We recently had a problem with the PL-7008 training course. In the latest Courseware Title Plan, the PL-7008 training course is listed as having Labs (ALH status in the Lab Hosting column) and not BYOS, but in the GoDeploy and Extrem offer labs, there are no license as shown in the screenshots below. What exactly is the situation with this course and where can we find the correct information ? Thank youSolvedCertificate not able to find

I was on a call with a partner and noticed they didn't have the MEMBERSHIP tab in their partner center. After looking around and not seeing why, I checked my org PC and didn't see it in ours either. Fast forward 2 additional partner calls and no MEMBERSHIP tab on theirs either. Can someone at Microsoft advise why it's not visible? I was able to troubleshoot and find a workaround, but other partners may be having issues as well. This is happening with my partners in the U.S. and U.K. as well. If anyone wants a workaround to get to the MEMBERSHIP menu items, below is what I've been sharing with partners. The MEMBERSHIP TAB in the Microsoft Partner Center has gone missing. However, if you need to access the MEMBERSHIP TAB, I was able to figure out a workaround until Microsoft fixes that bug. To get to the MEMBERSHIP menu items, click on the “My Access” Tab. Click on the “My Learning Profile” from the left menu. You should now have the MEMBERSHIP menu available. This is a work around until Microsoft fixes that bug. We are managing a CSP‑managed tenant that uses Dynamics 365 embedded licenses (for example, Dynamics 365 Sales Enterprise embedded, Dynamics 365 Customer Service embedded, or other service‑provisioned Dynamics entitlements). In this tenant: Legacy CSP subscriptions exist for the Dynamics 365 embedded licenses Equivalent NCE subscriptions are ordered (or will be ordered) with equal or greater capacity Migration tooling is not available for these embedded Dynamics SKUs In Microsoft 365 Admin Center, these licenses: Are not user‑assignable Do not show a Legacy vs NCE distinction Based on Microsoft Partner Center and NCE documentation, it appears that Dynamics 365 embedded licenses are service‑provisioned, and that entitlement is governed by the subscription lifecycle, not by user‑level license assignment. We are trying to confirm the following for Dynamics 365 embedded licenses: No reassignment in Microsoft 365 Admin Center is required when transitioning from Legacy CSP to NCE, as long as sufficient NCE capacity exists. Entitlement will automatically continue or transition at legacy expiration or renewal based on the subscription lifecycle. Partner Center (and CSP billing systems) are the authoritative source for Legacy vs NCE status, rather than the customer Admin Center UI. Is there is an official Microsoft document that explicitly confirms this behavior for embedded licenses? Microsoft Support has unfortunately not been helpful in this process. Thank you.SolvedIssue Accepting Microsoft Partner Agreement
Hello, having an issue accepting the cloud partner agreement while enrolling in Partner Center. I am currently applying for our company's driver signing permissions on Microsoft. While filling out information on the following webpage: https://partner.microsoft.com/en-us/dashboard/account/exp/enrollnow/partner, I encountered an issue. When the webpage pulled our company name from Dun & Bradstreet, Microsoft deemed our company name invalid. I noticed that there is a comma in the name, as shown in the screenshot. However, when we applied for a signature from DigiCert, we used the same company name with the comma as the signing name. Therefore, I cannot remove the comma at this point because if I do, Microsoft might reject the signed certification file later due to a mismatch in the company name. Could you help resolve this issue?SolvedFebruary Incentive Payment Not Received – Unable to Create Support Ticket
Hello Team, We have not received the incentive payment for February and would like assistance reviewing this issue. Our organization meets the requirements under the App Innovation solution area and is eligible to receive Azure-related incentives. However, the February payment has not been deposited. Additionally, we are unable to create a support ticket in Partner Center because the AI Assistant interface prevents access to the support request page. Could you please check if there are any issues with our eligibility, payment profile, or required documentation, or help escalate this matter to the appropriate support team? Thank you.SolvedAzure Plan NCE Pricelist Download
