Partner Program Basics

So we are a MAICPP, we were interested to become training partner.

I filled up a form and received an initial email.

I was browsing through the material which I received, however it was really confusing and vast.

can someone help me

1. How do I know we have been accepted and onboarded as a partner?
2. is there an additional fee associated and if yes, how do we pay?
3. How to get partnership logo, certificate for documentation purpose?
4. how to access voucher order and lab on demand orders?

sorry, I am a complete newbie so may be my questions are basic, do help! TIA
