Hi everyone, I'm a managing director of a German GmbH trying to enroll in the Microsoft AI Cloud Partner Program. My verification has been permanently rejected at the Identity Verification step — but I was never asked to verify my identity. The Problem I never received any prompt to complete the AU10TIX identity check. No email, no Microsoft Authenticator notification, no link, no button — nothing. Despite this, the Partner Center shows Identity Verification as failed. The banner now states that my organization does not meet the requirements, no further appeals are available, and my application has been closed. I was rejected for a step I was never given the opportunity to perform. What I Observe Every time I update my legal information in Partner Center, the status briefly switches to "Pending" for a few minutes, then immediately flips back to "Rejected." This looks like an automated pre-check is failing before the any visible Identity Verification process is even triggered — but the UI shows Identity Verification as the failed step regardless. What I've Already Done Opened a support ticket — no response yet Verified that all company data is consistent across Partner Center, DUNS/D&B, domain WHOIS, and the German commercial register (Handelsregister) Confirmed that my Authenticator app is linked to the correct work account and checked spam folders — no invitation was ever sent What I Need The Identity Verification step needs to be actually triggered so I can complete the identity check. I have not used any manual appeals as the system declined me before I ever reached the actual identity check. I have my German ID card ready and can complete the verification immediately. I would appreciate any help from the community team or anyone who has experienced a similar situation. Happy to provide any additional details via DM or through my open support ticket. Thank you!How to scale channel‑led sales in Microsoft Marketplace

I was on a call with a partner and noticed they didn't have the MEMBERSHIP tab in their partner center. After looking around and not seeing why, I checked my org PC and didn't see it in ours either. Fast forward 2 additional partner calls and no MEMBERSHIP tab on theirs either. Can someone at Microsoft advise why it's not visible? I was able to troubleshoot and find a workaround, but other partners may be having issues as well. This is happening with my partners in the U.S. and U.K. as well. If anyone wants a workaround to get to the MEMBERSHIP menu items, below is what I've been sharing with partners. The MEMBERSHIP TAB in the Microsoft Partner Center has gone missing. However, if you need to access the MEMBERSHIP TAB, I was able to figure out a workaround until Microsoft fixes that bug. To get to the MEMBERSHIP menu items, click on the “My Access” Tab. Click on the “My Learning Profile” from the left menu. You should now have the MEMBERSHIP menu available. This is a work around until Microsoft fixes that bug. Hi Microsoft Marketplace Community, We are Saturam Inc., the team behind Qualdo-DRX — a Data Observability, Reliability & Quality SaaS solution now listed on the Microsoft Azure Marketplace. As we continue to build and optimize our Marketplace presence, we have a few questions and would love to hear from experienced partners and the Microsoft team. About Our Listing Qualdo-DRX is a transactable SaaS offer on Azure Marketplace. We help enterprises monitor data quality, reliability, and observability across Azure-native data services including Microsoft Fabric, Azure Synapse, ADLS, and more. A free trial plan is also available. Our Questions on SaaS Transactable Listings: 1. Private Plans & Customer-Specific Pricing — What are best practices for setting up private plans for enterprise customers? Are there limitations on the number of private plans per offer? 2. Co-sell Eligibility — What steps should a SaaS ISV take to qualify for co-sell status on the Marketplace? Is there a recommended timeline or checklist? 3. Trial Configuration — We offer a 30-day free trial. Are there specific best practices for configuring SaaS trial experiences that convert well to paid subscriptions? 4. Marketplace Rewards & Incentives — For transactable SaaS offers that generate revenue through the Marketplace, what Marketplace Rewards programs are currently available to ISV partners? 5. Listing Optimization — What content, screenshots, or metadata tend to drive the most visibility and clicks on Azure Marketplace listing pages? 6. Lead Management — What is the recommended approach for routing Marketplace leads directly into CRM systems like Salesforce or HubSpot? General Marketplace Discussion We are also interested in connecting with other ISVs who have successfully published transactable SaaS offers and navigated the Microsoft Marketplace journey. If you have lessons learned, tips, or resources to share, we welcome the conversation! Feel free to reply below or reach out directly. We are happy to share our own experience listing Qualdo-DRX and support others on their Marketplace journey. #AzureMarketplace #SaaS #TransactableOffer #ISV #MicrosoftMarketplace #CoSell #MarketplaceRewardsProblem with PL-7008 Labs
