PST Export New Functionality in New Outlook For Windows
New Outlook for Windows PST Export has received a useful update. You can now choose between: Export Copy to PST (the standard method) Export Move to PST (new) Export Copy to PST is the method we already had. The exported items remain in the mailbox unless you delete them manually. Export Move to PST is different. It exports the items, then automatically moves the originals to the Deleted Items folder. The two options serve different purposes, especially when deciding whether you are creating a backup or archiving content you no longer want to keep in the mailbox. Calendar printing font too small
I just got the New Outlook and cannot find a way to increase the font size in a PRINTED calendar. The calendar looks readable on the screen, but when I print a copy, the font is maybe 6 point. The print interface has changed and there is no longer a way that I can find to change the font size. Any ideas? Also, I used to print my monthly calendars in landscape format. Now, when I select a landscape option, it simply shrinks the portrait version of the calendar to fit on the 8 1/2" height and gives me a blank column to the side as opposed to reformatting the calendar to get all 30 days on a single landscape sheet. Any ideas?
Changes in gmail.com sync into outlook but any changes made in outlook don't sync
Hi , I have a gmail account linked to my outlook which I've used successfully for several years. This week, changes made in outlook are no longer replicated in gmail but changes made in gmail replicate into outlook. I've removed and readded the account, restarted outlook, removed the account from gmail and readded it but it's made no difference and it's driving me spare. Can anyone help...?[Outlook App] Junk Email folder keeps having junk nonstop

New Outlook: ctrl-V to paste image as attachment, not inline
Hi everyone, new to this support forum. 1. Is there a formal name for "New Outlook" like a version number that we can use for searches, rather than Outlook or New Outlook? 2. In Mail for Windows, which I had been using before New Outlook, if in Windows Explorer, I copied an image file using ctrl-C, if I went to Mail and created a new email then pressed ctrl-V, it pasted the file as an attachment. This is what I need it to do. In the New Outlook, doing the same steps results in the image being pasted inline the body of the message. I am aware of course that I can click the attachment button and select the file that way. But I'd like to know if there's a way to change the default behavior of ctrl-V in this scenario so that it acts like it does with Mail -- i.e., attaches the file that has been copied to the clipboard. When I try to look into my old @outlook.com email address I get a message that it does not exist. When I try to create the exact same email address, I get a message that it already exists. I read something about unused accounts being archived. Any advice will be appreciated.
Account hacked with no response from account recovery
Some time ago i had one of my outlook accounts hacked, and of course i went to put in a request to have it recovered, and i have received no response, not even from anything automated, despite increasingly frequent attempts to get, well anything to happen. now im writing this in hopes of getting someone from support or, any outside help in this situation, since it seems like the usual methods aren't working as intended.
Classic Outlook Keeps "Not Responding" and freezing
Hi there, I tried to scour for something similar, but I couldn't find anything and/or it didn't work - so here I am - hopefully someone can help. Okay the facts - I use Classic Outlook (CO moving forward) and I run 5 email address in it - 3 are a domain for my company that I run and 2 are POP emails brought in from AOL. I run Windows 11. This is happening to 3 or my 5 work stations, all three are the ones on Windows 11. This started slow a few weeks ago, thought it was just low memory so went through and cleaned up old emails. I am not seeing these issues when using the 2 pop emails - just my company domain ones. Can open CO, taking some extended time but it is getting there. As soon as I try to send an email, reply to an email, change a signature within a new email - it either takes 5-10 minutes to load if we do not click again and just let it sit and think. The second I try and click something or try and scroll while waiting - it goes into 'Not Responding'. Some times it will load after 1 minute and sometimes it just get stuck. I have updated my CO, I tried the advanced 'online repair' through my system, I have tried disabling all my add-ons, I tried deleting my email account from CO and re-loading/logging in, I have checked my graphics card (something on google said to check it for updates), I have ran command prompts to check for internal Windows errors and I have come up short on everything.
