We typically create private plans for customers on our transactable public offer in the Marketplace, tailored to specific commercial terms and custom features. However, over the past few weeks, we've observed that newly created private plans are not being reflected in the subscriptions managed by Cloud Solution Providers (CSPs). To address this, we're exploring alternative approaches to ensure plan visibility and alignment with CSP-managed subscriptions.Solved39Views0likes2Commentsi have a Question FY26 Indirect reseller security score Can't access it.
I must say that I am a Distributor and my Partners do not have access to the Security page and I want to make sure that they can access it. From what I have found, it only says that it is enforced for direct bill partners, distributors (formerly indirect provider), and indirect resellers. Can you please update this because the FY26 document requires that you Complete the mandatory requirements of the Partner Center security score. Please provide clarity on compliance with the Security requirements. FY26 When I click on the link Adn i see in Security Role i Not see Indirect reseller access On Partner Center Indirect reseller Can't access Even if they are Global Admins, they cannot access it.SolvedSC-200 Exam White Screen Issue - Voucher Expiry Today
Dear Microsoft Certification Support, I am writing to report a critical issue I encountered during my scheduled SC-200 exam on Saturday. I had successfully completed the system check beforehand, but when I launched the Pearson VUE application, it displayed a completely white screen and nothing else loaded. I waited for around 10–15 minutes, but the issue did not resolve. My internet connection was stable and high-speed. Other applications worked fine. To troubleshoot: - I restarted my laptop three times - I switched to another laptop, ran the system check again, and attempted the exam Unfortunately, the white screen issue persisted on both devices. As my exam voucher expires today, I am unable to reschedule or rebook. I kindly request support and one of the following: - A free rescheduling opportunity due to the technical issue - A voucher extension or replacement, since the issue was not caused by my system Please advise on the next steps. This is time-sensitive. Thank you for your help. Sincerely, Abhijith S RajSolvedUnusual Microsoft CSP Delivery Question
Dear Community, One of my customers has encountered a reseller offering 'non-assignable' CSP licenses (Office LTSC Standard 2024), claiming they are provided as new licenses through the official CSP distribution channel. However, the licenses are not assigned to the customer's existing tenant account, and the software is not accessed or managed via the Microsoft 365 Admin Center. What is delivered: A PDF file containing the product key (unverifiable via VAMT; no results returned) An ISO installation file for Office LTSC 2024 Standard, provided via a link to the seller's SharePoint storage Screenshots from the seller's M365 Admin Center profile displaying a 'billing account' allegedly associated with the customer. However, the billing account type is not specified A message sent to the customer from email address removed for privacy reasons stating: "Your organization has accepted the Microsoft Customer Agreement". No credentials to the Microsoft tenant are provided to the customer This setup appears suspicious for obvious reasons, and I would appreciate a second opinion. Question: Is it even possible to deliver CSP licenses to a specific customer without granting them access to the Microsoft 365 Admin Center?SolvedMicrosoft 365 Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert Badge Missing
I am writing to request clarification regarding a change in my certification status. I have successfully passed the MS-100 and MS-101 exams and was awarded the Microsoft 365 Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert certification. Since 2021, I have continuously renewed my certification through the renewal process. However, starting in 2024, I have noticed that this Enterprise Administrator Expert badge no longer appears in my certification profile. Instead, I now see the Microsoft 365 Certified: Administrator Expert badge. It also appears that the Enterprise Administrator Expert certification is now associated with the MS-102 exam as a requirement. Given that I have held this certification for several years and have renewed it consistently, I would like to understand: Why was the Enterprise Administrator Expert certification removed from my profile? Has there been a change in certification structure that caused this transition? Is there a way to regain or revalidate the Enterprise Administrator Expert certification under the new framework? This certification is important for my current role, and I would greatly appreciate your assistance in clarifying this situation. Thank you very much for your support.SolvedSolution Deployment Issue
Hi all, We are currently trying to deploy a solution through Power Platform (PP), however we couldn't get it to work. Initially, we believed the issue to be a dataverse version mismatch. Therefore, with assistance with PP support, we updated the dataverse version so it is now aligned. However, this did not fix the issue. We keep receiving error codes, even when we try to deploy the solution manually. It states that we cannot add the workflow because it does not exist. Our ticket has now been passed to the PP solutions team for investigate. However, our project is now at a standstill while support look into the issue. We were wondering if anyone else has experienced this issue before and if there is anything we can try in the meantime. Any guidance or advice would be greatly appreciated.SolvedRenewal of discontinued Power Apps per app plan (SKU CFQ7TTC0LHQM) on NCE
We are an indirect provider with customers whose Power Apps per app plan (SKU CFQ7TTC0LHQM) subscriptions still show “autorenew enabled,” even though the SKU was discontinued April 1 2022. Will autorenew succeed or fail, and how can we detect a failed renewal via Partner Center API? What is the recommended migration path to current Power Apps SKUs without service interruption?Solved70Views0likes1CommentRenewal for a discontinued product
Dear community, We are a Distributor (ex. Indirect Provider) and we are having few customers with renewals on discontinued products. In detail, one of these products is POWERPLATFORM - Power Apps per app plan (SKU: CFQ7TTC0LHQM:0001), where the partners have autorenew enabled. So we want to be 100% sure that these partners that are having autorenew enabled will be able to renew their subscription without issues. Thank you in advance! NickSolvedFY26 incentive payout change
