I would like to inquire whether Microsoft offers any pre-built, production-ready applications—preferably within the Dynamics 365 ecosystem—that are currently in use by customers and proven to be stable, which support the following functionalities: Work Order Management Operational Management Production Planning and Control Resource Management Asset Management Quality Management Inventory Management Barcode Scanning for real-time job tracking (start/finish) Profitability and Financial Reporting Hours Variation Analysis( Planned Vs Actual) Cost Variation Analysis( Planned Vs Actual) We are seeking a solution that integrates these capabilities into a unified platform, ideally with real-time data capture and reporting features. If such a solution exists, we would appreciate details regarding its availability, deployment options, licensing, and customer success stories. Looking forward to your guidanceUnable to pass Employment Verifcation step in Partner Center
Hello everyone, I am stuck at the Employment Verification step while trying to enroll in the Microsoft Partner Center. I have already submitted the required documents, including the domain invoice and the assignment letter, but Microsoft responded with: "Based on the information you have provided to date, we have determined that your organization does not currently meet the requirements to pass verification." This leaves me very confused, as the reply does not explain what exactly is missing or what additional documents are required. I have carefully checked the documentation, but there is no clear guidance. As a company focusing on IT security, this is extremely frustrating. We recently shifted from Linux to Windows development, and without a Microsoft Partner account we are unable to proceed with building kernel-level antivirus solutions for our users. This has a devastating impact on our business. Could anyone please share their experience or advise on what specific documents or requirements Microsoft usually expects in order to pass Employment Verification? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!ANNOUNCEMENT: New Demand Generation Resources now available!

October 1 Update: If the achievement code button is still not working for you, please send me a direct message with your company name and the email address you're using to access the Learn Admin account. To send me a direct message, click on my name / icon. Please do not post personally identifiable information in the forum itself. Thank you. September 23 Update: the vast majority of partners have reported that they have regained access to achievement codes. However, based on some of the comments in this thread not everyone has seen a fix. First, please follow the steps regarding the hard refresh below. We have had some partners that said they still couldn't access codes after the fix and when we had them follow the refresh steps all was good again. If that still hasn't fixed the problem, I recommend creating a new admin account on Learn. You can find the documents for that here. Once you complete the process it takes about a day for the admin account to be provisioned. I know it's a workaround, but you should regain access quicker than if we wait for a fix on the old accounts. At the same time, I do want to report to the team those accounts that still cannot access so they can determine the root cause. Please send me a direct message (click on my name / icon from any post) and let me know the email address that you are using for Learn admin that still does not have access and approximately how long you've been using that admin account. I want to understand if this remaining issue is weighted toward newer users or those that have been leveraging achievement codes for a long time. Thank you. ____________ September 11 Update #2 : we have confirmed the reappearance of the achievement code button in handful of partner accounts. We are optimistic that this has been applied to all partner accounts but still want to gather data before we claim a total fix. Please check to see if your account has regained access to the achievement code button If you still do not see it, please try these steps Close all browser windows Open a new browser and go to https://learn.microsoft.com Sign in using your Outlook.com Class Administrator account Navigate to a course or learning path detail page Perform a hard refresh (Ctrl + F5) If it still does not work, please add a reply to this thread so that we can continue to evaluate any access gaps. September 11 Update: it is apparent that this achievement code outage is now impacting most, if not all, Training Services Partners. The engineering team is working to identify where and how the issue grew so that we can properly plan a fix. Based on my knowledge of the situation this is a fix that will come in days, not hours. I will continue to update this thread each business day until we get all achievement codes back online. September 5 Update: Engineering is progressing on a fix. The soonest we would see proper functionality is end of next week (around the 12th). I will provide an additional update then. August 27 Update: Engineering is working on this and the right people are involved. Not to get too into the weeds, but it's a database migration issue across two distinct teams. They understand the urgency, and I'll bring you more updates as soon as I receive them. August 14 Update: The issue has been identified. I do not yet have a time to resolution to share but will update here when I know more. August 8 Update: We are aware there is an issue with newly onboarded partners attempting to access achievement codes for the first time. We are working on the issue but do not currently have timing on a solution. I will update here when more information becomes available. Thanks.Tech Talks presents: Copilot + Power Funded Engagements

Hey, sorry for the very newbie question, but everyone has to start somewhere! I get this cryptic incantation when trying to connect an essentially greenfields D365 BC (a small bit of progress through assisted setup) and a similarly vanilla D365 Sales instance, using the very latest updates on 2025 wave 2 (like I've applied this weeks coming update and any and all of the background app updates etc afaik is totally up-to-date at 28 Sep 2025 - maybe this is new and because we're living bleeding edge, may possibly be a heads up for someone out there, I really dont know. Cannot sync Country when connecting greenfields D365 BC <-> Dataverse (and onto D365 Sales) - Business Process Error: Choice member name to[o] long. dyn365bc_countryregionaddressformat_v2_0.City_x002B_County_x002B_Post_x0020_Code_x0020__x0028_no_x0020_commax0029 When performing the Dataverse connection and trying to enable all of the available fields, the above error message appears, and no matter what the dropdown is set to, the choice in the error doesn't seem to change, in PowerApps, in Choices, is no entries for 'dyn365bc_country' (but plenty of others), has been setting up for a day and a half half sync'ed, country not published nor trying, but seemingly leaving some of the rest in limbo. I asked CoPilot, ChatGPT et al and poked around without coming up with anything, didnt pass the google test, thought maybe an MS Call, but we try not to take the mickey and at least try firstNEW! Deployments score is calculated by dividing the Active usage values by the Qualified usage values and multiplying by 100 - this result must be greater than or equal to 40 percent, in order for achieving points required for membership qualification, If the results are less than 40 percent, then the customer in question will not meet the basic requirements, and no points are given. As of now, the Active usage value is the number of licenses available on a tenant, and not the actual amount of active users with a valid license assigned. Customers often have licenses with yearly commitment and also have an overage of MS 365 licenses, due to employee hirings and layoffs. This means that the calculated usage percentage if mostly lower than the real life percentages and can never reach 100%. If a customer has a negative development in employee count during the year, it can result in a declining usage score, negatively affecting the points required for the Partners membership eligibility. This even if the actual usage percentage in the customer's end is increasing. We think that the calculation for Deployment score should be changed to reflect the number of acutal active and licensed users (like the Active usage value) , and not be based on the number of licenses available on the tenant.
