TIAUnable to receive questionnaire for Hardware Program application
We've finished all the steps in the application of Microsoft Hardware Program, the last step is to wait for a questionnaire in our email then answer the questionnaire. However we haven't received the questionnaire and have no idea how to solve this issue. Can someone look into this? Dear Microsoft Partner Community, We’ve recently lost access to the dynamicsnavdev Yammer group, and we keep receiving an error message when trying to access it. I’ve reached out a couple of times to the usual contact address (email address removed for privacy reasons), but haven’t received any response so far. Do you happen to have any information about changes on Microsoft’s end that might be causing this? The Business Central Yammer forum has been a valuable resource for our product and development teams, and we’re hoping to continue using it. Any updates or guidance would be greatly appreciated! Thanks in advance!Accelerate your multi-cloud strategy with Azure storage

Dear Microsoft Partner Community, We’re an ISV partner with a suite of Business Central add-ons available as transactable offers and licensed through Microsoft. We’ve recently started exploring ways to extend our reach by collaborating with other Microsoft partners, and we’re particularly interested in incentivizing selected partners through Private Offers. However, the documentation on Microsoft Learn clearly states that Private Offers can only be used for Direct Bill or Indirect Provider partners — not Indirect Resellers. We’re wondering: Has anyone successfully worked directly with Indirect Resellers in this context? Is it possible to use CSP margins to incentivize this partner type? Are there any known workarounds or alternatives that would allow us to collaborate and reward Indirect Resellers? We’ve reviewed the available documentation but couldn’t find a clear path forward. Any insights or shared experiences would be greatly appreciated! Thanks in advance!Updated Achievement Code Documentation
We have updated our Achievement Code documentation to clarify and consolidate. This document contains info on: Onboarding to a Microsoft Learn admin account that allows your organization to generate achievement codes How to generate achievement codes The redeeming experience for the learner / customer Support resources While this resource will be more pertinent to new TSPs, it does contain information related to many of the questions we receive on the topic. If you are seeking information that this document does not provide, please drop a note on this thread and we can explore adding more detail. The document will be available in the coming days in the Get Started collection. As I'm still having issues adding attachments to these forum posts, please find the document in October's Community Call shared folder for the time being. I will update this thread with a new location when available.A note about the FY26 Build and Publish Incentive
For anyone here who is/was Top Tier in FY25: You ARE eligible for the Build and Publish incentive (up to $100k) through 31 December - even though you might have been told otherwise. I mention this here because we were initially told "No, you are not eligible because you still need to have an Azure or industry CSD." Took a wee bit of perseverance, but we broke through the denials and received confirmation yesterday that the incentive is on its way to us. Probably a niche scenario, but please do feel free to message me if you were also told no on this incentive - I'll be happy to share how we got to 'yes.' #marketplacechampions #sponsored🎉 Celebrate Excellence at the Microsoft Switzerland Partner of the Year Awards 2025!

