February Incentive Payment Not Received – Unable to Create Support Ticket
Hello Team, We have not received the incentive payment for February and would like assistance reviewing this issue. Our organization meets the requirements under the App Innovation solution area and is eligible to receive Azure-related incentives. However, the February payment has not been deposited. Additionally, we are unable to create a support ticket in Partner Center because the AI Assistant interface prevents access to the support request page. Could you please check if there are any issues with our eligibility, payment profile, or required documentation, or help escalate this matter to the appropriate support team? Thank you.Meet with us in Vegas! Marketplace sponsoring Channel Partners Conference

We’re delighted to share that Azure Sponsorship can now be applied to Azure MCA billing profiles—even when those profiles had past or active Monetary Credit (including ACO). This removes a long‑standing friction point that has been blocking scaled use of Marketplace Rewards Azure benefits for a large portion of our Marketplace customers and partners, immediately improving customer satisfaction and unlocking a key growth lever for 3P marketplace sales. When updating a partner center support ticket from the Partner Center (https://partner.microsoft.com/dashboard/v2/support/servicerequests) However, the textbox for adding a new note from the portal has a max length of 80 characters. Has anyone else noticed this? I shared this observation with the partner center support team a while ago and learned that the portal is working as intended. The web portal should only be used for adding short notes. For longer notes, partners should update the ticket via email. I hoped my feedback might reach someone that could make this improvement to the partner experience, but it's taking longer than expected. Has anyone else noticed this issue, or am I the only partner that finds this behavior less than ideal? On more than one occasion I have modified the HTML using the browser dev tools by changing the maxlength="80" to "maxlength="800" and didn't have any trouble adding the longer note. Has anyone else run into this challenge and used the a workaround like the one I used?Hardware workspace "account deactivated" - cannot submit driver for attestation signing
Hello, I am reaching out regarding an issue with our Partner Center Hardware workspace that is preventing us from submitting drivers for attestation signing. Issue: When navigating to the Hardware workspace in Microsoft Partner Center, we receive the following error message: "Our records indicate that you have already enrolled into this program but your program registration is deactivated." We are completely unable to access the Hardware dashboard or submit any driver CAB files for attestation signing. What we have already completed: EV code signing certificate is active (DigiCert Trusted G4 Code Signing RSA4096 SHA384 2022 CA1, expires 2027-02-18) Hardware program appears as enrolled in Partner Center Programs page Attempted to create a support case via Services Hub - blocked due to no eligible support plan Posted on Microsoft Learn Q&A: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/answers/questions/5787516/ Questions: Why has our Hardware workspace been deactivated? How can we reactivate it to proceed with driver attestation signing? Is there a specific support channel for Hardware Dev Center account issues without requiring a paid support plan? Any guidance or assistance would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.FTRSA FY26 Application Deadline - March 3rd, 2026

Dear community, Hope you are doing great. We are a Distributor (ex. Indirect Provider) and we recently discovered a change in terms of Pricing in Partner Center, and more specifically when it comes to Azure Plan Pricelists download. Usually, we were able to download the respective Azure Plan pricelist as a Category under the NCE option. However, what we see now is an option in Beta which redirects us to the Azure Portal. Could you please be so kind to help us identify how will we be able to download the CSV Azure Plan Pricelists as we were doing couple months ago? Thank you so much in advance for your assistance! NickNew updates to developer benefits! February 2026
As part of the February 13 expansion to Microsoft AI Cloud Partner Program benefits offerings—including partner benefits packages, ISV Success packages, Solutions Partner designations, and specializations—Microsoft has updated developer benefits included in the partner program, along with how these benefits are accessed. The Visual Studio license included in all benefits offerings is now exclusively Visual Studio Enterprise IDE. This updated license includes many existing benefits such as Dometrain, Microsoft AI Cloud Partner Program Concierge chat, and more, but some key changes have been made to deliver a more secure, compliant, and higher value experience for partners. The per-user monthly Azure credits have been replaced with Azure bulk credits at the organization level, accessible through the Partner Center benefits dashboard; this pooled model gives partners great flexibility with credit allocation while better aligning with Microsoft Azure development needs and reducing unused credits. Additionally, access to some legacy on-premises software downloads and transferrable product keys will no longer be included in partner program developer benefits to support clearer entitlement boundaries; these entitlements remain available through appropriate licensing channels. It’s important to note that these changes apply only to partner program benefits accessed through the Visual Studio subscription portal and do not affect paid Visual Studio subscriptions or SKUs. These changes were enacted to ensure that partners can better utilize Azure credits across teams, promote compliant use of partner program benefits, and simplify benefits management while preserving access to core developer tools. It may require a change management plan, so we encourage you to develop one. Microsoft remains deeply committed to our partners and to continuing to invest in your success and growth by regularly reviewing and updating benefits to support customer impact and innovation. Please review the Microsoft Learn page for full details on this update and download the benefits guide for a full list of updated benefits.130Views0likes0CommentsDynamics 365 Sales, Customer Services and Field service for IUR instead Sandbox
Hello, we are Microsoft partners for about 20 years. All the time, we have been paying for the Gold, or now the highest tier of Microsoft Partner benefit package. There was a recent change in benefits, that it removed old Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Customer Engagement (Sales, Customer Service, Field Service) + Marketing..., to equivalent, BUT only Partner sandbox. Meaning, the product is not any more Internal Use rights, and is forbidden to run production, instead only test, demo, development partner sandbox license exists. Please, understand this is huge impact on benefit package, and you cannot tell me - this is an improvement. Asking the Microsoft Partner program, and Dynamics 365 Sales, Customer Service, and Field service, product groups to review the decision and bring back the internal use rights (IUR) production license grade back for Microsoft Partners...Solved117Views0likes5Comments
