September 23 Update: the vast majority of partners have reported that they have regained access to achievement codes. However, based on some of the comments in this thread not everyone has seen a fix. First, please follow the steps regarding the hard refresh below. We have had some partners that said they still couldn't access codes after the fix and when we had them follow the refresh steps all was good again. If that still hasn't fixed the problem, I recommend creating a new admin account on Learn. You can find the documents for that here. Once you complete the process it takes about a day for the admin account to be provisioned. I know it's a workaround, but you should regain access quicker than if we wait for a fix on the old accounts. At the same time, I do want to report to the team those accounts that still cannot access so they can determine the root cause. Please send me a direct message (click on my name / icon from any post) and let me know the email address that you are using for Learn admin that still does not have access and approximately how long you've been using that admin account. I want to understand if this remaining issue is weighted toward newer users or those that have been leveraging achievement codes for a long time. Thank you. ____________ September 11 Update #2 : we have confirmed the reappearance of the achievement code button in handful of partner accounts. We are optimistic that this has been applied to all partner accounts but still want to gather data before we claim a total fix. Please check to see if your account has regained access to the achievement code button If you still do not see it, please try these steps Close all browser windows Open a new browser and go to https://learn.microsoft.com Sign in using your Outlook.com Class Administrator account Navigate to a course or learning path detail page Perform a hard refresh (Ctrl + F5) If it still does not work, please add a reply to this thread so that we can continue to evaluate any access gaps. September 11 Update: it is apparent that this achievement code outage is now impacting most, if not all, Training Services Partners. The engineering team is working to identify where and how the issue grew so that we can properly plan a fix. Based on my knowledge of the situation this is a fix that will come in days, not hours. I will continue to update this thread each business day until we get all achievement codes back online. September 5 Update: Engineering is progressing on a fix. The soonest we would see proper functionality is end of next week (around the 12th). I will provide an additional update then. August 27 Update: Engineering is working on this and the right people are involved. Not to get too into the weeds, but it's a database migration issue across two distinct teams. They understand the urgency, and I'll bring you more updates as soon as I receive them. August 14 Update: The issue has been identified. I do not yet have a time to resolution to share but will update here when I know more. August 8 Update: We are aware there is an issue with newly onboarded partners attempting to access achievement codes for the first time. We are working on the issue but do not currently have timing on a solution. I will update here when more information becomes available. Thanks.[Discontinued] New MCT Category: End User Qualification - Now Available to TSPs
September 22, 2025 update: After careful review of application trends and evaluating how the End User MCT tier fits into our broader program strategy, we’ve decided to discontinue the tier. The demand has been significantly lower than anticipated, and the offering no longer aligns with the direction we’re taking the MCT program moving forward. A formal announcement will be posted in the MCT Lounge on September 22, providing additional context and outlining next steps. Thanks again for your understanding and ongoing support. Original message: Hi all, Our MCT team has launched a pilot program for a new MCT category called End User Qualification. This is in response to feedback we've received regarding the reduced level of technical skills required to teach our Copilot end user courses. This new status provides an easier path for trainers who are not currently MCTs to meet the requirements to deliver select Copilot courses. This has no impact on current MCTs. Trainers who have completed the AI-900 certification as well as the Instructional Skills Certificate Provider (ISCP) program are permitted to apply, but must be working for a TSP to qualify. Once accepted, the End User Qualification MCTs will be permitted to teach the following: AI-3017, AI-3025, MS-4004, MS-4005, MS-4008, MS-4012, MS-4018, MS-4019, and MS-4023. Deadline for completing End User Qualification onboarding is April 30, 2025. For more information, please see the attached FAQ. Please let me know if you have any questions.[Microsoft Partner Center] Cannot access Collaborate Feedback ID

Hello, In Partner Center, our CSP Indirect Reseller status is currently showing as Deactivated. Because of this, we are unable to manage customers or subscriptions. I would like to know: What are the common reasons this Deactivation occurs? What corrective actions are typically required to reactivate the reseller status? Should this be handled directly with Microsoft Partner Support, or escalated through the assigned indirect provider? Any guidance or best practices from the community would be very helpful. Thank you.11Views0likes0CommentsAnnouncing the Migrated and Modernize Summit - September 23-24

