunities may not be available at the outset, we’re committed to offering visibility and recognition. One way we plan to do this is by featuring trainer profiles and their specialties on our website, helping build credibility and exposure for participating MCTs. As part of this initiative, I’m planning to organize a one-day event each quarter, and I’m looking to collaborate with five certified MCTs who hold any of the following certifications: PL300, DP100, DP203, DP600, DP700, PL200, PL400, PL600 The goal is to foster meaningful partnerships and create a space where trainers can align with our mission and potentially engage in future work. I’d love to start this conversation in a transparent and inclusive way, and I believe the MCT Café could be a great place to gauge interest and gather feedback. Hi all, Microsoft recently started redirecting admin.microsoft.com to admin.cloud.microsoft. People with the correct GDAP roles are able to access the Users section from the admin.microsoft.com admin center, but that section is missing on the new admin.cloud.microsoft admin center. The issue does not appear to be impacting everyone with the appropriate GDAP roles. Has anyone else run into this issue? Support tells me that we are the only partner reporting this issue. We have already enrolled the Training service partner. Now we are looking in to 3 parameters ie: Courseware completions. Exam unit purchases. Average response score. So associating an MCT learn profile in partner center will give the scores in above three parameters. Basically we need to achieve the above 3, we need to know what are the pre-requisites and steps to achieve the achievement code. Q: I have a few questions related to the agency fee discount for renewals (Agency fee discount for renewals - Marketplace publisher | Microsoft Learn), Does the reduction to 1.5% for a renewal also apply if the offer is auto-renewing? My understanding is that the renewal only applies if a new private offer is created and the pop-up checkbox is confirmed that this private offer is for a renewal. Is that correct? Q: I'm a publisher that published a private plan for year 1 and am now at the verge of publishing a private plan for year 2. I'm now contemplating whether to go with a private plan or private offer. I am co-sell eligible becaues of the first year deal. If I publish a private plan for year 2, can the client use that for MACC decrement or does it has to be a private offer? A: Private plan or private offer will both do the trick, however there's more functionality available with a private offer. Flexible billing options most importantly. It's also becoming the more common customer purchasing experience. Hi, this is my first post here. I am following the instructions in the article https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/partner-center/marketplace/azure-container-technical-assets-kubernetes?tabs=windows%2Clinux2 I used the command cpa buildbundle to build and upload the CNAB to my Azure Container Registry (ACR), but the Defender scan shows vulnerabilities in the CNAB bundle, even though my solution image is free of vulnerabilities. I also scanned the image with Trivy and found Critical and high vulnerabilities in Helm 3, kubectl, and the Docker Engine (Moby). The approach mentioned in the technical asset mounts the Docker engine of the host machine to the Microsoft's image mcr.microsoft.com/container-package-app:latest. My host machine has the Community Edition of Docker Engine, yet the Moby issue persists . Inside the container, I tried running `tdnf clean all && tdnf update`, which updated Moby, but I was unable to update kubectl and Helm. Should I be concerned about these vulnerabilities? I believe they may have been introduced by the CPA tool. The documentation states that for marketplace listings, the repository must be free of vulnerabilities. Additionally, it mentions in the limitations section that single containers are not supported, and my current offering contains only single image. Looking for some advice and opinions please. This is for a standalone Dataverse environment. Not Dynamics 365, or Power Apps, or Power Pages. The question is about using a Dataverse environment with the native Dataverse web APIs, where a portal is developed (not Power Pages) that allows the external users to interface (read/write) data. My opinion is that because this is not Dynamics 365 and Power Pages are not being utilised to facilitate the access then there is no requirement for user (D365, Power App, or Power Pages capacity) licensing. I would still need Dataverse capacity licenses, but that is all. Appreciate any thought and insights. Thanks, NickSolved
