Stuck Developer Email Verification / Missing Resend Button

I posted earlier today but it has disappeared so let me try again.

I have create a support ticket already but have not seen any action on this (Ticket ID: 2608070010001935).

I am having an issue with Developer verification.

I completed Partner verification on Aug 3, 2026. The Developer verification was progressing at the same time with same status.

But when the partner verification completed, Developer verification reset to "Email Verification in progress".

No verification email was received, and the UI lacks a "Resend verification email" button.

Please help resolve this issue ASAP.

I've been going through this process for 3 weeks now.
