Hello, We are looking to become a verified partner, but are unable to do so due to this error in communicating with the support team. I have tried creating multiple tickets, but after it is created, it's not possible to open it anymore. Upon opening error is thrown: "There was a problem retrieving the support request details." I tried contacting support, but they seem to give a generic response unrelated to the issue and close the ticket. May someone help, please? Dear community, We are a Distributor (ex. Ind. Provider) in CSP and we would like you to help us on understanding the changes in our Incentives in FY26. As announced already, starting October 1, 2025, the FY26 levers and rates will be in place. We would like your assistance to determine the two following use case: a) one of our Indirect Resellers has a M365 subscription with monthly commitment and monthly payment. Within September 2025, this specific subscription will give us incentives under the FY25 levers and rates (will be recalculated in February 2026 under the FY26 levers and rates). So, based on the announcement, on October 2025, this subscription will start generating incentives under the FY26 levers and rates. Could you please confirm my understanding or reshape accordingly? b) one of our Indirect Resellers has a M365 subscription with annual commitment and monthly payment, with the renewal of the subscription to be on 15 March 2026. Based on our understanding, until the renewal, this subscription will be generating incentives based on the FY25 levers and rates due to the price protection of the subscription for the whole year, and will switch on generating incentives based on the FY26 levers and rates on the renewal date (i.e., 15 March 2026). Could you please confirm my understanding or reshape accordingly? Really much appreciated in advance for your significant help on this critical topic for our target setting and business decisions. Hello all, I’d appreciate some guidance from the community on a serious situation we are facing. On 12 September 2025, our Microsoft partner unilaterally locked us out of our Microsoft 365 tenant. They retained exclusive Global Administrator / Partner Delegated Admin rights, which means: All staff and directors are unable to access email, Teams, SharePoint/OneDrive, or even log into their Azure AD-authenticated workstations. Our corporate and staff personal data is now inaccessible to us as the controller. Access restoration has been explicitly conditioned on payment of a disputed invoice (not related to Microsoft licence pass-through). This raises several concerns: Operational: we are effectively paralysed. Security/IP: the partner still has exclusive access to proprietary source code and other confidential business data. Compliance: we cannot meet our GDPR/UK DPA obligations on availability of personal data while locked out. We contacted Microsoft Business Conduct on Friday evening with full details of the incident, but so far no human response has been received to those emails. Questions for the community From a Microsoft tenancy perspective – what’s the fastest/most effective way to remove a partner’s delegated admin access if they refuse to release it voluntarily? Has anyone experienced or seen a similar scenario where access was conditioned on disputed payments? Are there formal Microsoft Partner Code of Conduct provisions that directly address this type of misuse of delegated admin rights? Any practical lessons on balancing the technical fix (regaining control of the tenant) with the legal approach (injunction, regulatory notifications)? My focus is on regaining secure access, protecting data/IP, and ensuring compliance. Any experience, insight, or links to Microsoft policy/resources would be greatly appreciated.111Views0likes8CommentsRequest for Private Link Support in Microsoft Office Add-in Store
I'm currently in the process of publishing an Office Add-in. From what I’ve observed in Microsoft’s add-in review process, there doesn’t seem to be a way to create a preview or private link for an add-in published to the store. I’d like to obtain a private link to test the add-in across different platforms before making it publicly available. This would help ensure there are no issues when users install it from the store on various platforms. Other cloud providers, such as Google, offer similar functionality for their Google Workspace add-ons, allowing developers to test and share private versions before public release. Microsoft should consider providing a similar feature for Office Add-ins to support better testing, validation, and rollout strategies62Views0likes1CommentRedeemed Achievement Code under wrong profile
Hello all, I recently completed VILT for the AZ-305 track and unfortunately I redeemed the achievement code under a different MS profile than the one I intended to use.