Hello, We are looking to become a verified partner, but are unable to do so due to this error in communicating with the support team. I have tried creating multiple tickets, but after it is created, it's not possible to open it anymore. Upon opening error is thrown: "There was a problem retrieving the support request details." I tried contacting support, but they seem to give a generic response unrelated to the issue and close the ticket. May someone help, please? Dear community, We are a Distributor (ex. Ind. Provider) in CSP and we would like you to help us on understanding the changes in our Incentives in FY26. As announced already, starting October 1, 2025, the FY26 levers and rates will be in place. We would like your assistance to determine the two following use case: a) one of our Indirect Resellers has a M365 subscription with monthly commitment and monthly payment. Within September 2025, this specific subscription will give us incentives under the FY25 levers and rates (will be recalculated in February 2026 under the FY26 levers and rates). So, based on the announcement, on October 2025, this subscription will start generating incentives under the FY26 levers and rates. Could you please confirm my understanding or reshape accordingly? b) one of our Indirect Resellers has a M365 subscription with annual commitment and monthly payment, with the renewal of the subscription to be on 15 March 2026. Based on our understanding, until the renewal, this subscription will be generating incentives based on the FY25 levers and rates due to the price protection of the subscription for the whole year, and will switch on generating incentives based on the FY26 levers and rates on the renewal date (i.e., 15 March 2026). Could you please confirm my understanding or reshape accordingly? Really much appreciated in advance for your significant help on this critical topic for our target setting and business decisions. Hello all, I’d appreciate some guidance from the community on a serious situation we are facing. On 12 September 2025, our Microsoft partner unilaterally locked us out of our Microsoft 365 tenant. They retained exclusive Global Administrator / Partner Delegated Admin rights, which means: All staff and directors are unable to access email, Teams, SharePoint/OneDrive, or even log into their Azure AD-authenticated workstations. Our corporate and staff personal data is now inaccessible to us as the controller. Access restoration has been explicitly conditioned on payment of a disputed invoice (not related to Microsoft licence pass-through). This raises several concerns: Operational: we are effectively paralysed. Security/IP: the partner still has exclusive access to proprietary source code and other confidential business data. Compliance: we cannot meet our GDPR/UK DPA obligations on availability of personal data while locked out. We contacted Microsoft Business Conduct on Friday evening with full details of the incident, but so far no human response has been received to those emails. Questions for the community From a Microsoft tenancy perspective – what’s the fastest/most effective way to remove a partner’s delegated admin access if they refuse to release it voluntarily? Has anyone experienced or seen a similar scenario where access was conditioned on disputed payments? Are there formal Microsoft Partner Code of Conduct provisions that directly address this type of misuse of delegated admin rights? Any practical lessons on balancing the technical fix (regaining control of the tenant) with the legal approach (injunction, regulatory notifications)? My focus is on regaining secure access, protecting data/IP, and ensuring compliance. Any experience, insight, or links to Microsoft policy/resources would be greatly appreciated.119Views0likes8CommentsRequest for Private Link Support in Microsoft Office Add-in Store
I'm currently in the process of publishing an Office Add-in. From what I’ve observed in Microsoft’s add-in review process, there doesn’t seem to be a way to create a preview or private link for an add-in published to the store. I’d like to obtain a private link to test the add-in across different platforms before making it publicly available. This would help ensure there are no issues when users install it from the store on various platforms. Other cloud providers, such as Google, offer similar functionality for their Google Workspace add-ons, allowing developers to test and share private versions before public release. Microsoft should consider providing a similar feature for Office Add-ins to support better testing, validation, and rollout strategies74Views0likes1CommentRedeemed Achievement Code under wrong profile
Hello all, I recently completed VILT for the AZ-305 track and unfortunately I redeemed the achievement code under a different MS profile than the one I intended to use. I opened a case with support who was unwilling to help and directed me here. Does anyone know of a way to move the unlocked achievements and badges from one MS profile to another?79Views0likes2CommentsPartner Know Before You Go to the 2025 European Microsoft Fabric Community Conference!
