new partner tenant - price sheet API calls don't work

I work for a CSP direct partner with multiple tenants. We're currently setting up a Netherlands tenant, and I can't manage to make calls to retrieve price sheets. I think the underlying issue is that this tenant is missing the enterprise app for "Microsoft Partner" (ID 4990cffe-04e8-4e8b-808a-1175604b879f), so I can't add a permission for it to my app registration. Any clue how I can add it? Do I have to open a support ticket or can I do it myself? It's present in our other tenants (US, Ireland, etc.).

Price sheet API docs: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/partner-center/developer/get-a-price-sheet

Seller verification Rejected at Employment step — no email received, no appeal (ID 94611890)

Our Partner (MAICPP) verification completed successfully on 31 Aug 2026 — contact, identity (Verified ID) and business all Verified (Partner ID 7113511, DIGITAL QAZAQSTAN LTD, UK company no. 17178943).

The Developer/seller verification for the same legal entity (Seller ID 94611890) is closed as "Rejected — no appeals available", stuck at "Employment Verification — Pending Partner Action" with an estimated date of 06.09.2026 still showing. No verification email or action request was ever received at the primary contact (monitored, junk folder included), and the closed page shows no Fix now / appeal / upload control.

Root cause we identified: the seller profile contained an outdated registered address. It has been corrected and now matches Companies House exactly (Office 393, Unit 5, 399-405 Oxford Street, Mayfair, London W1C 2BU). Business verification documents show "Provided".

A fully prepared transactable professional service offer is blocked from publication only by this verification. Could a Community Manager please escalate this to the Partner Vetting team to reopen or reinitiate the seller verification?

Greetings partners, fellows, and friends,

Standards Core is a 2nd year ISV - we currently have 1 SaaS and 2 Office add-in listings, now working on our first Apps and agents for Microsoft 365 and Copilot ... we have submitted our first publish, can currently working to address certification details.

Why am I posting this? Well, after the 1st submission, in addition to the certification report on Marketplace, we also received an email - thereafter questions/iterations were immediately interactive with very quick and clearly attentive responses.

So I wanted to mention that we really appreciate that!!

Previous submissions that I have experienced were through the submissions portal only - the personalized email interaction was a pleasant surprise, and made the process feel much warmer than the previous "formal" portal-only interaction.

Thank you [certification team], and looking forward to re-submit shortly.

Thanks again,

Leon, CTO/Standards Core LLC

Grow your sales on Marketplace: App Advisor helps you understand improvements to negotiated deals

Want to dive into the details of negotiated deals and how to create them? Head to App Advisor: https://aka.ms/GrowMySales

Not all customers buy apps in the same way. Some need negotiated pricing. Others have specific contract or billing requirements. Some want to buy through a trusted channel partner.

Microsoft Marketplace already supports these scenarios through negotiated deals. Now, several new capabilities make those motions more flexible, accessible, and scalable.

How do I sell more apps and agents?

The best way to sell more apps and agents is to expand your sales footprint, not build more.

This means making your apps and agents available through private offers, negotiated deals, and selling through channel partners. These types of deals have always given you flexibility, but new releases have improved their functionality.

No matter how you’re selling, chances are good that you could grow your sales with at least one type of private offer (each detailed in App Advisor)

Sell directly without another party → to-customer private offer.

This series will cover each type of negotiated deal, how to make it, and benefits your company will get from them

What changed for negotiated deals

Over the last two months, Microsoft has improved capabilities and availability of several types of negotiated deals:

Request private offer: Customers can now initiate a conversation about customized pricing and terms directly from an eligible Marketplace listing. Partners configure this when publishing an offer and a button appears on the listing for customers to reach out, reducing the gap between discovering an offer and beginning a negotiated sale.

Custom contract lengths: Software companies can create eligible private offers with nonstandard contract lengths defined in months, including terms such as 18 months, with support extending up to 10 years for eligible SaaS and Professional Services scenarios. This helps align Marketplace transactions more closely with contracts negotiated with customers.

Flexible billing: Eligible private offers can use customized billing schedules rather than forcing the transaction into a standard cadence. Current Microsoft documentation supports up to 70 installments and terms up to 120 months/10 years in supported scenarios.

Expanded MPO reach: After expanding into 30 European countries earlier in the year, MPO expanded to Australia, Japan, and South Africa last month, creating more opportunities for software companies and channel partners to collaborate on Marketplace transactions.

Expanded REO reach: REO expanded to New Zealand, extending the channel-led resale model into another market.

What comes next

The AI Trust Gap: We're Auditing Outputs, But Nobody's Watching the Input

Hi all, Manjish here, founder of Pryvasee.AI.

