Is it possible to extend the MCT End User Qualification program?
As we know that all End User Qualification MCTs must be onboarded by April 30, 2025. Is it possible to extend the MCT End User Qualification program? There should be new trainers continuing to invest in this field in the future. Thanks.SolvedLicensing a Dataverse environment for external users
Looking for some advice and opinions please. This is for a standalone Dataverse environment. Not Dynamics 365, or Power Apps, or Power Pages. The question is about using a Dataverse environment with the native Dataverse web APIs, where a portal is developed (not Power Pages) that allows the external users to interface (read/write) data. My opinion is that because this is not Dynamics 365 and Power Pages are not being utilised to facilitate the access then there is no requirement for user (D365, Power App, or Power Pages capacity) licensing. I would still need Dataverse capacity licenses, but that is all. Appreciate any thought and insights. Thanks, NickSolved
Anyone have the information on Business Central pricing?
We were expecting to find the new local pricing of D365BC in the CSP preview price list of October, 2025, but there was no BC SKUs in the list. I searched for the information if the price change was postponed or cancelled but can't find any. What I can find is only the blog and the PartnerDeck/FAQ in PartnerHub announced in May, and no news since then. The local CSP support team even did not know about the price change of D365BC. Since we have several customers whose renewals are on October 1, we need to work on quotations asap. Seeking Advice on Renewing TSP Designation as a Solo MCT
Hi everyone, I’ve recently registered as a Solutions Partner for Training Services (TSP) and I’m currently reviewing the annual renewal requirements. As a solo MCT, I’m trying to understand whether it’s realistically feasible to meet the thresholds independently, or if collaboration is essential. The renewal criteria include: 2. 1,000 course completion units 3. 200 exam units For someone operating solo, these numbers seem quite high. For example, delivering a course like AI-102 would require 1,000 successful student surveys in a year to meet just one requirement. I’d love to hear from others who’ve navigated this: 1. Has anyone renewed the TSP designation without partnering with a larger organization? 2. What strategies helped you meet the course and exam unit goals? I’m evaluating whether to pursue the renewal path independently or explore strategic partnerships. Any insights or lessons learned would be greatly appreciated! Thanks in advance for your support. I worked for a company but I quit I bought my certification from my work account but my personal email was linked., Now I want to reschedule my exam with the option the mailto:email address removed for privacy reasons sent me but I can't see this certification as booked. Can someone help me?Solved
CSP Direct: Margin on Azure Fabric Capacity Reservations missing
We as a CSP Direct Partner do not get any margins on Azure Fabric Capacity Reservations. Is that generally the case, that partners do not get margins on Fabric Reservations? Or are we missing any prerequisites such as certifications, etc.? When we sell Fabric Capacity per as you go, then we get 15% margin ("partner earned credit for services managed").Solved
Users section missing from the new M365 admin center?
Hi all, Microsoft recently started redirecting admin.microsoft.com to admin.cloud.microsoft. People with the correct GDAP roles are able to access the Users section from the admin.microsoft.com admin center, but that section is missing on the new admin.cloud.microsoft admin center. The issue does not appear to be impacting everyone with the appropriate GDAP roles. Has anyone else run into this issue? Support tells me that we are the only partner reporting this issue. Dear Microsoft Certification Support, I am writing to report a critical issue I encountered during my scheduled SC-200 exam on Saturday. I had successfully completed the system check beforehand, but when I launched the Pearson VUE application, it displayed a completely white screen and nothing else loaded. I waited for around 10–15 minutes, but the issue did not resolve. My internet connection was stable and high-speed. Other applications worked fine. To troubleshoot: - I restarted my laptop three times - I switched to another laptop, ran the system check again, and attempted the exam Unfortunately, the white screen issue persisted on both devices. As my exam voucher expires today, I am unable to reschedule or rebook. Dear Community, One of my customers has encountered a reseller offering 'non-assignable' CSP licenses (Office LTSC Standard 2024), claiming they are provided as new licenses through the official CSP distribution channel. However, the licenses are not assigned to the customer's existing tenant account, and the software is not accessed or managed via the Microsoft 365 Admin Center. What is delivered: A PDF file containing the product key (unverifiable via VAMT; no results returned) An ISO installation file for Office LTSC 2024 Standard, provided via a link to the seller's SharePoint storage Screenshots from the seller's M365 Admin Center profile displaying a 'billing account' allegedly associated with the customer. However, the billing account type is not specified A message sent to the customer from email address removed for privacy reasons stating: "Your organization has accepted the Microsoft Customer Agreement". No credentials to the Microsoft tenant are provided to the customer This setup appears suspicious for obvious reasons, and I would appreciate a second opinion. I am writing to request clarification regarding a change in my certification status. I have successfully passed the MS-100 and MS-101 exams and was awarded the Microsoft 365 Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert certification. Since 2021, I have continuously renewed my certification through the renewal process. However, starting in 2024, I have noticed that this Enterprise Administrator Expert badge no longer appears in my certification profile. Instead, I now see the Microsoft 365 Certified: Administrator Expert badge. It also appears that the Enterprise Administrator Expert certification is now associated with the MS-102 exam as a requirement. Given that I have held this certification for several years and have renewed it consistently, I would like to understand: Why was the Enterprise Administrator Expert certification removed from my profile? Has there been a change in certification structure that caused this transition? Is there a way to regain or revalidate the Enterprise Administrator Expert certification under the new framework?