Hello, we are trying to deliver MS4010. Our trainers told us that in the tenant of the lab there is no Copilot 365 License available. Is this correct? Can anyone tell us how to deliver Extend M365 Copilot without a copilot license? We tried to get courseware support via the MCT Lounge. But there is no forum anymore to ask these questions. Thanks for any help. MarioChecking If It’s Okay to Post a Training Partnership Idea in MCT Spaces
Dear Community Leaders, I hope this message finds you well! I’m reaching out to ask if it would be appropriate to share a post in the MCT Community or MCT Longue regarding an initiative I’m developing under the Microsoft XIAD program. The concept is to invite fellow MCTs—particularly those not currently affiliated with a TSP—to collaborate on future training events. While paid opportunities may not be available at the outset, we’re committed to offering visibility and recognition. One way we plan to do this is by featuring trainer profiles and their specialties on our website, helping build credibility and exposure for participating MCTs. As part of this initiative, I’m planning to organize a one-day event each quarter, and I’m looking to collaborate with five certified MCTs who hold any of the following certifications: PL300, DP100, DP203, DP600, DP700, PL200, PL400, PL600 The goal is to foster meaningful partnerships and create a space where trainers can align with our mission and potentially engage in future work. I’d love to start this conversation in a transparent and inclusive way, and I believe the MCT Café could be a great place to gauge interest and gather feedback. Please let me know if this type of post would be welcome, or if there’s a preferred channel or format for sharing such ideas. Warm regards, vk2 MCT & Head of TSP.Application Developer Agreement v8.10 is missing from the list of agreements in Partner Center

The SAP Business Suite Acceleration Program with Microsoft Cloud, powered by SAP, Microsoft, and Intel, is a compelling story for organizations seeking to modernize their ERP. The official whitepaper is a powerful tool for partners to spark interest, generate leads, and accelerate pipeline growth. Here’s how to use it strategically for demand generation. 1. Brand the Whitepaper for Credibility and Recognition Add your logo to the cover page alongside Microsoft, SAP, and Intel to signal your expertise and partnership status. Include a “Presented by [Your Company]” tagline to reinforce your role as a trusted advisor. Ensure branding is professional and does not obscure the original partner logos. Why it drives demand: Prospects are more likely to engage with content that feels relevant and endorsed by a local expert. 2. Use the Whitepaper as a Lead Magnet Host the whitepaper behind a gated landing page on your website. Promote it via targeted email campaigns, LinkedIn posts, and paid ads. Require registration (name, email, company) to access the download. Why it drives demand: Gated assets convert interest into actionable leads for your sales team. 3. Highlight Key Value Propositions in Outreach Reference measurable benefits from the whitepaper (e.g., “25% faster SAP deployment on Microsoft Cloud”). Use real-world scenarios (AI-driven procurement, Teams integration) to make the benefits tangible. Emphasize the joint innovation and reliability of Microsoft, SAP, and Intel. Why it drives demand: Clear, quantified value statements resonate with decision-makers and prompt further inquiry. 4. Integrate Whitepaper Insights into Campaigns Build nurture emails and social posts around the whitepaper’s findings. Use snippets and infographics from the whitepaper to tease content and drive clicks. Position the whitepaper as the definitive guide for cloud ERP transformation. Why it drives demand: Multi-channel promotion increases visibility and engagement, moving prospects through the funnel. 5. Leverage the Whitepaper in Events and Webinars Use the whitepaper as the foundation for webinars, workshops, or roundtables. Offer the whitepaper as a post-event resource to attendees. Reference its insights during presentations to establish authority. Why it drives demand: Events create urgency and interaction; the whitepaper provides lasting value and a reason to follow up. 6. Empower Sales Teams with the Whitepaper Train sales reps to use the whitepaper as a conversation starter. Provide talking points and objection-handling scripts based on its content. Use the whitepaper as a leave-behind in meetings or demos. Why it drives demand: Sales teams equipped with credible, content-rich resources can engage prospects more effectively. 7. Showcase the Power of Partnership Highlight the combined strengths of Microsoft, SAP, and Intel in your messaging. Position your company as the bridge between global technology leaders and local customer needs. Reference the whitepaper’s emphasis on innovation, security, and scalability. Why it drives demand: Customers want solutions backed by industry leaders and delivered by trusted partners. 8. Track Engagement and Optimize Monitor downloads, registrations, and campaign performance. Follow up with leads who engage with the whitepaper. Refine messaging and tactics based on what drives the most interest. Why it drives demand: Continuous improvement ensures your outreach remains effective and relevant. 9. Load Opportunities in Microsoft Partner Center For every qualified lead generated from your whitepaper campaign, create an opportunity in Microsoft Partner Center. Use Campaign ID: #PartnerGTM to tag the opportunity for reporting and attribution. Include “SAP Business Suite” in the opportunity description to clearly identify the solution focus. Ensure all relevant customer details and engagement notes are entered for effective follow-up and pipeline management. Best Practice: Regularly review and update opportunities to reflect progress, and leverage Partner Center analytics to measure campaign impact. Conclusion The SAP Business Suite Acceleration Program whitepaper is more than an informational asset—it’s a demand generation engine. By branding, promoting, and integrating the whitepaper into your campaigns and sales motions, you can attract qualified leads, build credibility, and accelerate customer engagement. Ready to drive demand? Start by customizing the whitepaper, launching your campaign, and tracking results for maximum impact.124Views1like0CommentsFAQ: Agency fee reduction for auto-renewals and steps required for reduction
Q: I have a few questions related to the agency fee discount for renewals (Agency fee discount for renewals - Marketplace publisher | Microsoft Learn), Does the reduction to 1.5% for a renewal also apply if the offer is auto-renewing? My understanding is that the renewal only applies if a new private offer is created and the pop-up checkbox is confirmed that this private offer is for a renewal. Is that correct? A: Your understanding for both of these is correct.25Views0likes0Comments
