Metrics in Training Service Partner dashboard still shows not started
our TSP was on-boarded some months before, and it has now been more than some months since we started delivering training courses. We received the welcome email, completed all required formalities, and have delivered some trainings, and learners redeemed the achievement codes, and completed the surveys in MTM. All of these sessions appear correctly in, MTM surveys, and related dashboards. However, in Partner Center it still shows “Not Started.” Could you guys please review this and help us understand why the status has not updated? Thank you,Issue registering with hardware developer program
Hello moderators, Our Hardware Developer Program enrollment appears stuck in a state we can't resolve through self-service, and we're also unable to submit a ticket through the normal Contact Support flow. Account details: - Legal entity: Kodsafe Labs Private Limited - Seller ID: 95092940 - User ID: 203442240 - Tenant: kodsafelabs.com (kodsec.onmicrosoft.com) Confirmed status: - Legal Business Profile verification: Authorized (Identity, Employment, and Business verification all passed) - EV code signing certificate: uploaded via Manage Certificates, Active status for over a week - Hardware workspace: not visible anywhere in Partner Center; Programs page shows only one tile plus "Add a program" What we've tried: 1. Clicked "+" to add a program, selected "Get started" under Hardware (confirmed pre-selected per the documented flow), then "Go to Dashboard." Instead of proceeding through company info and the Hardware agreements, we were redirected straight back to the same single-tile Programs page — suggesting a Hardware Developer Program account already exists on this tenant but isn't surfacing as an accessible workspace. 2. In Account settings > User management > Users, our account shows as Global admin, Admin. However, the Groups and Microsoft Entra applications tabs on that same page return "Not authorized," despite the Global admin role — possibly related to the same underlying account state. 3. The standard Contact Support request form has an empty, unselectable Workspace field, so we're unable to submit a ticket that way. Could someone please escalate this to the team that can review the backend Hardware Developer Program account status for this tenant/Seller ID and restore or grant workspace access? Happy to share further screenshots on request. Thank you, Hitesh Kesharia, Kodsafe Labs Private LimitedQuestions on Partner Onboarding, PL-300 Training Workflow, Vouchers, and Certification Status
Hello, We are a new Microsoft Partner and we are about to deliver our very first training courses preparing for the PL-300 certification. To ensure our training session data is properly tracked and recorded by Microsoft, could you confirm if our planned workflow is complete? Here is our current process: Our MCT (Microsoft Certified Trainer) delivers the training to the learners, using the official Microsoft course material. At the end of the course, we send the course completion validation link to all learners (to help compute performance KPIs). We send the satisfaction survey via Metrics That Matter (MTM) (the link is sent to both the learners and the MCT). We issue exam vouchers to the learners. Specific Questions: Microsoft states that we must use the official Microsoft Learn content, which is freely accessible. Are we allowed to supplement this official material with our own custom training content and exercises for our learners? How does the voucher assignment process work on Pearson VUE? What specific information do we need to provide so that learners receive and can redeem them properly? We would like to offer our learners the option to finance this training through France's CPF (Compte Personnel de Formation). However, the certification file on France Compétences appears as inactive (RS5445). Is a renewal or re-registration planned for the French market? Can we publicly communicate our Microsoft Partnership (as a Training Services Partner) even if we have not yet reached the required KPIs listed in our Partner Center dashboard? Thank you in advance for your guidance and insights! Best regards,CSP Account suspended without notification, no explanation given
Hello Microsoft Community, I'm hoping someone here has experienced something similar and can point me in the right direction. I have been a Microsoft Partner since 2019. This past January I renewed my Partner Success Core Benefits pack. A couple of weeks ago I noticed I had lost access to all my benefits. I opened a support case, and after going back and forth I still have no resolution. The only explanation I've received is a reference to section 4.b of the Microsoft AI Cloud Partner Program Agreement, which states that either party can terminate the relationship with 30 days' notice and without providing a reason. No notification was ever sent to me. No 30-day notice. I simply woke up one day with no access. At one point I was told I could re-enroll under a new tenant. I tried this, and it didn't work. When I followed up, the support team went back to citing section 4.b and closed the door again. I understand I'm a small partner in Microsoft's ecosystem, but I've invested years building my business around this partnership, renewed my benefits in good faith just a few months ago, and I would love to find a constructive way forward. My questions for the community: 1. **Is there a formal escalation path** beyond standard Partner Center support cases? 2. **Has anyone successfully re-enrolled** after a suspension of this kind, and what was the process? Any guidance, shared experience, or contacts would be enormously appreciated. I am not looking to complain, I just want to understand my options and get back to serving my customers. Thank you in advance.FY27 Distributor Incentives - Few Questions