November 3, 2025 Update: Achievement code requesting has resumed. There was an outage on October 30 - 31. If you're still experiencing the inability to generate achievement codes please 1) log out and log back in to Learn, and 2) clear your browser cache. If neither of those actions provides access, please send me a direct message with your name, company, and what email you're using to log into Learn with admin access. October 30 Update: we are receiving reports of new issues with missing achievement code buttons. The Microsoft Learn engineering team is investigating the issue. There is currently no ETA for a fix. I will provide updates on this thread as they become available. October 1 Update: If the achievement code button is still not working for you, please send me a direct message with your company name and the email address you're using to access the Learn Admin account. To send me a direct message, click on my name / icon. Please do not post personally identifiable information in the forum itself. Thank you. September 23 Update: the vast majority of partners have reported that they have regained access to achievement codes. However, based on some of the comments in this thread not everyone has seen a fix. First, please follow the steps regarding the hard refresh below. We have had some partners that said they still couldn't access codes after the fix and when we had them follow the refresh steps all was good again. If that still hasn't fixed the problem, I recommend creating a new admin account on Learn. You can find the documents for that here. Once you complete the process it takes about a day for the admin account to be provisioned. I know it's a workaround, but you should regain access quicker than if we wait for a fix on the old accounts. At the same time, I do want to report to the team those accounts that still cannot access so they can determine the root cause. Please send me a direct message (click on my name / icon from any post) and let me know the email address that you are using for Learn admin that still does not have access and approximately how long you've been using that admin account. I want to understand if this remaining issue is weighted toward newer users or those that have been leveraging achievement codes for a long time. Thank you. ____________ September 11 Update #2 : we have confirmed the reappearance of the achievement code button in handful of partner accounts. We are optimistic that this has been applied to all partner accounts but still want to gather data before we claim a total fix. Please check to see if your account has regained access to the achievement code button If you still do not see it, please try these steps Close all browser windows Open a new browser and go to https://learn.microsoft.com Sign in using your Outlook.com Class Administrator account Navigate to a course or learning path detail page Perform a hard refresh (Ctrl + F5) If it still does not work, please add a reply to this thread so that we can continue to evaluate any access gaps. September 11 Update: it is apparent that this achievement code outage is now impacting most, if not all, Training Services Partners. The engineering team is working to identify where and how the issue grew so that we can properly plan a fix. Based on my knowledge of the situation this is a fix that will come in days, not hours. I will continue to update this thread each business day until we get all achievement codes back online. September 5 Update: Engineering is progressing on a fix. The soonest we would see proper functionality is end of next week (around the 12th). I will provide an additional update then. August 27 Update: Engineering is working on this and the right people are involved. Not to get too into the weeds, but it's a database migration issue across two distinct teams. They understand the urgency, and I'll bring you more updates as soon as I receive them. August 14 Update: The issue has been identified. I do not yet have a time to resolution to share but will update here when I know more. August 8 Update: We are aware there is an issue with newly onboarded partners attempting to access achievement codes for the first time. We are working on the issue but do not currently have timing on a solution. I will update here when more information becomes available. Thanks.New To The Community

I was excited to hear all of the buzz around the revamped M365 Dev Program and eligibility for MAICPP participants (https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/office/developer-program/microsoft-365-developer-program) especially for the sandbox subscription benefit: Eligible MAICPP partner levels include: Azure Expert Managed Service Providers (MSP) Solutions Partners Specialization Partners Managed Partners Microsoft Action Pack Subscribers Partner Success Core Benefits Recipients Partner Success Expanded Benefits Recipients Partner Launch Benefits Recipients Legacy Gold/Silver Partners However, when I log into my dashboard (https://developer.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoft-365/profile), it says "you don't currently qualify for..." instead of the experience outlined in the help docs and announcements. Has anyone been able to provision a new M365 sandbox subscription with the new provisioning method? I have reached out to partner support, but they referred me to the dev program alias and nobody there has replied.NEWSLETTER: Nonprofit Partner Community Update | November 2025

Hello, a company wants to join Bridge to the Cloud 3 next year. They are starting with 40 users and then scaling up to 120 users after migration. For the migration phase, they want to book 10 CSP users before joining the promotion. How should the following passage from the FAQ be interpreted? Are 10 users compliant for the preliminary project because they are scaling up to 120 users, or only 4 because they are only booking 40 licenses at the start of the promotion? Q3: Can customers who licensed a small quantity of Dynamics 365 online licenses for testing enroll in this promotion? A: Use of a free trial offer (prior to BTC3 enrollment) does not impact eligibility for this BTC3 promotion. Although customers with prior paid online licenses of the same product are normally ineligible for this promotion, as an exception, such customers are not excluded if their peak number of paid Dynamics 365 online full users to date does not exceed 10% of the number of full users that will be licensed at BTC3 enrollment. Thanks in advance!I linked my Microsoft Partner University account (email address removed for privacy reasons ) to my personal Microsoft account
my company admin has noticed that in the Microsoft Partner Center > Skilling > Intermediate report, my name is not appearing under the Azure Administration section. Even though I have completed the required learning activities and linked my Microsoft Partner University account (examplemailto:email address removed for privacy reasons) with my personal Microsoft account (mailto:email address removed for privacy reasons), my name is still not reflecting in the Partner Center reports. Could you please tell what is the issue and help resolve this issue? Thank you for your assistance and support. Best regards, Amar