Hope Microsoft can clarify this statement for the new FY26 incentives guides. As Microsoft will introduce an incentive payout change for partners that perform a change of channel (COCP). Does this mean, eg.; if a Direct Bill partner transitions towards becoming a Indirect Reseller, will they lose all incentives (as it's basically a COCP from Direct Bill to Distributor)? For how long are these incentives withhold? For both the Disti and the new Indirect Reseller? All customers? Other example; a Indirect Reseller transitioning from Disti x to Disti Y. Will they again lose all incentives? Both the Disti(s) and the Reseller? How long, all customers, etc.? Last example; a customer transitioning from Indirect Reseller / Direct Bill partner x to Indirect Reseller / Direct Bill partner y. Will the Indirect Reseller (and Disti(?)) / Direct Bill partner lose incentives of this customer? This would have massive impacts in the market and would render the CSP Transfer Request basically capability obsolete, as no Direct Bill or Indirect Reseller would ever change COCP anymore due to loosing incentives. Cheers, MartijnSolvedRequirement: Users with administrative roles in the customer tenants must use MFA
I have 4 customers who are showing as not meeting this requirement, I know one of the 4 that we're working with the customer to resolve but the other 3 I cannot for the life of me locate. The majority of our customers we are the sole admin so they are easy but when I click on Insights I get: No. of Admins with MFA enabled. No of Users With MFA Enabled. No of Users (this appears to includ blocked\disabled and maybe guests?) I can't actually tell which tenant has an Admin with MFA not enabled from this data if they have more than one user with a privlidged role. So I created a spreadsheet and went through each tenant and within Entra I looked at their Identity Security Score and one of the requirements within their score is: Ensure multifactor authentication is enabled for all users in administrative roles And besides the one customer I know of who has an 8/10 score, all my other customers have a 10/10 score. I've gone through each customer that I am aware of that could have more than one user with an admin role and any that were transferred to us from another CSP and looked at the Role assignments in Entra and I just cannot locate these remaining 3. I'm stuck at at an overall Security Score of 71.43% becuase i can't get any of the 20 points for this requirements until its 100% complete. What we really need is an additional column in the insights "No. of Admins" so we can at least identify the offending clients as without GDAP access to the customer I would not be able to look at any of the Role assignments or the tenant Identity Security Score and not even be aware of who is bringing me undone with the information provided. I'm going to go through ALL customers again for the third time looking at role assignments for any that might have been missed on the first 2 passes I did, I might even get someone other than me to do it with fresh eyes but its pretty easy to locate as you can sort by the No. of Users assigned to the role so I can't see how I've missed it. We really just need the tools to manage and audit ourselves e.g. that extra column, would make this a < 5 minute job to audit ourselves against this requirement and also I do beleive in this requirement is an important one, i'm not against it, it just needs to be managable\maintainable.SolvedDowngrade license for business central 21
We have a client who requires our vertical developed in C/AL code. We are currently in the process of migrating our development. However, we need to be able to downgrade from version 25 of the software our client has purchased to version 21 of Business Central on-premises in order to obtain the .flf license. We understand that the updated licensing policies only allow downgrading from two previous versions, but the flf licenses have been retired, and the latest version that contains them is 21. What can we do in this case to authorize a downgrade? As an additional note, our client's license is perpetual.SolvedHelp - Badges/Deedpoll/Deleted Accounts
I'm reaching out to request assistance with a name change related to certifications I earned through the Microsoft Learn platform. In 2023, I completed and was awarded credentials for AZ-900 and DP-900. These certificates are still visible on my Credly account and were originally issued under my former legal name. Due to personal safety concerns and following advice from authorities, I have since legally changed my name and deleted all accounts and platforms that contained my previous name for security reasons. Unfortunately, this included the original Microsoft Learn account associated with my certifications, and I have realised this months after the deletion so I cannot rectify this. Although I no longer have access to the Learn account used at the time (which may have been linked to more than one email address I can retrieve if needed), I do still have: Verified certificates and Credly badges Access to the Credly profile where the credentials are hosted Both old and new government-issued ID as proof of legal name change Any other documentation you may require to verify ownership and identity I’ve since created a new Microsoft Learn account in my current name for communication purposes. I would be very grateful if you could advise what steps and documentation are needed to update the name associated with my AZ-900 and DP-900 certifications so they reflect my current legal name. I deeply value these achievements and would love to display them professionally under the correct identity. Many thanks for your help.SolvedNew FY26 incentive guidelines
Hope someone can share some insights on this, as Microsoft is publishing conflicting messages. Starting October, Microsoft will change the incentive requirements for partners. In the announcement it is stated that partners will earn incentives if they have 25 points in EACH solution area. Source: May 2025 announcements - Partner Center announcements | Microsoft Learn In other presentations published, it stated 25 points in a SPECIFIC solutions area. Source: Microsoft Commerce Incentive Resources Conflicting messages from Microsoft, so which is it? The nuance is a big difference for partners. I'd assume the latter is correct. Also note that the incentives will be split further between solution areas. And note the increased thresholds for Direct Bill partners. Cheers, MartijnSolved
