Pop up notifications and how to stop them
I've told people for years to turn off email notifications because they stop you from getting your work done. Here's a short video, er, argument on why you should consider turning them off and how to do it.

hi Doug Deleted I was looking for a solution to my pop up emails and your video is not longer available . any idea why ? thanks !
