Outlook login - temporary problem with recovery service
Hi, Sorry if this is the wrong place in advance, I have had my hotmail.com account probably since circa 1998 and it has everything on there. It seems someone has tried to login so many times that suspicious activity has been detected, I have tried many ways to recover it. I have 2FA Switched on but when I try password recovery to get it to text my mobile it states that service is unavailable :-( It will email to my 1st alternate email account however it then asks to use the second one to which was an old work account that I have no access to :-( Any ideas? do I just wait until it unblocks my phone number? I have the 25 digit recovery key but I get the below error. All help welcome as I really need my account back!
outlook says storage is full but its not.
can someone explain how im paying for a service from a multibillion dollar company but yet it says i only have 5gb for email then says i have 100gb of storage but cant send or receive emails. support is no help and they only submit tickets to my email but guess what i cant receive them.
Outlook and verizon email account
I've run into an issue this past week where I've tried changing my Verizon email account from IMAP to Pop3. I get errors like this; Task 'email address removed for privacy reasons - Receiving' reported error (0x80042110) : 'Your POP3 server is providing inconsistent information. The number of messages returned by the STAT command does not match the number of items returned by the UIDL or LIST commands. Contact your POP3 or Internet service provider.' I've created a new profile, I've done SCANPST probably more than 5 times, regenerated my third party password on AOL and it consistently fails for the same error. I've run the same version of Outlook on a different machine with th same results. My pop settings are pop.verizon.net, port 995, ssl/tls. The progress window shows that it's downloading messages but it sits there for a couple of minutes and then pops the error up; AOL adimmently says that it's got to do with Outlook because it works fine on there webmail. I can't seem to find an email alternative that creates a pst database so that I could rule one or the other out. Getting extremely frustrated. I would get completely away from the Verizon email but I have had it for so long; it's established everywhere I've done business, contacts, credit cards, etc. Any help would be greatly appreciated. PS I've even tried just creating a whole new pst, no luck. TIAConversation mode is missing
Recently, a number of users have no longer been able to set their Outlook Classic version 2511 (build 19426.20260) to conversation mode. We have already performed a repair on Office and a reset view. In the web and the new Outlook app, the conversations are still visible
Favorites shared folders not displaying related shared account
New problem with Outlook 20251212003.10 I have plenty shared mailbox, with every Inbox folder as Favorite to directly see when there is new incoming mails in some of it... Before, Outlook appended the account name to the folders having the same name... But not anymore... it's really problematic... How can i distinguish my different shared accounts ?
