Hey community! Our app is transactable, and we currently have two offers live in Marketplace: Saas and MS Teams offers. However, some of our customers find it confusing and aren’t sure which one they should choose. We also always prefer them chosing Saas so we can track everything via Partner center. What’s the recommended way to structure or differentiate the two offers so the choice is clear for customers? For example, should we use different naming, descriptions, or positioning for each offer? Would really appreciate any best practices or examples from others who have faced it!VictoriaYoukeepsAug 20, 2026Tin Contributor22Views1like0CommentsRequest private offers directly from Marketplace listings, now available
Starting today, Marketplace customers can request a private offer directly from Marketplace listing pages. This feature allows software companies to have pricing and terms conversations with potential customers sooner. Software companies can now add a request option directly to a solution's listing page. Customers who select this option are captured as Marketplace leads, accelerating the sales process. This feature is part of Microsoft's continued emphasis on simplification of the Marketplace buying experience and helping software companies connect with interested customers earlier in their purchasing journeys. This feature is disabled by default. To participate, turn on the "Request private offer" toggle for an eligible transactable offer. Hi, I am in a Microsoft -managed jurisdiction and have a transactable offer in AppSource. I have only recently onboarded some customers and I don’t fully understand how GST is being managed. We are in Scenario 5 as described in https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/partner-center/marketplace-offers/tax-details-marketplace which means Microsoft collects from the customer at the list price + GST. Ignoring store fees for this purpose, Microsoft pays the (10%) GST to the tax authority then pays out the balance. Unfortunately, the way GST works here, we have to show the amount we receive from Microsoft as gross revenue and then deduct a further 10% to pay to the tax authorities. In other words, we get no credit for the tax Microsoft has paid. As I understand it, the publisher should invoice Microsoft for the sale price + GST then Microsoft invoices the customer at the price plus GST and claims an input tax credit for the GST it pays to the publisher. There may be some specific tax ruling that overrides this. Would be very grateful if any ISV in a similar jurisdiction has encountered this issue.Ken_BartonAug 14, 2026Copper Contributor528Views0likes4CommentsDelay in Marketplace Revenue Being Reported in Revenue Report
We're having an issue where we're missing a large chunk of our July 2026 revenue being reported in our https://partner.microsoft.com/en-us/dashboard/insights/commercial-marketplace/analytics/revenue. We usually see a small delay of up to a few days for the previous month's revenue to show up, but it's been over 2 weeks now and we're still missing a large portion of our expected Revenue. We've confirmed in our service that we sent the correct meters and we haven't churned a large chunk of our customer base. Is there a place we can go or API we can call to pull more up to date information? Or is there a known delay in August that is causing a longer-than-usual delay?aaron_keytosAug 14, 2026Copper Contributor55Views0likes0CommentsAccelerate your AI go-to-market strategy with Microsoft Marketplace

We are testing the creation of a SaaS offer following the Microsoft documentation. During the Pricing and Availability configuration, we configure the plan as Private and add a tenant ID for the restricted audience. We have already tested with two different tenant IDs, but the offer cannot be published and Partner Center displays the following message: "This account is not eligible for publication due to invalid payment, pending payment, or invalid tax information." Questions: Could this error be related to the publisher account's Payout/Tax profile rather than the tenant ID used for the private audience? Is there any way to identify which payment/tax validation is failing in Partner Center? Screenshot attached. Additional context: the tenant ID used for the private audience was validated with multiple tenants, so we are trying to determine whether this is actually a publisher account configuration issue rather than a tenant eligibility issue.andressasiqueeiraAug 11, 2026Microsoft84Views1like4CommentsSee how Copilot in 30 helps partners turn AI interest into adoption