Dear community, Hope you are doing great. We are a Distributor (ex. Indirect Provider) and we recently discovered a change in terms of Pricing in Partner Center, and more specifically when it comes to Azure Plan Pricelists download. Usually, we were able to download the respective Azure Plan pricelist as a Category under the NCE option. However, what we see now is an option in Beta which redirects us to the Azure Portal. Could you please be so kind to help us identify how will we be able to download the CSV Azure Plan Pricelists as we were doing couple months ago? Thank you so much in advance for your assistance! NickSolvedDynamics 365 Sales, Customer Services and Field service for IUR instead Sandbox
Hello, we are Microsoft partners for about 20 years. All the time, we have been paying for the Gold, or now the highest tier of Microsoft Partner benefit package. There was a recent change in benefits, that it removed old Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Customer Engagement (Sales, Customer Service, Field Service) + Marketing..., to equivalent, BUT only Partner sandbox. Meaning, the product is not any more Internal Use rights, and is forbidden to run production, instead only test, demo, development partner sandbox license exists. Please, understand this is huge impact on benefit package, and you cannot tell me - this is an improvement. Asking the Microsoft Partner program, and Dynamics 365 Sales, Customer Service, and Field service, product groups to review the decision and bring back the internal use rights (IUR) production license grade back for Microsoft Partners...Solved171Views0likes5CommentsURGENT: CSP Direct-Bill Termination. Mistakenly. Support Exhausted, Customers at Risk. MSFT, Help
We are a longstanding Microsoft partner (AOS-G and CSP Direct Bill) and urgently need escalation. Our support channels, including GetHelp escalation, have been unable to resolve or explain an unexplained and unwarranted termination notice, and the 30-day clock is running. This directly impacts our mutual customers and if not resolved ASAP. What Happened January 29, 2026: We received a 30-day termination notice stating we have not met CSP direct bill eligibility requirements. We are indeed compliant and believe this is an error. We provided evidence of compliance to Support and GetHelp several times, but no one has been able to identify what requirement we allegedly fail to meet or propose a solution. They continually say they are working on the issue and will get back to us in a couple days. Notably, we did not receive a 90-day or 60-day advance notice as required by Microsoft's documented process for at risk Direct Sell partners. We confirmed via Exchange message trace that no related emails were received in the prior 90 days. January 20: Nine days before the notice, we began receiving Error 715-123220 preventing us from adding new customers in Partner Center, suggesting our capabilities were already restricted before we were even notified. Tickets Needing Escalation #1 — GetHelp #11414107 / Support Request #2602030010000038 CSP Direct Bill termination notice. No substantive response beyond "we are working on it." #2 — GetHelp #11412447 / Support Request #2601200010001797 Error 715-123220 preventing new customer additions since January 20. Same status. Microsoft, please help: We request these tickets be escalated to the appropriate CSP or Legal team for immediate review and to stop the termination process ASAP. Any Microsoft staff who can assist — we would be deeply grateful! Thank you, sincerely. ShaySolvedNew FY26 benefits release date
As mentioned here https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/partner-center/benefits/benefits-faq-new the new benefits for FY26 should get available in February 2026. As we already have February 2026, is there an exact date when this will happen? Or will the new benefits only get available upon the annual renewal of the Partner Program as last time?Solved535Views4likes8CommentsVisual Studio Lite benefits - without Azure Credits and Keys
As communicated earlier, the Microsoft AI Cloud Partner Program benefit offerings—including partner benefits packages, Solutions Partner designations, and specializations—will be updated later this month to support how you build, differentiate, and grow your business. The per-user monthly Azure credits associated with this benefit will no longer be available. You can still access organization-level Azure bulk credits that come with your benefits offering. This may require an Azure subscription migration for users to continue accessing credits, and we strongly recommend a change management plan for this transition. In addition, product keys will no longer be accessible within Visual Studio. Keys will instead be available as part of the benefits package(s) your organization holds and can be securely assigned to users directly from Partner Center. Please note that these changes will not be retroactively applied. They will go into effect when your organization renews its affected benefits offering(s) or if you activate a new offering on or after the February update. We have been partners for 20 years and using Partner benefits. Again, Microsoft tries to lower benefits, and in parallel benefit package price will