Suggestion to Improve Outlook Delay Delivery
Dear Microsoft Outlook Team, I have been using Outlook for a long time and I use the Delayed Delivery feature frequently. Honestly, I think it is one valuable features in Outlook, but it is also one of the features I trust the least. Many times I have wondered if my message was actually scheduled to be sent later or if it was sent immediately for some reason. I believe that this uncertainty could be reduced with a few small interface improvements, without changing the way Outlook works. My suggestion is to add: a Confirm Delay button after selecting a delivery date and time, a visible status such as Delay: Active/Not Active, so that the user immediately knows that delayed delivery has been successfully activated, a Scheduled: field that displays the exact delivery date and time, a Deactivate Delay button, which allows users to quickly disable delayed delivery, I have also created a test image example to better explain the idea and attached them to this message. As an Outlook user, I believe these small improvements would increase user confidence in the delayed delivery feature and help prevent accidental or premature delivery of emails. Signature displayed wrong in New Outlook on Mac
When creating a new e-mail, my signature is displayed in Times New Roman (?) instead of the default font. In the Signature editor, the display is correct. In Sent, the mail is displayed correctly as well. Signature editor: New email: Outlook version: 16.110 Mac M4 Mac OS 26.5.1
Unable to Access Scheduling Poll Options
Hi, I would like to access the Scheduling Poll options in Outlook Web so I can select "Schedule when attendees reach consensus" bot I don't see a way to access the panel. Outlook login - temporary problem with recovery service
Hi, Sorry if this is the wrong place in advance, I have had my hotmail.com account probably since circa 1998 and it has everything on there. It seems someone has tried to login so many times that suspicious activity has been detected, I have tried many ways to recover it. I have 2FA Switched on but when I try password recovery to get it to text my mobile it states that service is unavailable :-( It will email to my 1st alternate email account however it then asks to use the second one to which was an old work account that I have no access to :-( Any ideas? do I just wait until it unblocks my phone number? I have the 25 digit recovery key but I get the below error. All help welcome as I really need my account back!outlook says storage is full but its not.
can someone explain how im paying for a service from a multibillion dollar company but yet it says i only have 5gb for email then says i have 100gb of storage but cant send or receive emails. support is no help and they only submit tickets to my email but guess what i cant receive them.
