Current Issue with Private Plans on Marketplace Subscriptions
We typically create private plans for customers on our transactable public offer in the https://azuremarketplace.microsoft.com/en-us/marketplace/apps/saturaminc.qualdo_drx, tailored to specific commercial terms and custom features. However, over the past few weeks, we've observed that newly created private plans are not being reflected in the subscriptions managed by Cloud Solution Providers (CSPs).
To address this, we're exploring alternative approaches to ensure plan visibility and alignment with CSP-managed subscriptions.
Hi Qualdo - Private plans are not supported for subscriptions managed through a Cloud Solution Provider (CSP). For customers purchasing through CSP, we recommend using private offers instead, as they are the supported method for customizing pricing and terms in these scenarios.

Our transaction with the customer follows this cycle: Organic reachout by customer/Qualdo -> Customer decides to buy -> When we decide to deploy, we are made aware of the CSP involvement (most cases it is also after we create a private plan) -> we will not be able to deploy because it doesn't get reflected.
Because the sale cycle does not involve CSPs, I am unsure if this solution will help us