I want to open a conversation rather than make a pitch, because I think this is a problem bigger than any one company can solve, and I'd like to hear how others in this community are approaching it.

Over the past year, watching enterprises adopt LLMs like ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Grok, DeepSeek, etc one pattern kept showing up. Almost every governance conversation started after the prompt was sent. Teams were building dashboards to review AI outputs, running periodic audits, writing acceptable use policies. All useful, but all reactive. Nobody I spoke to had a clear answer to a much simpler question: what actually happens to the sensitive data in that prompt in the moments before it leaves your organisation's control?

That gap is why we built Pryvasee.AI differently. Instead of sitting after the model and reviewing what came back, we sit before it. Pryvasee Guard screens prompts, documents, and images for PII, PHI, and PCI and other such sensitive data before anything reaches a model. Pryvasee Thread lets you run the same request across OpenAI, Gemini, Grok, and DeepSeek from one interface, so you're never trusting a single model's answer by default. And the Trust Engine scores every response that comes back for groundedness and hallucination risk, so there's a number behind "does this look right" instead of a gut feeling.

We built it natively on Azure (AKS, Azure SQL, Azure SQL Ledger for a tamper evident audit trail) because we think the next wave of AI governance problems won't just be about data leakage. They will be about proving, after the fact, exactly what happened, for a regulator, an auditor, or your own board. Most organisations can't do that today for a single AI interaction, let alone thousands a day across four different model providers.

We're early. MVP/Beta since July 2026, live on the Microsoft Commercial Marketplace since late August, and currently working through a handful of enterprise pilots rather than claiming a long customer list. I would rather be upfront about that than oversell it.

What I'm genuinely curious about: for those of you building or advising on enterprise AI adoption, is anyone handling the "before the model" problem today, whether with tooling, policy, or something else? And do you think this becomes a bigger issue as more employees start using multiple AI tools side by side, or does it resolve itself as the big model providers add more guardrails natively?

Would love to hear how others are thinking about this.

Employment Verification appeal (Resolve) panel does not render upload option

Partner ID: 7001033
Company: Conligo Services B.V.
Account: Microsoft AI Cloud Partner Program, Developer track

Issue:
Legal Business Profile Verification is stuck at Employment Verification (status: Rejected / Pending Partner Action). Following the official appeal process (Legal Info → Verification Summary → Resolve), the panel that opens does not match Microsoft's own documented behavior.

Expected behavior (per Microsoft's official documentation, "Submit a verification appeal in Partner Center," step 6): the Resolve panel should show a "Select document type" dropdown, a drag-and-drop file upload field, and an optional comments field.

Actual behavior: the panel only displays a static message — "Your document was submitted successfully. Review can take up to 5 business days." — with no document type selector, no upload field, and no functional control of any kind.

Troubleshooting already performed:

Reproduced in multiple browsers (including a fresh anonymous/private session, tested independently, ~30 minutes apart)

Reproduced after waiting to rule out temporary state/cache issues

Confirmed the Verification Started, Email Verification, and Identity Verification steps all show as passed (green checkmark); only Employment Verification is affected

Confirmed via KvK (Dutch Chamber of Commerce) extracts that I am the authorized representative (director of Ubertas Holding B.V., which is the sole director of Conligo Services B.V.)

Documents ready to submit once the upload field is functional:

KvK extract, Conligo Services B.V. (KvK 77027965)

KvK extract, Ubertas Holding B.V. (KvK 76957292)

Domain ownership documentation for conligo.nl (WHOIS/registrar confirmation)

Request: please either fix the rendering issue on my account, or provide an alternative channel to submit the above documents for the Employment Verification appeal.

Can Marketplace Become the Trusted Delivery Ecosystem for Specialized Microsoft Services?

Over the past several years, Azure Marketplace has become an increasingly important mechanism for connecting customers, partners, publishers, and Microsoft.

As Marketplace adoption grows, I have been reflecting on one aspect of ecosystem collaboration.

Many customer initiatives involve multiple organizations, each with different responsibilities, commercial models, onboarding requirements, and procurement processes.

This raises an interesting question for the community:

Can Azure Marketplace play a larger role in reducing operational friction between Marketplace participants who are already transacting through the platform?

Potential outcomes could include:

Faster customer project execution.

Simpler cross-organizational collaboration.

Greater adoption of Marketplace-transactable solutions.

Reduced administrative overhead.

Increased Marketplace transaction activity.

From a Marketplace ecosystem perspective, reducing friction between participants may create value for customers, partners, publishers, and Microsoft alike.

I would be interested in learning:

Whether others have encountered similar challenges.

Whether existing Marketplace capabilities already address this area.

Which future improvements would have the greatest impact.

Looking forward to hearing the community's perspective.
