URGENT: Unable to see Request Achievement Code Button
Hello,
I have found my MPN Location ID (logged in with my institutional account). I added this to the excel spreadsheet, copied the Learner Ready URL and visited the AI Bootcamp Promptathon page - a request achievement code button does not appear.
DanDonohue can you help here or is this a case for https://aka.ms/CertificationSupport?

Have you been through the TSP sign up process and created an outlook.com account to use to sign into Learn and generate achievement codes?

Hi Julian, we were told that because we're from a post-secondary institution, we are automatically a TSP. However on the TSP tab, it is blank. How many people need to sign up as a TSP at our institution?
I did use a personal email address to signup for MSLE Educator portal - assuming this means I am a Learn admin.I have a MPN location ID but when I visit the link for the bootcamps from the Achievement Code excel spreadsheet, I do not see the "request achievement code" button.

Hi anh_sene,
Nobody is automatically a TSP. There are onboarding steps that need to be completed prior to delivering official Microsoft training. Please see our onboarding documentation here: http://aka.ms/GetStartedTSP.
The document "Microsoft Learn Achievement Code Onboarding and Usage Overview" is the specific piece of onboarding information that your need. However, please also review the Get Started Guide which lists all the steps involved.
