Not all redeemed classes were included under the “Courseware Completions” criteria in MPN center
Hello Team, When comparing the data extracted from the MPN portal under the “Courseware Completions” criteria with the data available in the Microsoft Organizational Skilling Portal - Home, we noticed that several redeemed classes are not included. As a result, our Courseware Completions score appears to be incomplete, which may affect our renewal status. Examples of missing class IDs include: M3MGZ9 (SC-300), 54N235 (AZ-104), and others. In total, more than 15 classes are not reflected in our Courseware Completions score. I can share the two source files used for the comparison if they would help with the investigation. Could you please review this issue and advise on the next steps? Many thanks,Employment Verification passed on one account but rejected on another
We have two Partner Center accounts for the same legal entity. On the first account, Employment Verification passed. On the second account, created for the same company with the same contact person, Employment Verification has now been rejected. Nothing differs between the two in terms of the person or the company. Same individual, same company domain email address, same legal entity, same registry documents. The bigger problem is that I cannot respond to the rejection. The step shows as Pending Partner Action, but the Resolve panel presents no document type selector, no upload field and no other control. It only repeats the confirmation message from an earlier business document submission. So the portal is waiting on an action it gives me no way to perform. The estimated completion date has slipped three times. Has anyone seen Employment Verification decided differently for the same person across two accounts? And is there a known reason the Resolve panel would come up empty when a step is marked Pending Partner Action?Delay in Marketplace Revenue Being Reported in Revenue Report
We're having an issue where we're missing a large chunk of our July 2026 revenue being reported in our https://partner.microsoft.com/en-us/dashboard/insights/commercial-marketplace/analytics/revenue. We usually see a small delay of up to a few days for the previous month's revenue to show up, but it's been over 2 weeks now and we're still missing a large portion of our expected Revenue. We've confirmed in our service that we sent the correct meters and we haven't churned a large chunk of our customer base. Is there a place we can go or API we can call to pull more up to date information? Or is there a known delay in August that is causing a longer-than-usual delay?Employment verification rejected and unable to create support ticket due to Workspace error
Hello Microsoft Team, My account's employment verification was rejected (Verification Status: Rejected). When I try to submit a support ticket in Partner Center to resolve this, the Workspace dropdown shows "No results found", which completely locks me out from creating a support request. I am stuck in a loop. Could a moderator please help escalate this case to the Vetting and Verification team, or advise how I can submit my documents? I posted earlier today but it has disappeared so let me try again. I have create a support ticket already but have not seen any action on this (Ticket ID: 2608070010001935). I am having an issue with Developer verification. I completed Partner verification on Aug 3, 2026. The Developer verification was progressing at the same time with same status. But when the partner verification completed, Developer verification reset to "Email Verification in progress". No verification email was received, and the UI lacks a "Resend verification email" button. Please help resolve this issue ASAP. I've been going through this process for 3 weeks now.Accelerate your AI go-to-market strategy with Microsoft Marketplace

I have seen many posts about partners struggling with Enrollment to the Hardware program. Partner BahadirAlp posted a work around that worked for them this week. I thought it was worth reposting in case it helps someone else. "I found the root cause and worked around it. In the Hardware enrollment form, using the company lookup auto-fills and locks several fields. For our entity the State/province field came back empty from that lookup but is marked required and is also locked, so it can never be filled and "Accept and continue" stays permanently disabled. Choosing "enter company details manually" instead keeps the fields editable and the enrollment completes normally. I have seen at least one other report with the same symptom." That being said, I am not part of support and cannot verify this work around works correctly, but if someone has success with it post a comment below! Good luck all.🤩 You can read full post here: Business Verification past the review window — no result, no new document requested | Microsoft Community Hub Thank you BahadirAlp for sharing your thoughts! - jillDeveloper Employment Verification stuck at Rejected / Pending Partner Action
Hello moderators, Our Developer program verification has been stuck at Employment Verification since well before the estimated completion date of 27 June 2026, showing "Rejected / Pending Partner Action". The Partner track on the same legal profile is fully Authorized, so this appears specific to the Developer vetting flow. We are a registered Norwegian company with matching public registry records, and our primary contact email is on the same domain as our Entra tenant. Public WHOIS for lingtechapps.com lists Registrant Organization: LINGTECHAPPS AS and Registrant Country: NO, matching our legal business profile. However, the registrant email and postal address are replaced by our registrar's privacy-protection service. If the automated check compares our primary contact email against the registrant contact, it would fail on that redacted field even though the organisation name matches correctly. We can supply a registrar-issued ownership certificate from Domeneshop AS showing the full registrant details, and a Brønnøysund Register Centre company certificate, on request. We cannot resolve this ourselves. Three separate routes are blocked: 1. Clicking Resolve on the Verification Summary page opens a panel containing only the "Document submitted successfully" banner and a greyed-out Submit button. No document type selector or upload field is rendered. The Action Center notification for our Seller ID instructs us to upload the required document in the Account Verification pane — which is precisely the control that does not render. 2. Creating a support request in Partner Center fails: after selecting Account verification > Employment verification and signing in, /dashboard/v2/support/servicerequests/create redirects to the Service health page instead of a request form. 3. The Microsoft 365 admin center Support Assistant loops without producing a ticket, returning unrelated articles instead of a contact option. We have also received no email requesting further information at our primary contact address, junk folder included. Could a Community Manager please escalate this to the Partner Vetting team? Specifically, we would like to know which document type and which data mismatch the Employment step is waiting on, and either to have the Resolve panel repaired for our Seller ID or to submit documentation through another channel. Happy to share Seller ID, tenant ID and screenshots by DM rather than posting them publicly. Thank you.Requesting escalation to Vetting team — MAICPP Legal Info/Identifiers blank, no MPN ID
