Not all redeemed classes were included under the “Courseware Completions” criteria in MPN center

Hello Team,

When comparing the data extracted from the MPN portal under the “Courseware Completions” criteria with the data available in the Microsoft Organizational Skilling Portal - Home, we noticed that several redeemed classes are not included.

As a result, our Courseware Completions score appears to be incomplete, which may affect our renewal status.

Examples of missing class IDs include: M3MGZ9 (SC-300), 54N235 (AZ-104), and others. In total, more than 15 classes are not reflected in our Courseware Completions score.

I can share the two source files used for the comparison if they would help with the investigation.

Could you please review this issue and advise on the next steps?