We recently had a problem with the PL-7008 training course. In the latest Courseware Title Plan, the PL-7008 training course is listed as having Labs (ALH status in the Lab Hosting column) and not BYOS, but in the GoDeploy and Extrem offer labs, there are no license as shown in the screenshots below. What exactly is the situation with this course and where can we find the correct information ? Thank youCPOR Association for Incentives and Recognition
CPOR Association for Incentives and Recognition As I am sure you are all aware we all need to claim CPOR when we are not the billing partner. I have seen some changes to this process in recent months and wanted to get some clarification please Build Intent - Advisor (Pre-sales) We have recently been told that this is only for incentives So now Msft will pay you for workloads that you are not recognised for ?? Influenced Revenue Recognition - Non Incentivised This will get you association and recognition for the workloads Usage Recognition - Non Incentivised This will get you association and recognition for the workloads You appear to only be able to claim this if you use the Msft template. All other signed documentation appear to be rejected My questions are When did Msft make these changes and why What is the difference between Influenced and Usage Recognition Why MUST we use the template, and not be able to use a signed SoW with the details included We are now potentially making 3 claims per customer to ensure that they are fully associated to our Solution Designation scoresCertificate not able to find

Many SaaS companies want to sell through Microsoft Marketplace. But surprisingly few actually launch transactable offers. Why? Over the last few years, Microsoft has heavily invested in its commercial marketplace. For ISVs and SaaS companies, the opportunity is clear: Access Microsoft's enterprise customers Co-sell with Microsoft sellers Shorten procurement cycles Unlock Azure consumption commitments But despite the upside, many companies still struggle to publish transactable offers. Not because they lack great products. Because marketplace readiness requires new operational muscle. From working with companies exploring the marketplace path, three challenges show up repeatedly. 1. Offer Architecture & Packaging Most companies start with a product but the marketplace requires a sellable offer structure. That means translating your product into: SaaS offers Managed apps Private plans Metered billing models Azure-backed services Questions teams often wrestle with: Should this be SaaS, VM, or a managed app? What pricing model works in marketplace billing? How should enterprise customers purchase it? Without clear packaging, the publishing process stalls quickly. 2. Technical & Operational Readiness Publishing an offer is not just a marketing step. It touches multiple teams: Engineering Product Finance Legal Marketplace operations Some of the most common blockers include: Marketplace APIs and SaaS fulfillment integration Metering implementation Identity and tenant provisioning Azure resource deployment templates Testing and certification For companies new to marketplace infrastructure, the learning curve can be steep. 3. Internal Alignment & Ownership One of the biggest challenges isn’t technical. It’s organizational. Marketplace initiatives often sit between multiple teams: Partnerships Product Revenue operations Cloud alliances Sales leadership Without a clear owner, progress slows. Successful marketplace companies usually have a dedicated marketplace strategy owner or partner GTM lead driving execution. Why This Matters Now Enterprise buyers increasingly prefer purchasing through marketplaces. Reasons include: Faster procurement Existing vendor relationships Budget alignment with cloud commitments Simpler contract management Which means companies that enable marketplace transactions often see: Faster deal cycles Larger enterprise deals More co-sell opportunities with Microsoft But getting there requires navigating the early friction. The Question for the Ecosystem If your company is exploring Microsoft Marketplace — or already trying to publish an offer: What has been your biggest challenge? 1️⃣ Offer packaging 2️⃣ Technical integration 3️⃣ Internal ownership / alignment 4️⃣ Something else? Drop your experience in the comments. The more companies share what’s blocking progress, the easier it becomes for the ecosystem to improve the process. Comment with your biggest blocker or lesson learned from publishing a marketplace offer.Marketplace trainings and events calendar (updated 03/11/26)

The MEMBERSHIP tab is missing in Partner Center. It's missing in my org's Partner Center and several other partners' Partner Center when I spoke to them today and it looks like the issue is impacting all partners because the partners I spoke to are in both the U.S. and U.K.. Any idea when it will be visible again? I was able to find a workaround and included it below so thought I would share. But partners need this tab. Please advise. Thanks, Liz if you need to access the MEMBERSHIP TAB, I was able to figure out a workaround until Microsoft fixes that bug. To get to the MEMBERSHIP menu items, click on the “My Access” Tab. Please assistAccelerating AI Innovation with Microsoft Marketplace: Key Takeaways from AI Tour London