New Outlook won't connect to Gmail

As a reminder, in March 2027, Enterprise organizations will enter the opt-out stage (Message ID 949965), where New Outlook becomes the default with the option to return to Classic Outlook. That is not too far away, especially if you need time to get your workflows and systems in place. That is why I keep coming back to this: New Outlook comes with new workflows. So I’m curious about where New Outlook workflows still fall short for you. A lot has changed. Users now have mail merge, Quick Parts, Unified Inbox, and partial PST support, with Advanced Mail Merge also on the way. New Outlook also has 30+ features and capabilities that are not available in Classic Outlook. What do you still do in Classic Outlook that you cannot accomplish, or cannot accomplish well, in New Outlook today? And if you tried New Outlook a year or two ago and went back to Classic Outlook, I’d be especially interested in what is still keeping you there now. I’m not looking for “I hate New Outlook.” I already know plenty of people do. I want to know the specific feature or workflow that still matters to you. PS: And be kind to me. Hi everyone, I’m having trouble with Microsoft Outlook where my emails won’t send and keep getting stuck in the Outbox. My internet connection seems fine, and I can still receive emails, but nothing goes out. I’ve tried restarting Outlook and my computer, but the issue is still there. Hello, I am working with a client who has a primary and shared mailbox in Outlook. They are using the newest version of classic Outlook desktop app and they have full permissions to the shared mailbox, including "send as" permissions. They can send email from their primary mailbox without issue. However, when they send email as the shared mailbox, it gets stuck in the Outbox and never sends. I have tried the following: 1. Removing the profiles re-adding 2. Deleting the Outlook data files 3. Reducing cache to as low as 3 months 4. Turning off cache but when I do the shared mailbox gets an error that it cannot connect to the Exchange server 5. Turning on auto-archive to shrink the data files 6. Switching to "New Outlook". This does seem to work but the company uses a plug-in for a program called "Mail Manager" and they don't fully support New Outlook yet Sometimes these solutions will fix the issue for a few days to a week but then it begins happening again. This issue does not happen when they are using the mobile or web clients. To me this sounds like a corrupted data file but I can't pinpoint what exactly is causing the corruption. Any suggestions? Hi, I just downloaded the new Outlook app to try and I don't see a way to collapse all groups nor could I find anything in the help menu. Is this not possible with the new version? I have a lot of email in my accounts so this is concerning and I'm hoping that I'm just missing something. Since this will likely be a mandatory upgrade I would like to know. Thanks in advance.
Teams Meeting Add-in Not Appearing in Outlook
The computer was rebuilt from scratch and reinstalled with a clean operating system. After the installation, all required Microsoft applications (Outlook, Teams, etc.) were installed and the user successfully signed in. However, the Teams Meeting add-in is not appearing in Outlook as expected. Within the Outlook Calendar/Appointment window, only the Skype Meeting option is visible, while the Teams Meeting option is completely missing. Checks Performed: New Microsoft Teams is installed and functioning properly. Outlook and Teams are both signed in with the user account. Outlook COM Add-ins have been checked. Disabled Items have been checked. Teams Meeting Add-in for Microsoft Office has been verified. Outlook updates have been checked. Microsoft Teams has been reinstalled. Outlook profile has been verified. Exchange mailbox is active and functioning correctly. Despite all the above checks, the Teams Meeting option is still not displayed in the Outlook Calendar/Appointment window, and only the Skype Meeting integration is available. Expected Behavior: The Teams Meeting button should be available within the Outlook Calendar/Appointment window, allowing users to create Teams meetings and automatically generate Teams meeting invitations. Request: Please why the Teams Meeting Add-in is not being loaded into Outlook and provide assistance in restoring the Teams Meeting functionality within the Outlook Calendar/Appointment interface. In Outlook MacOS, when you click and drag a file into an email to add it as an attachment, an 'Attach Files' box shows up. This box is intended to have files dropped anywhere in it, and the UI design communicates this effectively to the user. However, you actually can't drop files into the middle of the box over the icon. Microsoft should fix this for a more seamless user experience in Outlook. Video provided showing the issue.