Dear team, We are a Distributor and need to understand better the mechanics of the FY27 incentives. More specifically, please find below the questions we need to sort the soonest possible: Regarding the growth accelerator, is there any minimum threshold above which we are eligible to receive the Disti rebate or the growth applies even to one new additional licenses? Again, regarding the growth accelerator, the Disti rebates applies only to the new licenses added or to the new total number of licenses following the additions? Example: current config. with 100x ME5. We plan to add 100x more ME5. Will we have to apply the Disti rebate on the new 100x ME5 or to the total 200 ME5? Thank you so much for your clarifications that are crucial for our business planning! Starting today, Marketplace customers can request a private offer directly from Marketplace listing pages. This feature allows software companies to have pricing and terms conversations with potential customers sooner. Software companies can now add a request option directly to a solution's listing page. Customers who select this option are captured as Marketplace leads, accelerating the sales process. This feature is part of Microsoft's continued emphasis on simplification of the Marketplace buying experience and helping software companies connect with interested customers earlier in their purchasing journeys. This feature is disabled by default. To participate, turn on the "Request private offer" toggle for an eligible transactable offer. Hi, can someone confirm if it's obligatory to meet the purchasing minimum requirements for both Finance and Finance Premium, i.e. if we purchase 20 regular Finance licenses, can we purchase only 5 Finance Premium or does it have to be the minimum 10? I've found resources online that say these 2 SKUs can be mixed & matched, but I can't seem to find definitive confirmation of this in the D365 Licensing Guide or any of MSFT resources. Thanks!Employment Verification stuck 6+ weeks, Resolve panel broken
Our Developer program Employment Verification has been in "Rejected / Pending Partner Action" since before 6/22/2026. We resubmitted a supporting document weeks ago and got a "submitted successfully" confirmation, but there has been no status change since. The Resolve panel is also not working on our end: clicking Resolve opens a panel with only the info banner and a disabled Submit button, no document type selector or upload field appears, so we can't even submit a new document. Help + support has the same loading issue. Would really appreciate a Community Manager taking a look and escalating to the Vetting team. Happy to share tenant/publisher IDs and screenshots via DM. This is currently blocking our AppSource submission. Thanks in advance.Company: Voidflow AI LLC (Georgia)What are your frictions points between build and revenue?

Hello Partner Compliance / Trust & Safety team, My enrollment in the Microsoft AI Cloud Partner Program was blocked by the automated trust check immediately after I submitted my company information ("Microsoft runs on trust ... your request was blocked"). Since the block happens at the trust-verification stage, no Partner Center workspace is created, so the standard in-portal support ticket cannot be raised (empty Workspace dropdown, Contact Support dead-ends). I would therefore appreciate a manual escalation. Request: Please route this to the Partner Vetting / Trust & Safety team for a manual review and reset so I can complete verification. If possible, let me know which validation step triggered the block so I can correct it before re-attempting. Case identifiers: - Program: Microsoft AI Cloud Partner Program - Reference number: 715-123160 - Transaction ID: e97d58e3-c28c-41c4-a635-8f455b2fbd32 - Correlation ID: efd2db84-043c-43c1-91b7-b9c1dc4dbd83 Context that may help: - Legitimate business: sole proprietorship (Einzelunternehmen) registered in Germany. - The Entra tenant is newly created for this purpose, which I understand can raise a risk flag; I am the Global Admin. - I can re-attempt using a global admin on my own business domain (rather than the account originally used) if that helps the trust evaluation. - Official business-registration documentation and VAT ID (USt-IdNr) are available on request for verification. Thank you for reviewing this. Are You Having Achievement Code Issues?