At the recent AI Tour in London, I had the opportunity to connect with partners and customers to discuss how organizations are accelerating artificial intelligence adoption through the marketplace ecosystem. One theme came through clearly: Microsoft Marketplace is becoming a key platform for discovering, purchasing, and scaling AI solutions - and ultimatley enterprise wide deploying through partner-led private offers. In my latest article, I share key takeaways from the event, including how developers and channel partners are using Microsoft Marketplace to bring AI innovations to market faster, simplify procurement for customers, and drive new growth opportunities across the partner ecosystem. Read the full article to learn how Microsoft Marketplace is helping organizations move from AI experimentation to real business impact—and what these insights mean for partners building and selling AI-powered solutions. https://techcommunity.microsoft.com/blog/marketplace-blog/how-microsoft-marketplace-is-accelerating…New updates to developer benefits! February 2026
As part of the February 13 expansion to Microsoft AI Cloud Partner Program benefits offerings—including partner benefits packages, ISV Success packages, Solutions Partner designations, and specializations—Microsoft has updated developer benefits included in the partner program, along with how these benefits are accessed. The Visual Studio license included in all benefits offerings is now exclusively Visual Studio Enterprise IDE. This updated license includes many existing benefits such as Dometrain, Microsoft AI Cloud Partner Program Concierge chat, and more, but some key changes have been made to deliver a more secure, compliant, and higher value experience for partners. The per-user monthly Azure credits have been replaced with Azure bulk credits at the organization level, accessible through the Partner Center benefits dashboard; this pooled model gives partners great flexibility with credit allocation while better aligning with Microsoft Azure development needs and reducing unused credits. Additionally, access to some legacy on-premises software downloads and transferrable product keys will no longer be included in partner program developer benefits to support clearer entitlement boundaries; these entitlements remain available through appropriate licensing channels. It’s important to note that these changes apply only to partner program benefits accessed through the Visual Studio subscription portal and do not affect paid Visual Studio subscriptions or SKUs. These changes were enacted to ensure that partners can better utilize Azure credits across teams, promote compliant use of partner program benefits, and simplify benefits management while preserving access to core developer tools. It may require a change management plan, so we encourage you to develop one. Microsoft remains deeply committed to our partners and to continuing to invest in your success and growth by regularly reviewing and updating benefits to support customer impact and innovation. Please review the Microsoft Learn page for full details on this update and download the benefits guide for a full list of updated benefits.243Views0likes1CommentD365 CSP Embed Licenses (Legacy → NCE): Is Admin Center Reassignment Required if Capacity Exists?
We are managing a CSP‑managed tenant that uses Dynamics 365 embedded licenses (for example, Dynamics 365 Sales Enterprise embedded, Dynamics 365 Customer Service embedded, or other service‑provisioned Dynamics entitlements). In this tenant: Legacy CSP subscriptions exist for the Dynamics 365 embedded licenses Equivalent NCE subscriptions are ordered (or will be ordered) with equal or greater capacity Migration tooling is not available for these embedded Dynamics SKUs In Microsoft 365 Admin Center, these licenses: Are not user‑assignable Do not show a Legacy vs NCE distinction Based on Microsoft Partner Center and NCE documentation, it appears that Dynamics 365 embedded licenses are service‑provisioned, and that entitlement is governed by the subscription lifecycle, not by user‑level license assignment. We are trying to confirm the following for Dynamics 365 embedded licenses: No reassignment in Microsoft 365 Admin Center is required when transitioning from Legacy CSP to NCE, as long as sufficient NCE capacity exists. Entitlement will automatically continue or transition at legacy expiration or renewal based on the subscription lifecycle. Partner Center (and CSP billing systems) are the authoritative source for Legacy vs NCE status, rather than the customer Admin Center UI. Is there is an official Microsoft document that explicitly confirms this behavior for embedded licenses? Microsoft Support has unfortunately not been helpful in this process. Thank you.Solved