Hi, I'm requesting an escalation to the Partner Trust & Safety / Vetting team for a Microsoft AI Cloud Partner Program (MAICPP) enrollment that appears stuck in an unreachable state. Purpose: obtaining a Partner ID (MPN ID) to complete publisher verification for an Entra app registration. What's happening: I signed up for MAICPP as an Independent Software Vendor (ISV) and received confirmation the account was ready. Since then, Account settings, Legal Info page is completely blank, with no fields, no status, no Fix Now button, and no Get support link. Account settings, Identifiers page is also completely blank, with no Partner ID shown anywhere. Account settings, Agreements shows nothing accepted. I also cannot open a support ticket through the normal Contact Support flow, since the Workspace field returns "No results found" and won't accept typed input, tested in both a normal browser session and a fresh incognito window. What I've already ruled out: I verified a custom domain on our Entra tenant and confirmed it shows "Verified." I confirmed the admin user has the Global Administrator role. I confirmed Usage location, First name, Last name, and Display name are all filled in on the Entra user. I also confirmed there is no general Azure or Partner Center outage, since Service health shows all services as "Good." Since there is no visible verification or vetting status anywhere in my account, and the self-service support ticket path is non-functional, I have no way to know whether this is a rejected vetting status, a stuck enrollment, or something else, and no way to self-resolve it. Could a Community Manager please escalate this for manual review? Happy to provide any additional details, tenant ID, or screenshots via DM. Thank you for your time.See how Copilot in 30 helps partners turn AI interest into adoption

Hello all - Coming off the recent MCAPS Start for Partners event, I want to make sure you're up on the latest that has come out of the Microsoft partner ecosystem. First, check out this blog post from Nicole Dezen, our Chief Partner Officer, which has a good summary of the announcements. You can also visit our Partner Activation Zone which has additional resources that will aid you understanding Microsoft's direction. A couple items to note: Some of the announcements do not have an impact on the Training Services Partner ecosystem and I want to ensure we don't generate any confusion. Things like the Partner Capability Score and Specializations are currently outside the TSP scope. I can tell you that behind the scenes we're actively working to bring the Frontier Partner vision into Global Skilling, but don't have anything to share with you yet. There was further explanation to last year's announcement about the 6 solution areas moving down to 3. The team made it clear that this was a customer-facing marketing change only and has no impact on requirements, KPIs, benefits, incentives, or specializations. This means that you'll continue to be able to meet the 6 solution areas and you'll received additional benefits for each one that you achieve. For example, if you achieve the Business Applications solution area you'll soon receive the public-facing AI Business Solutions badge. If you then achieve the Modern Work solution area you won't get an additional badge (it's the same as BizApps), but you'll get the benefits associated with achieving the additional area. Same goes for the 3 solution areas that feed into the Cloud & AI Platforms badge. Previous 6 designations/paths New badge Business Applications AI Business Solutions Modern Work AI Business Solutions Data & AI (Azure) Cloud & AI Platforms Digital & App Innovation (Azure) Cloud & AI Platforms Infrastructure (Azure) Cloud & AI Platforms Security Security For those that registered for the event you can review session recordings here: MCAPS Start for Partners Home. Hey, I've tried submitting for a new Microsoft Partner, and I'm running into some issues. Under the Verification Status it would get stuck on "Employment Verification" saying "Pending Partner Action" The banner would say to submit documents but there is no where to submit documents. I read that it will check the DNS of the domain as well as scan the webpage. So i made sure that both the website + DNS records all use the exact same spelling and punctuation as the company name in the Microsoft portal, The email used is on the same domain. Everything should match perfectly. After updating it all and confirming that every field is the exact same. I now have a banner saying "Based on the infomation you have provided to date, we have determined that your organization does not currently meet the requirements to pass verification" I created a support ticket to try and get this resolved, Yet it seems to just be sitting in a "Open" state with no replies and my distributor says they are not able to help me / Sell me Microsoft products until this is complete. I've uploaded all the incorporation documents + the domain ownership letter to the support ticket as there is no where else to put it I can also get a letter from my distributor if that would help, but is there any other way to get the verification to complete. One of my clients needs a RDS license asap as his expired.. And I'm quite stuck here in limbo unable to purchase more licenses. ThanksFree webinar Aug 5: What actually changed in FY27 for software companies co-selling with Microsoft
Microsoft's fiscal year just reset. MCAPS Start laid out new seller priorities, refreshed solution plays, and shifts to the programs and incentives software companies rely on. And there's more moving underneath than what made the announcements. We're hosting a free, live session on August 5 to break it down for ISVs co-selling with Microsoft. The angle isn't a news recap of what changed. It's what to do about it. For every shift that matters, we cover the specific move to make. What we'll get into: - The FY27 changes that actually affect your partnership and co-sell motion (and the ones that just sound like they do) - What each shift means for how you share deals, engage sellers, and position your solution this year - A prioritized action list you can start working the same day Who it's for: software companies co-selling with Microsoft, including partnership leads, alliance managers, and co-sell teams who want to start FY27 with a plan rather than a backlog.
