i have a Question FY26 Indirect reseller security score Can't access it.
I must say that I am a Distributor and my Partners do not have access to the Security page and I want to make sure that they can access it. From what I have found, it only says that it is enforced for direct bill partners, distributors (formerly indirect provider), and indirect resellers. Can you please update this because the FY26 document requires that you Complete the mandatory requirements of the Partner Center security score. Please provide clarity on compliance with the Security requirements. FY26 When I click on the link Adn i see in Security Role i Not see Indirect reseller access On Partner Center Indirect reseller Can't access Even if they are Global Admins, they cannot access it.SolvedCopilot inclusion in Partner Launch benefits
Looking at https://partner.microsoft.com/en-us/partnership/partner-benefits-packages-benefits#tab-1 it says that Partner Launch benefits include "Microsoft 365 Business Premium - includes Copilot". I took this to mean I didn't need to buy Copilot separately to work in 365 Apps like Word. However, on trying to use it this way, it seems that the Copilot referred to here is just Copilot chat with no integration with Word, SharePoint, etc. which is pretty much available for free anyway. I raised a ticket with Partner Support (2507150010000100) and they said that Copilot functionality within 365 apps is not included. Even Copilot chat itself gives confused answers. When I ask it "Explain the Copilot inclusions (if any) in Microsoft Partner Launch. Does it include Copilot to generate content in Microsoft Word?" It says: Yes, the Microsoft Partner Launch includes Copilot capabilities, and Copilot is available for generating content in Microsoft Word. Here’s a breakdown of the key inclusions: ✅ Copilot in Microsoft Word Microsoft Copilot is now integrated into Word for both consumer and commercial users. It can: Generate polished documents from prompts (e.g., recipes, reports, letters). Assist with rewriting, summarizing, and formatting. Help brainstorm and structure content based on user input I suggest that Microsoft clarifies what "Microsoft 365 ... includes Copilot" means on pages like the linked one above to avoid others being confused like me (and Copilot chat!) We typically create private plans for customers on our transactable public offer in the Marketplace, tailored to specific commercial terms and custom features. However, over the past few weeks, we've observed that newly created private plans are not being reflected in the subscriptions managed by Cloud Solution Providers (CSPs). To address this, we're exploring alternative approaches to ensure plan visibility and alignment with CSP-managed subscriptions.Solved39Views0likes2CommentsUnable to create support request in Partner Center
Hello, I am unable to create support request in partner center. I am getting the following error message while trying to create a support request. "There was an issue creating your service request. Please wait 10 minutes and try again." Can someone let me know if there is another way to contact support in Partner center.? Thanks, AriBlocked from Migrating Entra App from Personal to Org Tenant (Production Use, Partner Account)
We’re a Microsoft partner with a verified organizational tenant and a live Outlook connector currently in production with a sizable user base. Unfortunately, due to historical setup, the Entra authentication app supporting this connector was registered under a personal Microsoft account. Microsoft support informed us that application migration between accounts is no longer supported, and directed us to the community for visibility and possible product escalation. What We’re Asking For: A manual reassignment or supported workaround for this authentication app to be transferred to our organizational tenant Or at minimum, guidance on how to support existing users during a parallel rebuild, with minimal disruption We understand this may be an edge case, but for partners with live customer-facing apps originally built under personal accounts, we believe there’s value in revisiting the policy — or offering a migration pathway. If there’s a path to escalate this to the relevant Entra or Commercial Marketplace team, we would sincerely appreciate that support. Thanks in advance.Achievement Code URL Creation Issue
Dear Team, We are unable to complete the “Learner Course & Achievement Code URL Creation” process. After generating the URL as instructed in the documentation, we do not see the “Request Achievement Code” button. We submitted the Microsoft Learn Organization Enrollment on July 8, but the issue still persists. In addition, we have already tried the troubleshooting suggestions available online, and we also attempted the enrollment process using three different email addresses — unfortunately, none of these resolved the problem. Could you please advise on what we can do next? Thank you very much for your support!Partner payment error
The Partner Payment Center payment page does not properly process cards. The error I am receiving does not seem to be a valid error for credit cards: Payment failed due to insufficient balance. Please check with your bank or try again with a different card. My Card is in good standing. In the MS store I have no problem, just in the Partner payment page. I've cleared the browser cache and still get the same error.REMINDER: Partner of the Year Award nominations are due July 18, 2025

I am trying to create a marketplace offering on Azure. After successfully going through the publishing process, when I click on my offering I just see this: The "Preview" works fine though. I uploaded an app icon which shows in the preview, so not really sure what Gallery item it's asking for.92Views1like3CommentsSuggestions for improving the nonprofit grants and discount program
Over the last few years, a number of changes to the grants and discount program have taken a bit of the shine off the program (removal of Dynamics 365 Sales grants, Business Premium, Power BI Premium, retirement of Fundraising and Engagement). I wanted to offer some suggestions based on feedback from nonprofits and partners on small changes that could make an improvement to the program. Allow all nonprofit staff (including contracted staff) and volunteers to use grant offers (i.e. allowing nonprofits to assign granted Business Basic licences to volunteers) Increase the Microsoft 365 Copilot discount - many nonprofits still find the discounted cost prohibitively high Replace the 10 free 'Power Apps per app' with 10 free 'Power Apps Premium' - encouraging nonprofits to use the Power Platform more. Broaden your eligibility criteria to include Social Enterprises such as Community Interest Companies in the UK, Social Traders in Australia, etc Provide nonprofit staff and volunteers with free certification exams for foundational level topics (Microsoft 365, Azure, Power Platform, etc) Let's make the program a leader in the sector again, especially for the smaller, resource-constrained nonprofits that do so much good. Thanks MattFY26 TSP Community Call Thread

Hello new TSPs. We are currently updating the onboarding process to provide better communications around process and timing. While we work to update, please send me a private message if you have completed the onboarding form and you are currently waiting on a response. I anticipate this workaround to last for a few weeks and for us to have a new process in place in January. Once the update is complete and the normal process resumes, I will delete this thread. Thanks, Dan2025 Training Serivces Partner of the Year - Nominate Jun 18 through Jul 18, 2025.