increase (due to different reasons). This discussion and community of partners, should unit and tell to Microsoft Partner Benefits program that: Partners have employees/users, that use current Visual Studio benefit, that is (like MSDN), having the user access to keys and Azure credits, for specific user / employee need of test, dev, demo etc. Azure Bulk credit was never the same and cannot be used as a same Azure Bulk credit / Azure sponsorship, does not have cost control, Azure budgets and other methods. (This is in plan to change for several years, no progress) on Azure technical side. Will Microsoft increase Azure Bulk credits to compensate te amount of included benefit usage? Dear, Microsoft, please leave current Partner Benefits, with full Visual Studio, including Azure credits, and Keys for assigned users, without moving to lower benefit - Visual Studio Lite. Thank you for understanding, and hope this will not be active in production after partner renewals.Solved1.4KViews16likes19CommentsActual Release Dates for AB-XXX courses
Hello A TSP is asking the actual course release dates with MS Learn material for the following courses: AB-100 AB-730 AB-731 AB-900 The latest courseware title plan (dated January 23, 2026) mentions that AB-730, AB-731 and AB-900 are "released" and I can see MS Learn content for them. The exams are still under beta though. The TSP wants to make sure the exam is completely out of beta, so that when they market the course, people sign up for it, take the course, they can then take exams immediately. I understand AB-100 is only releasing on January 30, 2026 but the courseware title plan says February 6, 2026. Regards Chintan PatelSolvedHow do I know my company TSP status?
Does the Partnering Centre show the TSP status of a company once it has registered, and is there a way to verify this? Having received the confirmation email below and acted accordingly, can I begin delivering courses using an MCT with the appropriate competencies? This also leads to another question: is the first year of TSP admission primarily intended to build up the required metrics in the dashboard? Still albeit confused, even after going through a similar question in some other thread and onboarding information provided in the email below. Every pointer is much needed and appreciated please. Take note of below I have received the welcome email and acted accordingly: Welcome to the Microsoft Training Services Partner Program! Went through and created below where needed Register for Microsoft Learn Admin Access – Create a Metrics that Matter survey account – Register for Pearson Vue and ALH accounts –(still having issues creating one) Familiarize yourself with the TSP dashboard on Partner Centre Kind Regards Solomon UwagboleSolvedUnable to complete Partner Center Enrollment
Hello, I am trying to enroll in the Microsoft AI Cloud Partner Program. I can get through the process (fill out company information, etc.) but when I go to the final acceptance form and click submit, it constantly throws an error: I can sign in to the Partner Center but cannot open a support ticket because the "contact support" dialogue has no entry for workspace and will not let me enter anything: Is there a workaround to submit a ticket on this?SolvedDo benefits of different partner programs add up?
Situation I hope my question is located correctly in this community. If not: Please inform me so! We are a small SMB company developing cloud-based software. We bought the Partner Success Core Benefits which grants us 2.400 $ worth of Azure bulk credits and 15 Microsoft 365 Business Premium licenses per year. Goal Our company is working on the qualification for the Solutions Partner "Data & AI" (SMB) status. We plan to buy the respective Solutions Partner designation which will buy us 6.000 $ worth of Azure bulk credits and 100 Microsoft 365 E3 licenses per year. Question Will the benefits of the Partner Success Core Benefits and the Solutions Partner "Data & AI" add up? Example: Partner program Azure bulk credits Microsoft 365 licenses Partner Success Core Benefits 2.400 $ Azure bulk credits 15 (Business Premium) Solutions Partner "Data & AI" 6.000 $ Azure bulk credits 100 (E3) Total (?) 8.400 $ Azure bulk credits? 115 Microsoft 365 licenses? When we qualify for the Solutions Partner "Data & AI" designation, we probably will still be eligible for the Partner Success Core Benefits. There will at least be an overlapping time period where the Partner Success Core Benefits has not yet ended but the Solutions partner designation already has started. In this overlapping period: Do those benefits then add up? Can we use up ALL Azure credits? Or will the benefits be restricted to the higher benefits? Will we then get a refund for the Partner Success Core Benefits Could please someone enlighten us on this issue (and perhaps provide us with a link)? Best regards JPSolved228Views0likes5Comments