July 18 - Good news today. Engineering has determined the issue, and a fix is coming in the early days of next week. I'll keep you updated when we get the fix implemented. Thank you for your patience. July 15 - our engineering team is not seeing a widespread outage on their side, but they are continuing to investigate. If you are still experiencing an outage please send me a private message (please do not post any PII directly in this thread) with the following: Your partner organization name (+ MPN ID if you know it) Email address you're using to log into your Admin account on Learn Which courses you were previously able to generate codes but no longer can (examples, doesn't have to be all of them) Approximately how long you have not been able to generate the codes I plan to update this thread every 2 days while we investigate the issue. Thank you! July 13 - thanks to all that shared their current achievement code issues. The team continues to investigate but no current time to resolution. July 1 - Hi all, I've seen a few posts regarding sudden issues in generating achievement codes. If this is an issue for you can you please reply to this with the course you're trying to generate and the approximate time you tried to generate? Trying to determine the scope of the problem. If you previously had an issue but it appears to be resolved now, please let me know that as well. Thanks, DanAccount Suspended Despite Compliance – Seeking Clarification and Reinstatement
Hello Microsoft Community, My company’s Partner Center account currently shows a Suspended status for both the Indirect Reseller and Microsoft Cloud Solution Provider programs, even though we believe we’ve met all requirements. What we’ve done: Completed all security requirements (MFA enabled, security contact designated) Verified business and legal information is up to date Ensured there are no outstanding payments or compliance issues We received a notice about CSP indirect reseller eligibility (USD 1,000 revenue requirement), but our partner confirms our license spend exceeds this threshold. Our questions: Why is the account still suspended if we’ve addressed the stated requirements? Is there a hidden or unaddressed compliance issue? What specific steps must we follow to have the suspension lifted? Can Microsoft reinstate the account once we provide evidence of compliance? We’re unable to perform critical operations like assigning licenses or accessing partner benefits while suspended. Has anyone experienced a similar situation? Any guidance from Microsoft moderators or the community would be greatly appreciated.Enrollment blocked Ref 715-123160 - cannot create support ticket
My AI Cloud Partner Program enrollment was blocked with the "Microsoft runs on trust" message, reference number 715-123160. Because enrollment failed, my account has no workspace, so Partner Center support cannot create a request — and the other support routes also dead-end. Could Microsoft please route this reference for manual compliance review? I can provide company verification details through a private channel.CSP June 2026 Monthly Partner Update

I'm hoping someone from the Microsoft Hardware Dev Center or Partner Center team sees this. I've been trying since April 2026 to get my account into a working state so I can publish and sign a Windows driver. Instead, I've spent the last four months fighting backend account issues between Entra ID, Partner Center, and the Hardware Dev Center. Current support case: Hardware | Onsite Dental Systems | Incomplete... Tracking ID: #2606060010000492 Over the past several months I have: Worked with multiple Microsoft support engineers. Opened numerous support cases. Followed every instruction provided by Microsoft. Recreated my Entra tenant when instructed. Waited through backend synchronizations and escalations. Re-verified my organization. Recreated applications, permissions, and identities multiple times. Every time one issue appears to be resolved, another backend issue surfaces. At this point, I've spent more time trying to become an approved Microsoft developer than actually developing software. The situation became so drawn out that my original EV code signing certificate expired before Microsoft could get my account working. I had no choice but to purchase another EV code signing certificate, adding hundreds of dollars in unnecessary expense because my account was still blocked by backend provisioning issues. This isn't simply frustrating—it's impacting my business. I'm a small software developer. My customers rely on my software every day, and I cannot complete Microsoft's required driver-signing process because my account remains stuck in a state that only Microsoft appears able to fix. I want to be clear that the support engineers themselves have been courteous and have genuinely tried to help. My frustration is with the platform and the apparent lack of tools available to support when these backend account issues occur. I believe Microsoft should consider: Providing a complete reset option for Hardware Dev Center registrations tied to broken tenants. Better diagnostics instead of generic backend errors. Improving synchronization between Entra ID, Partner Center, and Hardware Dev Center. Giving support engineers the ability to repair account provisioning without weeks of escalation. Publishing documentation for developers who must migrate to a new Entra tenant. If anyone from the Hardware Dev Center or Partner Center team is reading this, I would greatly appreciate someone reviewing Tracking ID #2606060010000492. I've been trying to accomplish what should be a basic task—publish and sign a Windows driver—since April 2026. Four months later, after countless hours, multiple support cases, and even purchasing a replacement EV code signing certificate because the first one expired during this process, I'm still unable to complete it. I truly hope this feedback reaches the appropriate engineering team, because I can't imagine I'm the only developer who has experienced this. Hopefully this process can be improved so other developers don't spend months trying to overcome backend account issues instead of building software.Limited-Time Free DP-600 and DP-700 Partner Certification Offer | Terms and Conditions

Hi everyone, I successfully submitted a kernel driver to Microsoft several years ago and was able to see my driver's statistics for a while after that. Now, Microsoft wants me to go through account verification (developer id:86985290). My EV Certificate that I used to submit my driver to Microsoft has already expired. Was the account verification process triggered by expiration of my EV Certificate or it is not related? If I do the account verification, will I be able to see my driver's statistics without getting a new EV Certificate?
